I am very disturbed by the way I was treated in this place. I girl with dark hair was talking down to me the whole time and they treat you like you need to be able to afford a 8$ pre roll like it's nothing. They have a very crap attitude. Stopped in for a quick look. Interested in their house farm, Indo. They had a few strains - 1 I recognize from the way back. Checked on some CBD tinctures for my wife - decent advice - picked up a trial size for $3. Service was just that, service. Nice person, a slight coaching would be to show your customers they are your priority. Wait to continue your stocking or labeling until you're finished with your customer. Not a huge deal - been in customer service for over 20 years - I get it. But, others may not be as forgiving. Overall I've been happy the few times I've been there. Was very good but now very poor customer service. Cannot help people with disabilities unless they are able to go into store. Cannot ask questions and order over the phone due to low staffing or staff no longer knowledgeable about their products. Was told I have to use website which is now confusing and no longer user friendly. Let me tell you about my experience with this company. So I ordered from them for the first time yesterday. You can't miss my place because it's behind a large dealership, so their driver calls me up acting like he's about five minutes away asking for directions, I give him directions 30 minutes goes by I don't hear anything, I call back, they told me the driver got lost and ask if is okay for them to come back tomorrow, they didn't even have the decency to call me back and tell me that the driver was lost or that they wouldn't be coming. When I called back and spoke to a manager and let the manager know that I was recording everything because I do consumer reviews for a living and I need to be able to prove what I say, he tells me he didn't know he was being recorded, but he would come out and deliver the order himself which he did. So today I call and make another order I ordered 25 vials being advertised for $2.50 they told me when I call in that it was a computer mistake and both this advertisement and the one advertising a low cost ounce and they canceled my orders, I told them they should have to honor my order because that's what was advertised and they told me if I objected I would be banned from using their store all together. Keep in mind I have every single interaction with this company fully recorded and preserved electronically, where the calls cannot be altered because they were sent to my other emails immediately afterwards There's many different directions I can go with this, I can sue in small claims court, I would probably lose because there's probably some disclaimer on their website that would let them off, however in the recording , when I spoke to Raul he informed me that this happens all the time so they may not be able to use this as an excuse, when they are fully aware that this is a common problem because then one could argue it becomes a intentional bait and switch for them to use this as a bait and switch to bring people in, and to take a attention from people that are honoring their advertisements which is what I explained to Raul. They haven't contacted me to try to give me some discount or to try to make it right some how. Raul did take my number and I felt an indication that may happen , I'll give it sometime then decide where I want to take this, I could just give everything to a rival store they would be able to use it as a reason people should go with them and not trust this company. read more

I wish I could give even more then a 5 star rating. The people who work here and have worked here since I've been coming in are absolutely wonderful. I know very little about marijuana, but they always answer all of my questions and are able to find me things that I like. Really good quality here too!! I have been going through a lot of mental and physical health problems, per reason I have a medical card, and I have to say that I always feel like I matter when I walk in Preserve Oregon. I always get greeted when I walk in, or helped in a timely matter. I went in on Tuesday sept 7th, and I was holding back tears. It's been a rough couple of years. These two girls who were working were absolutely wonderful! They made a comment to me that will stick with me forever, and that was after I said I didn't have enough to tip with, they said "you getting what you need and feeling better is a tip to us!" And that stuck. Keep up the good work and the compassion and nonjudgmental place, you all are amazing! read more

These guys are the WORST. I've ordered from over 20 stores around town. I have NEVER gotten one seed in a batch until I ordered from them. Last time it was 3 seeds. Every ounce I've bought has been full of stems and leaves. I have to DIG, like actually dig through the mess to find the actual pieces of buds to use. Last time, I ordered a product through a 3rd party ordering company. Instead of filling that order, they decided to substitute something else. Didn't call me; didn't ask, just picked out a substitute, like you can just interchange all pot strains. Some people have serious side effects to even similar strains. And then didn't tell the person who went in to pick it up. Just felt free to send them home with the wrong product. It's not like you can return pot once it leaves the store. I tried to order 3 times from them because it seemed like such an odd thing, but it only got worse. I guess if you're trying to grow your own plants, then maybe these guys are good? Free seeds, right? Awful, awful people. Check your ounces before you leave. Make sure there is actual pot in that mess before you walk out the door. I'm disadvantaged because my caregiver has to pick it up and doesn't know what to look for. I guess don't look for this store. read more

Was quoted by budtender on the strain I wanted it was $90, asked again and she said that was correct. When I get to pay, they tried to charge me $130. I let them know I was in a hurry but it took 12 mins to complete transaction. Lots of other better choices in the area. They gave me product in a freakin sandwich bag with no labeling information on it at all... Not even sure if this is what I ordered. No license #, thc/cbd. Clean store though. read more

The Preserve Dispensary is the only place I go for pot now. The budtenders are really knowledgeable. Amy is amazing. She has educated me so much on pot and terpenes and all the little things that are fun to know.
