I went to the one near my home they said no you have to go to the store that you purchased it at which is the Arizona Avenue store. I got there. They don't do refunds in the store. You have to call customer care which I was on the phone with for over two hours. Only to be told. I needed to go to the store. Seriously the runaround was ridiculous and in the end I get no refund even though they advertise a moneyback guarantee. Do not do business with Boost Mobile anywhere. Dishonest business practices should detour anybody from wanting to do business with this terrible company.
