Keenan seemed very nice at first, but after I got home I realized he did not give me a bill, and the price I paid seemed to high. I went back the next day and stood in that store for over an HOUR, while he gave me ever excuse why he could not print my bill. When I finally saw it, I realized the screen protectors he just put on our new phones and said he was GIVING to us, he charged us for (we never even Asked for a screen protector). Also, and most importantly he totally added expensive perks and additions to our lines, without EVER even asking us!! The Verizon mobile protect was added to each line (at $19 per month) and NetFlix was added to my account (at $13 per month). I had to be persistent and fight to get that stuff taken off my account and get a credit. He just assumed I would walk away without checking and he would get his commission - or maybe sales metric as others have mentioned. Go to a Verizon Company store!! not this place!

Apple does a full replacement as well rather than just the glass back. Hobi did an awful job. When I got the phone back one corner of the glass was clicking in and out of place because he didn't use adhesive the first time to seal it (half of the job btw.) So it was loose and bound to break again. I went back in to watch him do the whole thing properly again, and it took him 5 MINUTES. He initially quoted me for "$220 but I'll do it for $180 as a discount." which I brought down to 160 but after his "extra fees" it still hit 175. I spent $175 on 5 minutes of labor that I HAD TO GO BACK AND MAKE HIM DO AGAIN PROPERLY, for a $15 glass back. He does a great job of ACTING as an honest "I don't want to overcharge my customers" reasonable guy. But, it's all a hoax. Right after he scammed me, I watched him charge a lady $40 to just put on a screen protector and buy a $5 phone case. He also does a "diagnostic" that runs you $55 to basically just open your phone up and clean the ports. Anyone could do that for the first time on their own in less than an hour with a pipe cleaner and microfiber cloth. Save your money, time and mental-wellbeing (main reason I'm writing this) by skipping out on this place. Any other 3rd party repair shop is better than this place. For anyone who decides to go based on the hundreds of fake reviews posted here, I pray for you and hope you read this one.

It took her about 10 minutes to find and download the workaround and now the iPad is working well again. While I was waiting, I couldn't help but notice that almost all five of the staff members working there were friendly, and very patient with mostly the older clientele. This is our "go to" store for assistance.

We tried to reset the system, called the 1-800 number for Direct TV, etc. No help. So, I checked trusty Yelp, of course, and found this nice, local, independent Direct TV provider. They answered promptly and we're able to come by right away since they happened to be working nearby. I knew it was just a user error, some kind of configuration issue, but how wonderful to get the system all functioning properly and so quickly! It sure beat having to call my husband, who got left behind this trip, and have him try for an hour or more to walk us through the issue. The two guys who came were very pleasant as well as prompt; the price was reasonable for a service call. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again in a minute.
