In the last few months (MAY 23'-AUG 23') they have had some supply issues, with very limited quantities when I go in and shop. They told me it was due to staff/ordering department being on vacation. If your going here for good service and don't want to pay cash, come here! If you are okay with a smaller selection, this is a great local place to visit and support. I will already check here first. If they don't have what I need, I have gone other places a couple times. Usually they always have what I want and their great attitudes keep me coming back.

I loved this place until I encountered "Selena Ludwig", who apparently answers the phone and works the counter at the Keizer OR location. What an asshole. I see no reason to be rude to consumers. This chick was so rude and disrespectful. I would expect that OBC would not tolerate an employee of theirs telling customers that they can essentially F off and go elsewhere. This employee literally said these exact words to me..."If you don't want to shop with us, we don't care." I actually did want to shop with them! I was literally talking to her about a product that I used to get from them weekly that they have been out of now forever, in spite of repeated requests for the product. This chick got super pissy with me about it and I'm not sure why she felt so invested that she needed to hang up on me. One would hope, with so many dispensaries on LITERALLY EVERY STREET CORNER to choose from, that customer service/kindness would be a priority in order to stand above the bazillions of other dispensaries in our community.
