The price cannot be beat, and the performance has been excellent. Our installer Jeff M was smart, efficient, and ran the cabling in a very neat fashion. We went from paying hundreds of dollars with Big Cable to only $65/month for their 500mbps plan. The support over phone is also local and responsive. Our household has plenty of bandwidth, and with my wife and I working from home, we are able to do so in an effective manner. No longer do we have to do the dance with Comcast each year to plea for a better rate. And the best part? No data caps to worry about. Twist will also give you an Eero router (or two) for WiFi if you need it. They are super easy to manage and set up, our wifi coverage is on point across both floors of our house. If you work from home, stream a lot, or have a gamer in your household, Twist Broadband is the way to go.

Sail Internet/Twist Broadband, with only a $5 upcharge compared to ATT, provides a reliable 500Mbs connection. Installation included two eero 6+ mesh routers, which provide strong coverage throughout our house. The eero app must be installed on your phone for the installer to proceed. Maybe Sail Internet limits the available options on the eero app. Because of limit control options, it took hours to successfully add some old devices, particularly my Sangean and Auna Internet radios, to the network. TIP: For those who are not network experts, I recommend asking in advance if the installer can verify the network connections for all devices (robovacs, alarm devices, streaming boxes, TVs, printers, etc.) before departure or that you have a tech-savvy friend to help with connection issues after installation. TIP: Changing the router's network password to the same as your old router's password will make the changeover much easier.

Moises, the installer, arrived on time and did the entire installation himself in about 4 hours. He first set up a temporary antenna to check the download and upload speeds. Our speed was even better than what they had quoted. Once the antenna was set up on our roof, a cable is then connected to an outlet in our house. Once we set up our routers, everything worked seamlessly. Moises didn't leave until we confirmed that all of our devices were connected. If you live in the Fremont or neighboring areas, I highly recommend Tekify for your internet service.

I did have a few times where the internet went out, but their technician Leslie always resolved it quickly enough to have little to no interruptions. If it wasn't for my building complex not supporting WilloWeb appropriately I would have easily stayed with them. This usually occurs when there is a power outage of at least a few seconds, and as Jorge and Johnny (see previous reviews) said in the past, the router should reset itself within half an hour under those circumstances. This time it did not reset, so I called AT&T Customer Service and spoke with a lovely young woman named Ron. She ran some tests from her end, then had me perform several tests (unplugging the cord to the wall and the router, waiting and plugging them back in, and also pushing the tiny red reset button on the back of the router for 15 seconds). Nothing worked. She then set up a technician appointment to come to my house which would have taken place this morning. However, later the day the problem first occurred I noticed that the light was once again solid white, and I was able to use the internet etc. so I canceled the appointment. I shouldn't have done that because there was no streaming ability. The network details showed that it was likely I was using the connected Ethernet to access - the Wi-Fi was "on" but not allowing any streaming. I also could not locate the server name on the network list so I could log on. I called again the next day and spoke to a very nice young man named Mark, explained the tests that Ron had done, and said it wasn't necessary to redo them, just set up another appointment which I would keep; he did that with kindness and i felt that he cared about my issue. Today was the appointment; Raymond Mirandilla, a very experienced and kind gentleman, came and as soon as he saw the red flashing button, he said he knew what was wrong. It turned out that the signal coming from outside my house was set way too high, and this is the reason for the problem. He was able to fix the issue, and we tested everything, including streaming capability to my AppleTV. Raymond was thorough and explained everything afterward - that's why I was able to describe what he did (see above). If I ever need service from AT&T in the future I will be asking for Raymond's excellent expertise! I was given a turn in by date for the equipment and I was ok with that. What happened after that call is what was frustrating and borderline on harassment. I was called at least three times after that call to turn in the equipment or face a fee for not returning the equipment upon request. I repeatedly told them that they gave me a drop dead date and I was still within the timeframe that they had given me. However, when we moved into our new home, our internet service wasn't working. We decided to visit an Xfinity store in person, and thankfully, the staff was able to assist us. We discovered that professional installation was required because the home had never previously been connected to the Xfinity network. David and Omar were amazing--they helped us through the entire process and even provided a credit toward the professional installation fee to make up for the inconvenience we experienced. For any major service requests, such as moving your service to a new address, I would recommend visiting a store in person. Based on my experience, the online representatives were unable to provide accurate information, which led to unnecessary delays and frustration. We greatly appreciate David and Omar for taking the time to help us, and we will likely return to this store for any future service needs.

They keep raising prices on the regular, without providing any additional service or benefits. From my personal experience there's always some sort of issue while switching equipment out, the new stuff never works without any issues. Whenever I get a new box or some sort of system I'm always on the fixing it, never have I experienced the equipment integrating seamlessly. I end up spending anywhere from an hour to 5 hours resolving issues. Now, let's get to this location... On some of my previous visits I found this staff here is to be useless... The like they don't want to put an effort into actually answering or helping me with Xfinity issues. Sad to say this, but I've actually had much, much better luck in San Mateo!
