Once again, we had a GREAT experience purchasing phones @ Cellular Sales, this time with Colton, as our prior contact had moved on. Working with Colton specifically has been GREAT! This guy is polite, pleasant and knowledgeable. When he doesn't know an answer he's not shy to get accurate info. He is smart as all get out, an excellent listener, and an outstanding communicator of plans and options. And, Colton installed our glass screen protectors flawlessly. I didn't realize mine was even on when he handed my new phone to me. Along with buying phones, we had a lingering issue with Verizon corporate which Colton resolved with a direct call to his service contact. Very Happy with the deals we got on the iPhones we purchased: iPhone 17 Pro Max, and an iPhone 16. I had an outstanding experience I've been in and out of that store, not because of a bad customer relations and experience with an associate in Dallas and went above and beyond the customer service experience I was taking a phone call and Dallas without a hitch waiting but we able to complete and get everything resolved so I highly recommend the but I can tell you on my end, having things concluded I didn't need to have patience. DO NOT go into a Verizon wireless store to upgrade or add new lines. They charge you a fee for helping you on top of charging activation fees, this was not made ckear to me and I shouldhave asked more questions. Do it online yourself or go to Best Buy or Target or something. Also the 5G start plan is crap and won't work outside of being connected to wifi. read more

I have gone to this location in my town many times and always received great service, however the last two nights I have received outstanding service from one employee. I acquired three new phones, upgraded my plan, and saved over $800 on two of the three phones and $400 on the 3rd. The next night, I went in with the rest of my family added a new line to the account and upgraded the two phones. Again saving $700 and $800. I've been a Verizon customer for many, many years but would not continue to go to a location such as this if it wasn't helpful. McKenna was extremely knowledgeable on all of the plans that they have and assisted us in getting the very best deal that we could possibly get monthly, as well as saving money on devices. She was more than patient when answering questions that we had, even if we ask them more than once. She offered personal service through her phone and was grateful to have our current and future business. I'd recommend making an appointment with her anytime. Thank you McKenna... If I could rate it a zero I would. to give a little back story, my mother has severe mental issues and is an extremely abusive woman. she bought a phone for her ex boyfriend AND my ex boyfriend without my knowledge. she went into the store and made a smear campaign of my name and put me to blame for all of it and even said more untrue things About myself. when I went in to take myself off her plan the staff treated me AWFULLY and made snarky comments about me the whole time while sending me away because they "couldn't do it tonight" I had to come back the next day just to get the same treatment. EVEN THE WORKER ON THE PHONE MADE MENTION OF HER DISGUSTING COMMENTS ABOUT ME. again, they sent me away because "they couldn't help me" just to separate phone lines.. it was humiliating and downright unprofessional. I ordered a phone on Monday and they said the latest the phone would arrive was Thursday. Called them Saturday because they never called me saying the phone delivered Friday. Saturday comes along and I Waited almost an hour to get help. While I was waiting one of the workers declined to help me and clocked out 20 minutes early. For being a Saturday, they should definitely have more than 2 workers at Verizon. Not coming back here unless I absolutely have too, not worth the wait. Additionally, when I first came in Monday I knew what I was coming in for, and the worker helping me was pushing bunch of random phones on me. Horrible attitudes, rude service people, and the man that dealt with my upgrade and transfer to my new phone treated me like I'm a dumb girl. I asked many questions that went unanswered and would he only attempted to speak to my boyfriend who went along with me. Not to mention they push products too hard, and their quality is also not great. I purchased a liquid ice screen protector and within four days a giant scratch was on my phone screen, and I didn't even drop it or do anything crazy to it. This store was no help when I called to try to figure things out. I'm disappointed, not only their quality, but their advertisement methods of sub-par products. I needed an iphone charger cord, was driving by here, so stopped in. The salesperson said the Ventev cord was really rugged, had lots of strain relief, and was worth the extra cost, plus it came with a life-time guarantee! Great I said, and purchased the cable. I was only a customer of Verizon for 11 days. They said if I canceled I would get my money back within a 14 day period. I showed up to cancel since I was not getting consistent service from my iPhone or my Jetpack(purchased at this store) .....today I was only getting .03mbps.... I was told when I canceled that I would have to pay a $50 "RE-boxing" fee for returning my device. The representative who handled the return said this was standard... I was never told this and I would not have purchased it with this fee. I was planning on testing it out instead of using my tether feature on my phone. I was told I could just take it back if I didn't need it. I called 611 and was told the manager would be able to waive the Re box fee since I have had an open technical support ticket out since I began service 11 days ago.... the manager told me otherwise and charged me $50 for returning my device. When I started service 11 days ago it took me 3 trips to the Verizon store and about 4 hours trying to get my number to port over from AT&T. I give a 2 star instead of 1 because the two representatives that helped me out worked with me for about 1.5 hours until my number was successfully ported. They worked really hard to get it to work and their efforts paid off, I really wish I could have stayed a customer I know Verizon generally is supposed to have the best service that's why I tried them out. Unfortunately this is the second time I have been a customer in the past 6 years and my last experience had several technical issues also. Unfortunately I think I'm burnt for good. And just so you know I live not even 2 miles from this store in Portland so I know I should not be having these signal issues. read more

Dishonest! We switched to Verizon here because they had a promotion where they would buy out our contract. The salesperson (Zan) indicated that we needed to just bring in our final bill from Sprint to be reimbursed so we went ahead and switched companies. We returned with our bill and then he indicated that he needed to trade in our old phones and that they needed to be in perfect condition-never once stated when we initially visited to switch to Verizon. We got stuck with a $200 termination fee and customer service did nothing to remedy the situation. read more

Love Verizon but this store just put a bad taste in my mouth. I wanted a iPhone X and I didn't want my monthly bill to be more than around 100 dollars so I was quoted 108 dollars after I put 300 dollars down. Than I went home after I got the phone and looked at my monthly bill and it was about 200 dollars. So I went back to the store because I called and no one picked up and when I got there the lady helping me than said it would take time for my next bill to be adjusted. So than she showed me my regular monthly bill and it's now at 115 dollars a month. Ok... few dollars more. I was mad but whatever. I go home and I call Verizon twice to get other people opinions on the matter and both Verizon reps say my monthly bill will be about 135 until October because that's when your contract ends for your last phone !!! Erica I believe that is her name at the store never said that. I wasted hours of my life because a Verizon employees don't know how to quote me a correct price for my monthly bill. Awesome. This isn't the first time this has happened. I've been with Verizon for 8 years and 4 years ago at the store down the road the rep quoted me the wrong price. But in the end they waved my 7 months left on my contract because of all the time I wasted and they started me a new one. But this time after wasting hours of my time going back to the store 4 times they won't do anything for me. Won't wave the remains 5 months of my contract. 20 dollars for extra line.. well after this contract ends I'm going to AT&T or sprint. I am unsure why the ratings on this Verizon are so low.... I just switched over from ATT and was very impressed with the customer service of JOEL at this location. Honestly, if you go in ask for Joel... He is amazing and goes far and beyond any cell phone employee has ever gone to help me set up my account. I had some complicated requests and Joel really made switching over painless and simple. I haven't ever been treated with such amazing customer service in a cell phone store before. I usually dread every time I have to go to the Verizon store. Unfortunately for me I had to go four times in the last week or so due to my dysfunctional relationship with technology. Long story short, every time I went to the store I worked with an associate named Tyler who was incredibly friendly, helpful and didn't make me feel like the out of touch cave dweller that I am. He helped me with all of my needs while never pressuring me to buy the newest iPhone or whatever the hot promotion of the week was.
