I would not recommend coming to this location. Right off the bat, I walked in & explained my situation regarding a late-trade in. Was supposed to be a super quick & simple process. I introduced myself and the guy who was supposed to help was disrespectful. Wouldn't even introduce himself professionally, couldn't make eye contact, was shy for no reason, and had some low quality energy. I sincerely hope that the management team see's this review and considers reminding him about customer service. I typically go here with an appt and I haven't had to go in a lot, but I've had some phone replacements/activations in the past couple years and the store has been able to quickly help me. However, I'm not sure if I had gone in here last week with the problems I was having if they would have been resolved or not, but I am not basing this review on what ifs. Each person that I have ever had to deal with in the past couple years here have been helpful, efficient, and competent. I had a terrible experience with your employee Sam, that claimed to be a store manager. I have been a Verizon customer for less than 24 hours and am having issues with my phones not being added to my account correctly. Sam said there is nothing he can do to help and that the store that set up my account is the only store than can help in the first 30 days. He was unwilling to even look at my account or offer any assistance at all and was adamant that he couldn't help. AVOID at all cost. I needed to get a new phone that day for my travel next day so I pop in the store to buy Apple iPhone 14. Since I haven't upgrade a phone since iPhone 8, i ask the sale rep name frank about them. His reply is didn't you research before you buy a phone? I was shocked but thought ok maybe this is how the new generation talk. I proceed buying the phone and he kept saying it's $900 no discount, I ask maybe Christmas will have special ? Don't know that's his answer, no personality rude and unpleasant. I almost walk out the store but I needed a phone. Now things get worse. I told him buying the phone can he transfer over the new phone, he said $30 fees and take few hours. After all that , I sit there waiting an hour then it show 5 more hours. I ask him this is way too long to wait. His reply that what happen when you don't backup on iCloud,. So I said I will ask my friend to help me when I get home so I do my own and ask for the refund $30 he charge to set up fees. ( by the way not all store charges the set up fees FYI) He said no and talk back so rude, I just left the store with my new phone . Pointless dealing with ppl like this. Seriously. My advised if you want Apple product just go to Apple store. They help you transfer all for free and much much nicer. This store some employee very nice but avoid this guy FRANK. I just stopped in to pay my bill for internet service on the iPad. The first time I walked in I was greeted with a big smile and told it would be just a minute. That guy left and didn't come back. I waited a reasonable amount of time, then left to run into Kinkos next door, my real reason to be in this center, to use their monster paper cutter. Then I popped into Sprint on the other side to ask a couple questions. I came back in here where I was again greeted cheerfully except this time I was helped right away by a different rep. The young man couldn't have been more pleasant or efficient. Unlike the Verizon store near where I live in San Diego, there was no hardcore, high pressure sales pitch to fend off. IMPORTANT MUST READ From setting up the service wrong to canceling it wrong and the worst customer service. I honestly have never dreaded having to go into as business like I did this store and to their negligence again I had to go in again today because I received a bill for 160.45 something that because my account wasn't closed properly. I received a credit of like 38 or then 3 days before the 160 was due I got the bill. I dealt with Arturo when I canceled it and a very very difficult he didn't want listen at all just kept saying I owe 11.02. He didn't want to listen when I told him what I was told activation first bill the discount for screen protector and case. Told me I was and kept saying I owed. A sup came out listen actually listened and made sense to the sup. I was willing and knew I owed a 50.00 restocking fee which would of left a credit. Told the supervisor one time and he listened and fixed he was great. When I canceled was not advised I would receive another bill for the 3 days of service I had nothing but I received a bill for 2.58 and didn't receive the credit so went back for that. A waste of time the rep gave me wrong info and got a supervisor telling me I had to call somewhere else and have it researched. I had to go back today and dreaded and Arturo didn't disappoint with his crappy customer service. Kept saying I had to wait 3 minutes to be told that I owed for the 3 days and had to call financial service waste more time bc they didn't there job right canceling it correctly. A sup with kick ass glasses came out and said I had to call them as well and kept giving different possible excused for the bill. They asked for my number to give customer finances to call me. No thank you bc I'm sure would be like everything else with them done so left and called the number. 45 minutes on the phone bc of there error but the customer service from financial services was incredible. He listened and help and the bill was fixed and I didn't owe anything. I CAN SEE WHY THE STORE IS EMPTY ALL THE TIME BECAUSE WORST SERVICE. SALES REPS NEED TO LEARN FROM FINANCIAL SERVICES AND IT MAY HAVE NORE CUSTOMER. Arturo was wrong that I owed 11.02 when canceling and wrong that I owed for the 3 days of service. Amazing service at this location today! My apartment complex has horrible WiFi included and we are not allowed to install any routers or permanent internet, so my boyfriend and I decided to purchase a mobile hotspot for $80 a month. When we arrived, Savannah told us about an even better offer of unlimited data for only $50! Savannah and Frankie were both extremely helpful and efficient and helped us get our new internet very quickly, I really appreciate their help and would definitely recommend to others :) read more

Went to start my own account in Verizon. Had been in my mothers account for a while on Verizon. When i started up the account. They gave me and upgrade phone and told me it would take 800$ off for a payment on a new phone. 2 months into the contract I was paying full price for the phone and got no discounts. Took another month to get 700$ off my phone and it takes 3 years to pay off. They couldn't even give me back the original deal they gave me. This place is not well ran and I would definitely not recommend Verizon to anyone. Was a major hassle to get the promotions they told me I would get at the start. And I didn't even get everting they said they would give me. Horrible business. read more

