When I got there, the staff were friendly, but mentioned they do not order batteries for you. They told me to just order the battery on a website like Amazon and I can make another appointment for them to replace it. I wish they would've just told me that they don't have batteries on hand. I would've just ordered the battery and saved myself a trip out there. I ended up having a neighbor who is a retired computer guy, help me replace the battery which saved me 60 bucks. They told me I also needed a new laptop because mine was over four years old. I don't see myself coming back to Best Buy in the future.

Employee stated there were no remotes and no way to turn the sound on unless it was part of a "display". Ended up finding a tv in a box and waking to the check stand with it. No checkers at the front. It's a Samsung TV and we've had great experiences in the past so hoping due to lack of help we don't have an issues once we get home. Looked at dryers as well since we need to upgrade/replace but I don't think I'd come back to give them my business.

Looking back at prior photos it looks much the same as years ago. Nothing is organized. Clothes are strewn all over laying in the floor etc. I don't know how consumers can be so disrespectful but I also don't understand why workers aren't organizing on their shifts? I browsed the Halloween decor and nothing struck my fancy, it all looked so cheap looking. Temu stuff. I did get my daughter some leggings for the cooler weather, a sweatshirt and some slippers. I wandered the appliance section and it was a bit of a mess and under stocked. Purchased a plastic bin, and some shampoo/conditioner, and chapstick and made my way to the front for checkout. I have to say when I walked into this store I was not expecting what I got! I walked in to get a…read morenew battery for my Tile (which is hard to find) and I mentioned that I might be interested in getting my key fob fixed. My key fob had been broken for two years after an accident involving me scaring my hubby and him throwing the keys at me thinking I was a murderer! The fob didn't work and the buttons are all missing. Within seconds they had fob working, and minutes later had an appointment set up to replace my case and buttons( they didn't have my particular case in stock). As I was waiting for them to check in their stock for my case, a lady came in asking for some help with her keys. The worker helped her and ended up not charging her because it was a "simple fix". The workers are going to go out of their way to help you! As I'm checking out they ask me if I want a duplicate key fob made while they were at it. I had been looking into getting a second key made and I was quoted between $350-$450 at the dealer and two other key makers. So at first I said no but then asked for a quote. They said they would do it for $150. I nearly died! So of course I said yes and I am just waiting to get back from vacation before I do it! I will update after I get my new keys. But so far don't bother going anywhere else! They were so helpful and fantastic!

I took it home and found that half of the screen did not respond to any touch, and the color was so far off that it was almost gray scale. I took it back and they did not have another screen in their shop, but called the Orem store and they had one available. I got to the Orem store and they had a screen but the person that fixed them did not come in until 12:30 the NEXT day. I returned at 12:45 the next day and I was told the person was not yet in, but would be in any minute. They told me to leave my phone and come back in an hour and it would be fixed. I returned in 1 and 1/2 hours and they had not even started on it. They hurried to get it done, but it still took about 20 minutes. The phone works, but the color is still off. I only wish I had spent a few dollars more and had taken it to the Apple store. Buyers remorse.

After reaching out, they missed their first scheduled appointment, and came an hour late to the next one. They picked up my TV and I hadn't heard anything for over a week. After following up with poor customer service, they told me my TV was broken and I had to go through the whole process again to get it replaced. They never told the manufacturer or anything to simplify the process. Terrible experience and extremely unhelpful.

A new one is now $700! I called Keiths, they said bring it in and we will look, they diagnosed it, fixed the computer board that had gone bad for a $100, works like brand new!

When I dropped it off, they spent 20 minutes yapping to another customer before me. Not a "welcome, I'll be right with you" or acknowledge I existed. After 20 minutes I called at the back to see if someone could assist me. Finally the person working the front acted like he saw me. When I went to pick it up, over a month later they were yapping and ignoring me again, so I went to check the back, not wanting to wait 20+ minutes again. They then stopped talking with the other customer and let me pay them for the iPad I brought in last month. The tablet charger seems to be working, so 2 stars for doing your job and some of the most horrible customer service I've experienced. Reading on-line, we found that many reported that they had good results replacing the battery for a…read more2013 MacBook Pro. The computer worked fine except that it gave us a message that the battery should be replaced soon. We brought it to uBreakiFix in Lehi Utah on October 13, a full three weeks before we needed to leave town. They said that they could do the replacement, with an expected return date of 20 October, two weeks prior to our departure. On the estimated completion date (October 20), we contacted uBreakiFix. They said that the battery had not arrived. The next day they called saying that the battery had arrived and was working fine, but the laptop's touch pad was not working now, so that they ordered parts to repair it. They said, as soon as the part arrived, (which they expected in a few days) they would make it a priority. I did not hear back, so when I called three days later, they told me that - now - the keyboard did not work, and they would need to order a new keyboard. After a few days, we had not heard back, so I called to check on the status on October 27. I was told that the repairman who had been working on our laptop would not be back until Thursday, O. When I asked if the needed parts had been received, the associate said that he could not see any record of the part being ordered. I asked if I could speak to the manager, and was told that only the manager could order parts, and he would not be in the office until Wednesday. We started this process a full three weeks before we needed to leave town, plenty of time to replace the battery - by their own estimate. The computer was working fine, other than a message suggesting that we should replace the battery when we brought the unit in. Now we have no idea whether it will be done before we must leave. We are sorry that we brought our laptop to uBreakiFix.
