I visited this location on Thursday evening, and it was VERY BUSY. There were quite a few people ahead of me and I had to wait for a while but I wanted to get things done that day so I waited regardless. When my turn came around, MARTIN assisted me, and to say the least, his customer service was AMAZING!! He was very calm and professional, answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. It seemed like the whole team that day was incredible. Each member was taking care of all the customers one by one, with a great manners even though it could've been easily overwhelming for them. I had a very disappointing experience at this T-Mobile location with an employee named Martin. I was approved for a phone online, came into the store to complete the process, and was suddenly denied--despite nothing about my information changing. When I asked for clarification, Martin accused me of being aggressive and trying to argue with him, which was completely untrue. I was calm, confused, and honestly overwhelmed, as I'm currently going through a divorce and simply trying to handle basic life tasks. At no point was I confrontational or hostile. What stood out most was the tone and assumptions made about me. The interaction felt dismissive and unfair, and it left me feeling stereotyped rather than helped. After reading other reviews, it's clear the mixed feedback may come from employees picking and choosing who they treat with patience and respect based on their own judgments. Customer service should be consistent and respectful for everyone. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. read more

I am writing to complain about T mobile for 2 reasons. 1) I recently discovered that when my father was having issues with his tablet, T mobile sold my father a Business Internet plan. He already had internet service and did not need a Business internet plan as he is 86 year old and has been retired for 27 years. 2) My father recently became incapacitated following a severe case of the flu. This is when I discovered that he had been sold the Business internet plan that he was not using. I attempted to return the equipment to T mobile when I cleaned out his house but was told that only the person who opened the account could return the equipment. As I live in another state, I will not be able to do this. Of note, if the equipment isn't returned within 30 days of service cancellation, a $250 fee applies, so my father will have to pay $250. This is fraudulent behavior for both reasons. read more

I don't understand the negative reviews! Faith and the manager, April were incredibly helpful in helping us update our phones and patiently us walked us through the process of scoring the best deal for our family plan. They had the phones we wanted in stock and we were in and out in less than 2 hours from start to finish including transferring data from one phone to the other. 5 stars for Martin's outstanding customer service!! We came to this store after visiting a third party store and experiencing terrible customer service customer there. We were lied too at the other store and Martin confirmed that was the case for us because he was able to get me out of his store with a new phone and all it cost me was $9 after trading my sons phone. The other location told us there was no trade in value for my son's damaged phone however there was... $90. The other location was going to charge me $101 had I fallen for the false info. Martin knew he wasn't getting much if anything from my sale but he gave us outstanding customer service, didn't rush us along and provided some much-needed info that would explain our experience at the other location. read more

They tell you anything you want to hear when buying a phone & follow through on nothing. Caleb is condescending, rude & abrasive to work with. He is absolutely terrible. He is costing Tmobile more customers than he gains. This guy should be working in the back & NEVER customer facing. At least then, only the people that work there will hate him. I'm working with Verizon to switch my 6 personal phone account & 12 business phone account over to them. It may cost me more but I won't ever work with Caleb again. Spoke to Jen on 10/15 was very rude and unwilling to work with me. I asked if there was anyone else to work with that might understand a product, she stated that there was no one in the store and then said there indeed was. Had bad experience, would not recommend, asking "" do you work for T-Mobile yourself " when responding to a customer question about a internet plan, it was a nice touch to the interaction, thankful for the condensing question but I would espouse have better customer service. read more

I had a terrible experience at this location. The girl that "helped" me was extremely rude. She basically accused me of lying because I had a defective device. She was very confrontational. When I called her out on this, she tried to change her attitude a little. Then they offered me a credit on my account. Avoid this location. I was not even greeted when I first walked in. My friend had a new screen protector and they went to this store to get help and they were being rude to her and made her cry and were being so nasty for no reason when she needed help. The manager Tyler was rude and nasty to my friend for no reason when my friend wanted their phone back he said in a condescending tone "do you want me to help you or not" first of all I worked at a t mobile and when working at a t mobile we strive to give the magenta glove experience and that store and that manager did not give the magenta glove experience. My roommate a manager at another store will be reaching out to the territory manager. I was in the store about 30 minutes ago and although it's only two miles from my home, I will NOT go back. I went in to see when I could get my screen fixed, (after it broke.) When I was finally acknowledged, he did not ask my phone number, and when I told him that I had my phone insured and needed the screen repaired, hex said he would check on availability. He walked away and came back in a few moments and said that there was no availability, handed me a brochure and said to call Assurant, who handles the claims, and their not much help either. He then asked if he could help with anything else. I told him that he puked have asked my phone number and truly given me excellent customer service. He asked again if he could help with anything else, snd I said, Yes! You could do your job!" And I walked out. What a pathetic excuse for an employee.