TERRIBLE customer service. I was driving in the area and called to see if they had a particular phone I am looking for. The store was a little out of my way, so I figured to check before I drove over. A female answered the phone, I told her what phone I was looking for and she said she would check and be right back. 10 minutes later I am still on hold and getting frustrated. I actually drive to the location while on hold. When I arrive I am still about 25 minutes into the call. A young man meets me at the front to check me in. I show him that I am sitting on hold with his store and tell him what I'm looking for. This is what really pushes my button: There are 2 employees in the store, one employee outside picking up trash and one customer in the store. It is basically empty. THERE IS NO EXCUSE except they just don't care! I ask to speak to the manager and he tells me it's the female outside picking up trash (I am pretty sure she is the person that put me on hold). She comes inside and they talk in the corner for a minute. All of a sudden the phone hangs up. She never acknowledged one thing. Guess what.....they don't have the phone I need. In all I was on hold for 30 minutes to a store that was dead. Worthless. I'll reach out to the area manager, Mike, but I'm sure that won't amount to much. read more

She told us the cheap phones are just , "cheap and won't last"..... I bet the "Top Value" manufacturers wouldn't appreciate a sales rep saying that. She was trying to upswell instead of listening to his actual needs. He simply needed a cheap replacement Since he lost his earlier in the day. The wait was longgggg and only 2 of the 4 staff members were working. The rep then she told him there's no way to retrieve his contacts.... So I asked he what about entering his gmail onto the phone? she then told me she will give him the phone to do that. So I asked her if Verizon no longer offers that service. She then said yeah she can help him if he want. She just didn't want to be there Or she Must work off commission. I returned a wifi device on 1/30 and was told that the number associated with the account had been cancelled and would be refunded the money on my next bill. My next bill came and I was charged again for the number and no credit had been applied. I called customer care who explained that it had not been cancelled but would help me do so. I was told I would receive a credit for the full amount paid for the device and service. Next bill came and I was only credited 1/2 of what was promised AND I was charged an additional $200 for the device as it was not returned properly. Today, I'm on the phone with customer care who says I need to get the store to fix the situation and a refund of the $300+ that we have been billed for a Verizon Store Managers failure to do their job properly. I went to this store after making an appointment to get help with my Verizon discount. I didn't know how to submit paperwork for discount. The person I dealt with was so rude. My feelings were he didn't like dealing with an older person. I accused him of that he he got very defensive. This is not the 1st time I've been treated this way. Last Friday we went in to just upgrade one of our phones, but walked out with 2 upgraded phones, headphones, a car mount, a Samsung watch, a small speaker, new cases for our new phones, pop sockets, and 2 wireless chargers. Frankie was our associate and he was AMAZING!! He didn't talk us into anything he just let us do our thing and helped us bundle things to make them more affordable. He spent almost 3 hours with us while we kept changing our minds and he was completely helpful with it!!! We will be coming back to this location again because of Frankie and Michelle!!! read more

Fist let me say. Customer Service is crucial! If you don't have it you fail in my book. Went in to get a new phone and sign up under my sister. Got there right around 5 and the crew that was there was great. They greeted, assisted, and followed up. I left for about 30 min to weigh costs and such. I return to the store and a whole new crew is in. I walk in talking on my phone with my sister about the game plan. I head over to the phones and am engrossed in conversation with her. Hello, we're talking money here. I end my conversation with the sis and wait around for someone to help. 2 verizon reps I see are helping others. There's one behind the counter looking busy. I actually thought she was getting ready to leave for the day since she was avoiding eye contact and scurrying around getting things in order it seemed. So I patiently wait. 4 others come into the store. Girl behind the counter runs over to them and checks them all in before me. Wth?! Completely rude since it honestly felt as if she completely ignored my presence to help them. I was no more than 2ft away from them. I confront her and she says "I did go over to you and said hi" I said "I've been here and was here before those four ppl showed up" she says "I did go over to you and said hi" as if that's all she could say. I'm not calling her a liar, but if I didn't see or hear her did it happen? I honestly think she purposely ignored me as payback. Came to this Verizon for the 1st time to upgrade my phone from the 8plus to the XS Max. I came in at 10 when they opened which maybe isn't a good time because it doesn't allow them enough time to warm up to their customers.... I'm not really sure. I get signed in with someone at the door and a blonde chick calls me over so she can help me. I could tell right away she seemed grumpy or just not stoked what so ever to be at work. She asked me what phone I wanted to upgrade to and went to the back to grab it. She came back with the phone and some cases and tired to sell me on those like expected. She wasn't pushy at all which was nice because I told her I had already ordered one and a screen cover on Amazon. The interaction felt really awkward to me. She practically said nothing at all and just set up the phone and told me the activation fee and took my card for payment..... I didn't get a receipt and she literally said nothing about the phone or the changes to my account. In the past they have always broke down the cost of the new phone and how it changes your plan and your monthly payment. She didn't go into anything about the phone or the price difference..... it was really weird. I feel like this would be required in your job to explain what you are selling to someone and talk them through the process. Before I came I had looked at the pricing on the Verizon website which is the only way I knew how much the new phone would cost me on my monthly bill. I asked her "isn't it about $10 more a month" and i got the response "yea somewhere around there"..... ok???? Thanks for actually looking or totaling it up for me when i was clearly asking for the price change difference. She spent more time in the back doing who knows what than actually out on the floor or explaining that I need to sit and wait for the update. During this time I was observing others working there who seemed happy and helpful to the customers they were assisting. She was so short with me and definitely lacked basic customer service skills. Guess I just got the crap employee of the day. I will say this Verizon is nice inside. Their display of phones and cases would definitely be helpful to someone shopping around. I'm not sure on the name of the employee who helped me. I did try to look at her name tag but it was turned around. The tablet she was using however did have a sticker that said Martha on it so maybe that was her name. All I know is I'm happy I won't be back to Verizon for another year.
