Stopped in while trying to kill some time while my daughter was at a meeting and I'll just say... I don't understand what their employees get paid to do. The store is a disaster! Looking back at prior photos it looks much the same as years ago. Nothing is organized. Clothes are strewn all over laying in the floor etc. I don't know how consumers can be so disrespectful but I also don't understand why workers aren't organizing on their shifts? I browsed the Halloween decor and nothing struck my fancy, it all looked so cheap looking. Temu stuff. I did get my daughter some leggings for the cooler weather, a sweatshirt and some slippers. I wandered the appliance section and it was a bit of a mess and under stocked. Purchased a plastic bin, and some shampoo/conditioner, and chapstick and made my way to the front for checkout. This target makes me want to move back to Sandy. They have a completely different return policy than every other target. I've never had a problem return items without a tag (sometimes with kids the tag comes off before you figure out they hate it and won't wear it!) or with returning items using my ID when necessary. It makes me not want to purchase items from Target anymore. The biggest draw for me to Target was their awesome return policy. read more

The dollar spot is almost always cleared out and the seasonal section is always weeks behind other stores. The surrounding targets have their Halloween stuff out about a week to two weeks before this location. I feel like there is never any thing I need there. I end up having to do pick ups at other locations to get what I need. read more

I came in today around 10pm to do a return in-store and I was helped by an employee named francis which she has the WORST customer service ever and a disgusting attitude. I came to return some items and she had a long face the entire time and did not greet not sure what's so hard about being polite and having customer service. She insisted by saying I couldn't return an item even though it was sealed and then her nosey co worker came that was doing go backs and she said the same thing I waited like a statue for 20 mins & was told since they are short staff I could either wait or leave and come back another day which was extremely rude... a drive up employee helped and she solved my issue and let me return the unsealed item forgot her name but thank you for helping me. I think target needs to do a better job hiring these unhappy miserable employees they have... don't come to this location save your time read more

Target is always great. Good items, good groceries, good food court. This specific one has a funky layout, so give yourself some extra time to explore OR be brave and ask the employees. I like the location of this Target as well. Nestled right off the interstate in Lehi, there are also some great restaurants within walking distance of you need a little pick me up after your shopping spree. Like all stores like this, there are only 2 cash registers open at a time. Take advantage of the self check out if you can. This place is absolute chaos. There are clothes all over the floor and the shelves. There are boxes obstructing access to items in the school supply areas. If the shelves or displays are not an absolute mess, they are bare. There are employees but they are either chitchatting with each other or on their phones. This Target is a disaster. I live in AF and drive to Orem or Sandy to shop. The only time I use them is for drive up and most stuff they just cancel so your order is cut in half likely because they can't find anything. But the past three days their drive up has been closed which they require you to park and go inside but they allow you to order for drive up nothing is noted on the app that drive up is closed. So I called the store, customer service picks up then hangs up the phone. I called three consecutive times. Won't be going back. I had covid & couldn't go inside. read more

I'm not sure when they went from Super Target to just Target. I'm not sure when they redid the logo and the entire floorplan. I'm not sure when they changed this Target into (what would have formerly been called) a Super Target. I don't love Target, I'm not a fanboy (though I'll take it over the other big box chain) and I don't geek out and get way into the brands and stuff. What I do know, is that it was really clean, everyone was nice, and I can't find anything to fault them about. Is it my favorite grocery stop? Nah, I don't love their produce section. Is it my go-to for automotive or sporting goods? Not even close. But clothing basics, some home organization stuff, cards and stationery, decent pharmacy and health & beauty, and office supplies seem strong. There's lots of good home decor, and I picked up a pillow cover (which is different from a pillowcase, just so you know) and a few home odds and ends. I don't live nearby so I won't become a regular, but it was a good trip today and today was a bad day for shopping, so that says something. read more

This target has the worst service and inventory. I've given it a few tries since we moved to the area and it's not worth wasting your time. They can never fulfill an order completely because they're always out of stock. Their drive up was closed for months but they never told you until you arrived and I usually have kids in the car so I'm not going to unload them for a pickup order since that defeats the whole purpose. Their self checkouts are never open anymore even during the middle of the day when it's busy, instead you have to wait in a single line for the one open register so be ready to wait at least 15 minutes to checkout. Also I went to pickup a drive up order and they could not find it after us waiting for 20 minutes so that's fun. Please just do yourself a favor and drive the 10 minutes to Orem to avoid this place. read more

