Used to have a lot of respect for this store and honestly thought the customer service had gone up. Guess that was wrong. Stopped in one day to ship out a small package, when trying to juggle all the other things in my hand and my phone to read the address of where I was sending it the store representative asked me to take my phone so he could read the address and type it in... afterwards, when I was asked to double check the address and that it was going to the right place. I triple verified that indeed it was the correct address and a correct apartment number on the little pad. Well a week later it gets sent back, and this store tries to tell me I didn't give them the right address and upon the associate trying to explain to me that I was going to have to yet pay again to re-ship it, she said that this is a normal issue they experience with their system - and that sometimes when addresses get put in and verified that the system will not understand apartment number and remove it... she told me that was something they've experienced before.... Yet they wanted to make me pay again to re-ship it. Apparently that associate talked to the manager, who then confirmed yes I was going to have to pay for it again because I did confirm the address on the pad - which I did, and was correct at the time. Cannot recommend this place, especially over a couple of dollars and customer service. Won't be back, and will file a different complaint with ups- though I know it is independently owned. And for the management not to call be back and make the associate who doesn't fully understand try to explain is asinine. read more

Sounds like a lot of the complaints posted here are because of impatient and un-informed people. Probably should have read the fine print before blaming them for your mistakes. I came in for fingerprints today and was greeted with nothing but friendliness and patience. Thank you, Jasmine. When I sell online, many times UPS Ground is the most economical shipping option. While there are a few ways to drop off a package, I like getting a receipt as proof of shipment. This location is larger than the NE store and will accommodate multiple people inside at once. While Mondays and holidays can be busy, my experience has generally been a quick transaction. They also offer printing, copying, along with basic office and shipping supplies. There's a small internet workspace, but it was out of service my last trip. read more

So since Amazon moved to this location for any returns I've been coming here. Close to my house but a little further away than when it was at Keizer station. Anyways I'm just here to complain about the guy that works at this store that always wears a mask. He is just straight up rude. No greeting, no how can I help you no thank you have a good day. I thought maybe he had a bad day the first couple times but nope. He's just a grumpy person. Sorry I had to say this but maybe you'll come around and cheer up a bit and be nice to your costumers. On 10/15/25 at 0930AM, the store clerk Makayla tried to scam me for paying for new labels when I simply was refusing the packages. These packages were refused a day before and were not marked properly by the store staff and thus were redelivered. I had to leave the store because I was not going to get scammed by this crook. Luckily, I found the UPS driver right outside who was glad to help me out without any whining. I told Makayla that the UPS driver did her job for her. She was useless. If she acted on behalf of what her owners or manager told her to do, these people are trying to scam you. Beware and do not pay unnecessary charges they tell you to pay. Addition to my review I post earlier today, I see this female named "Jazmin" who says she is a manager is as dumb as a box of rocks. She has no clue what she is doing. She is so stupid. Yet, she has the nerve to run her mouth off here pushing her lies in response to my review of this fraud business she is running her unprofessional employee Makayla. Shame on her. If I was the owner of this place, I would fire her on the spot for her conduct and handling of the business. She does not know anything about customer service and professionalism. read more

What a ripoff this place is - they charged $29 dollars for a book of 20 forever stamps!!! The post office, in the same shopping complex, charges $15.60 (78 cents each) for the face value of the stamps. That's a mark up of twice the value!!! At UPS, There's a Gal named Mysa ** (next to the Fred Meyer store) I just met a gal name Mysa, No! There was nevah a kissah! Although she is sweet Her hairdo so neat, She's a current employee assista! I had an Amazon return. I finally got up to my turn, She knew what to do, She's a pro, that is true! The employees here are always friendly and super helpful. I often have mail that has a prepaid label and that I don't need a receipt for (but too big for the blue bin), so I skip the line at USPS and come here instead. I haven't bought any, but they always are well stocked with postage supplies. My mom came in with me once on a Saturday and needed to purchase some stamps. They couldn't find any at first, but they took the time to search further everywhere they could and ended up finding a few.. and they seemed very happy to help! I went to this ups store to have them ship an LP record. I had called another store for a quote and was quoted under $20 for pack and ship services from Salem to colorado. The girl that was working was completely daft. First off she grabbed the record from me by the paper corner with one hand so it was slightly starting to bend (this was an out of print still sealed album) after I quickly grabbed it with both hands from her she took it to the back to ship. She came out with an14x14x14 box she had cut down to the size of a microwave.... Easily could have shipped this item in a flat box or with padding between an unbuilt box.. But whatever it was secure. She rings everything up and charges me $20 for supplies..... And $20 for shipping. I'm sorry but seriously $40 to back and ship a record. Why was I charged for such a giant box? I am not one to leave feedback, especially negative. I have visited the UPS Keizer location in the past for services and was greeted with friendly clerks, however, today was the exception. I arrived at 1:30 today, March 27, 2018 and upon entering the store was immediately greeted with an unpleasant attitude by the female clerk working. The older gentlemen attending to me was trying to the best of his ability to accommodate me while the female clerk was shouting out rude comments from the back of the store regarding an electronic shipping label he was trying to scan. It is unprofessional for any employee in customer service to conduct themselves in such a manner. I understand people have bad days, but this was different, this was an individual who is accustomed to treating people this way on a regular basis. I was never rude to the clerks and entered the store with a smile, I did nothing to provoke such behavior. I prefer this Keizer location, however, I will travel the extra miles to use another location and avoid this employee. I really like UPS and it is my hope that management can intervene so others can feel comfortable at this location when dealing with this woman. I believe UPS is a great company, sometimes an employee chooses to represent the company they work for poorly and takes the opportunity to be rude when management is not present. read more
