I tried to upgrade to a Verizon phone and Verizon screwed it up in so many ways. they canceled it - flag it as fraud - tried to bill my credit card for the phone - suddenly I had two accounts - one in spanish - they flagged my account for fraud - told me that I could pay my bill in 5 days which I couldn't do then it made the phone outside of 30 days for return and demanded I pay full price for it and locked my credit card for 1100. when I bought the Verizon phone I kept it off forthe first two weeks due to the fact I had medical issues post surgery and a work place accident and I didn't terminate my other phone. I had to go 4 times for 10 hours total as customer service outside the store was the black hole of death - derrick spent hours on the phone as Verizon jerked him around in circles. The staff at this store is awesome. Verizon is not. The obviously offshore customer support is completely useless and many are just jack wagons reading from a script with zero ability to do anything but transfer your call to the next jack wagon. I am no longer a potential Verizon customer.

Her wonderful customer service turned a stressful experience into a positive one. All day, I felt like no Verizon employee took our concerns or time seriously--until we met Kake. She went above and beyond by sitting down with customer support on the phone for over an hour on our behalf, refusing to give up until our issue was resolved. She didn't have to go the extra mile, but she did everything in her power to make things right. I can't thank Kake enough for her kindness, they are lucky to have her at this location! This girl knows what she's doing and we will be returning to her in the future!

Terrible experience with this store; inexcusably poor customer service. My son bought a new iPhone…read more14 on November 10th. Soon after, he decided to spend MORE MONEY and upgrade to the 14 Pro Max. He returned the phone the following Wednesday, November 16th, but found the store closed. I accompanied him the following day, November 17th, which, according to Cricket's policy, was the last day to return the phone. On entering the store, we were told that the "system was down" and we couldn't return the phone. Being concerned that this was the final day, I reconfirmed with the clerk, Mohammed, that we would indeed be able to bring the phone back and upgrade the following day. Mohammed deferred to his "manager", who dismissively quipped "maybe I can pull some strings". I love good humor, but she wasn't joking; she was flippant and full of attitude. I commented that their system problem wasn't our fault and we needed some assurance we could return the phone. The manager interrupted me and said the system being down "wasn't (their) fault either". At this point, I should have realized I couldn't trust anything this person said, but again, I reconfirmed that we could return the phone the next day. She reluctantly agreed. The following day I brought the phone in myself and found that the only person in the store was "Alex". Alex was helpful and generally upbeat. He mentioned that the "manager had told him about us" and he began the return process. I reached out to my son to get the necessary passwords to reset the phone but soon found that Alex was having problems. Apparently, he was unable to "authorize" the return. He needed Mohammed, who would not be in until the next day. He phoned someone, presumably the friendly manager, but that didn't solve the problem. I asked him what we should do and he said I'd need to come back when Mohammed was there. The next day, my son brought the phone in and spoke with Mohammed. And guess what? He told my son that they could NO LONGER ACCEPT the phone, as it was "past the return date". Concerned, my son called me from the store and I spoke with Mohammad. He was sympathetic but told me he'd been specifically instructed not to accept the return. In addition to that, he was also instructed NOT TO PROVIDE HIS MANAGER'S NAME. You might ask yourself, is this the policy of a legitimate business, to hide the name of the supervisors? How about lying and misleading customers? I have been using Cricket Wireless service for many, many years, but that is about to end. I would recommend for anyone considering doing business with these people that you look at the many fine competitors out there who actually want your business and will work to earn it.
