I have never been treated so rude as the present Manager at this location treated me. Firstly we had two problems and neither problem was resolved. He refused to tell me his name as to me reporting an incident. Secondly we were severely overcharged for data we couldn't possibly have used. No resolution. We are quitting Verizon in every way and I urge others to do the same. REMEMBER! You have a choices , don't use Verizon unless you want to be overcharged and treated like crap Beyond bad company customer service . You can call me for details. No more, Go Wireless, you lost a customer! I bought my phone from here, got suckered into a 'premium' package to transfer my pics and contacts to the new phone, was promised "two" $20 accessory coupons (it was only one and it expired in 30 days) "lifetime" screen protectors, etc. I bought my accessories and paid my bills here. I always had OK service in a fairly reasonable amount of time. Buuut... Then- maybe they had a change of management or something? I really don't know- the month I tried to go TWICE in the same day, before and after an appointment. I waited, and waited...one lone female employee had a problematic customer, no other customers, but at least she acknowledged me. I waited until I was going to be late for my appointment so decided to try again later. I returned two hours later, now a lone male employee- same thing...I waited, and waited, but this one didn't bother acknowledging me, had only one customer. I waited some more then finally left. I now go to the corporate Verizon store (the location by Sandwich Express) where I am greeted and helped right away. read more

Shawn B (the manager) is the best!! He helped us get the best deal and all new phones for a great price (bogo). He also was super patient with us as we had to back our phones up to the iCloud before switching over to our new phones...we even kept him late and he was super nice about all of it! I feel like we got a better deal than what we had at AT&T and I know we will have better coverage! I even appreciated that they gave us a trade in credit for our old phones! We decided to go to this location after having less help at the other one in town. Andrew was so helpful and worked hard to help us with my husband's defective phone. He called the warranty department and got us the help we needed as I tried several times to get through to them and take care of it myself. Will be going back for any other Verizon needs. read more

Previously, in Jan 2022, I rated this store with 5 stars but the change of personnel operating this store has really gone downhill on their Ethics. Last month I was having issues with my Google Pixel phone with battery life, I went in to see if they had batteries and was told that would not fix the issue as my phone was old. So, I bought an iPhone 13 mini because they didn't have the regular iPhone in stock and I was told I had 30 days to return if I didn't like it. I didn't care for the mini so I returned it and said I'll just deal with my Pixel for now. I was then told my phone would no longer be supported by Verizon after the end of the month because it was 3G. I wasn't going to be pushed into buying another phone right away, I wanted to do some research so I left with my Pixel. Later I called Verizon customer service to check if my phone was going to be obsolete and was told it's 4G and was fine. I don't appreciate being lied to in order for them to get a sale, I was going to go back once I figured out what phone I wanted but they just lost my business forever. read more

Joseph was a thrill! We got excellent and quick service, and he even stayed past his shift to make sure all of our needs were met. My fiancé and I both got new phones and got a few extra incentives to sweeten the deal. He catered our experience specifically to us and kept us laughing all the while. I would definitely come back to this Verizon store next to Subway for future transactions and or questions. I never do more than one review on a company. But I'd like to give 5 stars to the manager at this store. He was on the phone forever trying to fix this problem. Yes I was there also waiting. I think it was around an hour and half I was there. But it was all because of who he was dealing with on the phone. I think he had to talk to like 5 people and tell them what was going on 4 different times. The only problem is with some of the customer service people employees he had to talk to. Some of them didn't know what they were talking about. If any of the higher ups in the company of Verizon, (not this store) read this. Get your sh*t together. Call center employees need better training. And again I'd like to thank the manager of this store in McMinnville many thanks. He's the best. read more

In all fairness, I cant think of a phone company (except T-Mobile) where I actually dint at one point feel completely jerked around. I am currently grandfathered in to the unlimited bandwidth. I have no intention of breaking that contract or letting expire. All I wanted to do is upgrade my phone. Well come to find out that if you upgrade your phone rather than paying the full retail price of $800 for Note II vs. $299 upgrade price, you fore-go your contract. After all of that explained and I showed my frustration at the ridiculous nature of this insidious attempt to get rid of the "unlimited" black sheep Verizon customers, the CSR then goes on to explain how they can do a work around to accomplish what I want involving adding a dummy line, paying the line fee of $10, then canceling it. MY GOD MAN. I was happy there was a way around it, but why this company is attempting to sneakily get people to forfeit their unlimited plan is an obvious one and its not cool. I do not blame the CSR for this, if anything, that small gesture made the different of me shopping for new cell phone provider. UPDATE: I realized I did not specify, go wireless is a re-seller. They are not Verizon. Verizon is the one trying to un grandfather their customer. The re-seller is the one trying desperately to make up for Verizon's blundered decision with a work around. read more

I've been going to this store for several years now, because the customer service is really good. I did a lot of research when I bought my first smart phone several years ago and I visited about 4 different stores to check out various phones and to assess the customer service offered at each location. Without question, this Verizon Wireless store offered the best customer service (helpful, informative, patient, respectful, good problem solvers, and not endlessly pushing more merchandise). And, over the years, the staff has continued to provide top notch service to me. Sure, some of the staff change over time, but the emphasis on strong customer service remains rock solid. When I upgraded to a new phone last year, I received the same outstanding, supportive customer service I've come to expect. It's also important to point out that the staff remains helpful long after the phone sale has been made, and they readily answer questions and help solve problems that may come up. I was just in the store a few days ago with some questions, and I was reminded once again why this is my "Go To" Verizon Wireless store. I give this place a big Thumbs Up! read more