This is the actual worst target I've ever been to. So many workers I see walking around yet none of them help any customers. The line to do self checkout was all the way out to wear the ulta section was because no other registers with actual cashiers were open. As we were standing in line I saw two girls with cashier vests on WALK AWAY from the checkout area and head to the back. Why is that the case when they can clearly see how long the line is for customers to checkout only at self checkout??? They have people working there for literally what??? There was also a girl on a personal phone call walking away from the registers as we all waited in line watching her. I went to target to drop off an old booster seat someone gave me for the car seat trade in program. Basically you can trade in any old car seat, booster seat or base that are expired or damaged in exchange for 20% off a new car seat/booster seat or other approved baby items like strollers and play pens. Being a mom of 3 it's expensive having to buy infant car seats, forward facing car seats, and now booster seats for all my kids but with Target I can trade in my old one or get an old one from someone and get the coupon. This year they just have a drop off box near the customer service area. You put the old car seat in and then on their app you scan the code on the side of the box and your 20% off coupon will be in your wallet on the app to apply to your baby purchases until October 1st. read more

I'm loving their drive-up pick-up! NEVER get rid of it! It's just so nice when you have little kids and don't want to haul your mad circus through the parking lot or allies or checkouts, all the while them begging and throwing random stuff in my cart. I LOVE Target but I've always had a rough time with this American Fork location! If you are ordering for drive up pickup, it's worth the extra drive to the Target in Orem... the wait is always long at American Fork and the workers seem confused about divvying out orders to everyone. Merchandise is all over the place and it is not a pleasant shopping experience. Drive up can take more than 40 minutes for the items to reach your car. The tv I wanted was in the back and he happily went and searched for me, and then he helped me fit it like a puzzle into my car! Five stars for him! It is almost a guarantee that every time you go they will be out of multiple items, even though on the app it says they are there. customer service is awful. I never really understood the whole "Target" hype, but I do like coming there for clothing sales especially for kids uniforms. This is not a huge location but it's a cute and quaint one. The isles look pretty well kept and maintained. Came here specifically for a clearance for baking items, which I saw from a friend's posting with a different location. I should've known beforehand that each location's clearance items vary. When I asked an associate where their clearance section is in the grocery section, she didn't even know, and had to ask another associate who seemed to be more of a seasoned employee. She had to get shown where the clearance section was, where she worked - didn't make sense and gave me an impression that not all of their employees know where things are, and this employee didn't seem very content in working there. Other than that, it's pretty well kept and would go back strictly for cleanliness and presentation. read more

Went in to do a return. I did it first because no one was in line. Then went into the store. I found a few things to purchase. Then I went to check out. Super long register lines. Only 3 open. I looked over and there was only one person in the customer service. She was already being helped, so I went there to purchase 3 tops. Apparently the 2nd young girl just standing around at a register didn't appreciate me a bit. I told her I had previously, returned my item and asked to check out there. I've done it before. I thought it was their job. She stood there and was clearly disgusted and super annoyed. Not sure why....It's her job but she just looked around rolled her eyes like she was disgusted with me even asking. No one else was in the line. She said ugh...I guess....Rude. Apparently I should've asked the manager if they would come over to help me instead. Not happy with my experience. I spend a lot of money there too....some young kids have zero respect or any pride in their job, how they treat the public or for them to be lucky enough to have a job. read more

Went to target tonight to grab some things. I'm honestly worried for this location. Are they severely understaffed? It looks like a bomb went off here and nobody is able to clean it up. This location has always been pretty messy and I've been coming here for many years but this was NEXT LEVEL mess. I'm talking piles and piles of clothes everywhere in the isles, the dressing room had so many clothes in them that the pile was up to my knees... it looked like I was in a hoarders closet. Walking into the grocery area there were smashed crackers all over the ground, and in another isle there was a sticky, massive dried up puddle on the ground. Looked like someone had dropped an entire bottle of juice on the ground and it was there for so long that it just dried! This makes me sad. You ever just walk in a store and feel like you're 'home'? I haven't been to this target in forever since it's so far from me, but I was in the neighborhood and stopped by. I hope they redo the rest of the targets to look like this one! It looks like such a nice, higher end store. The new fitting rooms with seating, the layout of kitchen items, it's so easy to navigate and just looks nice. I do like target and accept that by shopping there I will be leaving with more than I came in for. I'm okay with this. Good quality and fair pricing. The lady in menswear helped me immensely, found sizes in the back for me and helped me search for a unfortunately rare size I needed to find. V helpful. At this location, if you're bored just try something on. I swear the dressing rooms had their own little soap opera going on, one girl claiming to be near tears while they discussed other people's drama and shifts. Mildly entertaining, but probably not the best thing to loudly be talking about with full dressing rooms. All in all, I was surprised this store had so few stars. I was here to get a specific item. Not knowing the layout of the store, I randomly entered the store by the entrance that turned out to be on the wrong side of the store. I could see the proper department glowing in the distance of the far other end of the store. We walked past children's wear, women's wear, beauty items, seasonal items, kitchen equipment, furniture, books, music, and games, then after what seemed to be at least a city block -- there we were! The employees there helped find what we wanted. We were able to purchase it there. Then, off to the hike back to the car. It was a huge win to be able to go online and see that it was in stock here. It wasn't available at the Orem store. Everyone we interacted with was nice. Nobody can change the fact that these places are huge. So, I continue to be less than a fan of big box stores, however, if I have to go to one, Target does a very good job. read more
