Every time, they were incredibly kind and super helpful, walking us through each and every step for solving our problems. Not only that, they also got us the best deals possible on a new family plan and new phones. My Samsung was FREE at an $800 value, and my son's iPhone was 50% off! We even walked out of there last night with a new internet deal that's much cheaper and efficient than our current WiFi setup. Sweet! I recommend this store, hands down. I introduced myself and the guy who was supposed to help was disrespectful. Wouldn't even introduce himself professionally, couldn't make eye contact, was shy for no reason, and had some low quality energy. I sincerely hope that the management team see's this review and considers reminding him about customer service. The whole process was smooth and efficient, I was in and out in about 15 minutes. The representative who helped me was courteous, friendly. The only thing I found a little strange was that the name badges don't include names they just say "Sales Associate." He effectively committed commission fraud selling me a S26 Ultra when I was abundantly clear S26 was the desired. Out of pure exhaustion after an 8-hour ordeal I did not catch it until arriving home. The manager was dismissive and condescending making excuses for Octavio even after showing him my original order that for my S26 (over the phone). I later found out that my old phone worked just fine. I had no time to argue as I needed a USA phone #. The reception on the new phone was terrible and I kept losing signal during conference calls at my new job. When I switched to another provider I was told by Cricket that they wouldn't unlock my $500+ dollar phone. I now own a 500 dollar paperweight since they won't give me a refund or unlock the phone. The kids at the store have no idea what they are doing (apart from ripping people off) and claim there is nothing they can do. Horrible experience I will badmouth Cricket any chance I can.
