Have had this before and met Ms. Jill for whom the strain was named. Very tasty usually but found this version lacking its well known deeper flavor, but this is a personal preference of using more natural sugar in the growing process. This is the reason for 4 star rating and not 5. Flowers were weighed out in front of customer, thank goodness! Its worth the extra price for the reliability of an open transaction at this shop.

Their recreational selection was good, and they found a high-CBD strain (Cannatonic) for me. They did not have much information on the grower. Having paid for a half Oz, it was short, even on the label, weighed out to be short, and charged for the price of a regular Oz, but was clearly just shake. Unfortunate since I was a regular who stopped by at least 4 times a month minimum, I won't be returning however, that's not cool they'd do that just because I wasn't there to confirm.

Checked on some CBD tinctures for my wife - decent advice - picked up a trial size for $3. Service was just that, service. Nice person, a slight coaching would be to show your customers they are your priority. Wait to continue your stocking or labeling until you're finished with your customer. Not a huge deal - been in customer service for over 20 years - I get it. But, others may not be as forgiving. Overall I've been happy the few times I've been there. From knowing nothing to thinking they have more knowledge than an Oncologist. So if you're seeking knowledge. Just do some research. Like you would anything else. So again I've been in many and well The Green Room is i'd say one of the better ones around. Every single time in there I've been greeted. Other places are a hit and miss. The nicest thing is some of the knowledge they have and they don't blow smoke where it shouldn't go. I also like how everything is presented in Glass Jars. I actually feel they have one of the better selection around, As in Gummies, flower and way more. Prices are very comparable and some maybe even better. So to me customer service and quality in product and good prices is a must these days.
