It was simple this time, from point A to B, then C. They pick up a new couch for me. I had one of the same workers from last time. He was still professional and a hard worker. I had one mirror hiccup that something got put on the truck that wasn't going with me, but that was my fault for not giving better instructions. They offer to put together my new couch, but I had that covered. I need them to move the heavy stuff. They did another outstanding job, and I will recommend them to anyone. Side Note: Photograph all your things before and after. If something gets broken, you need proof. They do offer free insurance, but they need documentation.

The crew of Brad, Morgan, and Jesse were on time, courteous, transparent about any pre-existing damages or small items, efficient, and to top it all off they literally did not scratch/hit/mark one single wall of the house when moving. All 3 were absolute beasts in moving heavy furniture upstairs, and a few times we ended up deciding on a difference placement of a furniture item they already placed and every time they were more than happy to help rearrange it as needed. You really can't ask for more in a moving company. They were willing to accommodate, went the extra mile on servicing things, and were lighthearted and carried a positive attitude through the whole 12-14 hour day. I would honestly ask them to help move for any future moves in my lifetime. It is not easy doing their profession, but they seem very dedicated and deserve every ounce of recognition. I hired Cal's Moving & Storage to help me move heavy boxes/snow equipment from a outside garage into a storage unit. It was very easy to connected to a sales person and get a quote scheduled. I sent in about 10 photos of the unit (which I live 45 minutes away from, and they had been made aware). They quoted me about $600 for three hours, including two guys and a box van. Great! I got a 9-9:30am window. I started working remotely around 5am to accommodate me taking 9am-1pm off of work. I got a call around 9:30 stating they had scheduled another job earlier than me, and would be at the property an hour and a half after the promised moving time. Oh well, this shouldn't take too long anyways right?? They show up around 10:45, I gave the guys a quick rundown of the fragile boxes (five boxes at most) and let them know I am going to head to the storage unit to unlock / make sure everything is good on that end. At about 11am, I get a call stating that there's bugs in an OUTSIDE GARAGE, and they might not be able to move the boxes because "they might get in the truck and affect the next customer," while I can understand their logic -- that is something that needs to be mentioned during the quoting process (AGAIN, they were aware of the outside garage unit, and were sent multiple pictures of the stuff inside). It takes about 20 minutes for them to get the green light to keep moving boxes. It takes them over 2.5 hours just to get the boxes loaded, and another 20 minutes to get to the storage unit (which was 7 minutes down the road). To no fault of this company, the storage unit management went and slapped a lock back onto the unit while I was waiting outside. However, it took the guys another 2 hours just to bring the boxes up (they had access to a huge cargo elevator and needed to move the boxes maybe 30ft from the elevator). All-in-all, this process took over 5 hours to complete, and they never got the stuff into the actual unit (WHICH ONLY TOOK ME 1.5 HOURS TO DO ON MY OWN). I'm upset about the mis-quoting and time wasted. I saw the younger guy moving around boxes on the truck for the last hour, probably unloading 4 boxes per 5 minutes. I emailed and called, and no one has gotten back to me. I would've been fine paying if I could've gotten an adult on the phone, but now I am pissed. F this company, and F whoever is running their customer serivce.
