OREGON BUD COMPANY DOESN'T CARE IF YOU SHOP THERE, SO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHO DOES CARE. As much as it pains me, I do not recommend Oregon Bud Company. I loved this place until I encountered "Selena Ludwig", who apparently answers the phone and works the counter at the Keizer OR location. What an asshole. I see no reason to be rude to consumers. This chick was so rude and disrespectful. I would expect that OBC would not tolerate an employee of theirs telling customers that they can essentially F off and go elsewhere. This employee literally said these exact words to me..."If you don't want to shop with us, we don't care." I actually did want to shop with them! I was literally talking to her about a product that I used to get from them weekly that they have been out of now forever, in spite of repeated requests for the product. This chick got super pissy with me about it and I'm not sure why she felt so invested that she needed to hang up on me. One would hope, with so many dispensaries on LITERALLY EVERY STREET CORNER to choose from, that customer service/kindness would be a priority in order to stand above the bazillions of other dispensaries in our community. I choose elsewhere. After this terrible experience I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME WITH OREGON BUD COMPANY. A frequent costumer and always a great experience stopping buy. Great deals on flower during happy hour and every 20th of the month. The budtenders are very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to assisting costumers and recommendations. first dispensary Ive ever been to with bad costumer service, their really over price too. I bought a bong never used it or even unwrapped it and they won't let me return it. if there is a no return policy that should have been on the receipt or posted somewhere. read more

I've been here a few times and won't be back. Have purchased 4-5 oz ranging from 50-70$. The top few buds always look good, however once you're less than 1/2 way down it becomes brown, leafy, stem, and of no use for smoking. Furthermore, I feel cheated. I feel like I am only getting a partial oz. If I buy a full oz and can't use 1/2 of it why would I purchase it? I have found a alternative location in the price range I can afford without feeling shorted. I hope the company takes a close look at there oz's and realizes people don't want dried brown buds with leaves and stems. Even though it's cheaper you don't have to short people and give them what I feel is garbage weed. I lived in Humboldt county and we called this shwag weed! Not worth selling or smoking, just dumped in the trash!!! read more

This dispensary is my neighborhood dispensary and I've visited Oregon Bud Company many times. It's a boutique style dispensary in a stand alone building making it easy to spot from the road with plenty of parking. Entering the store gives you a home style feel with a mid open design.. Two seating areas just to the left or right as you enter and a large service counter with at least one budtender to serve you. They have a well rounded stock of product to suite anyone's needs with fair prices. It's worth the time and money to drive over and take a look at this dispensary pick up some product while your there. read more

I used to come here and I was a regular, but was not treated like one, everytime I came in I was treated as a stranger and they were regularly rude, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but the last straw was when I came into their very small establishment, and was not served for 10 minutes while 2 employees proceeded to help one customer out. Then to top it all off the extremely rude owner came out and yelled at her employees that there was too many people in the building. At that point I left and will never go back there. read more

Perfect place for me they have a good selection and it's not overwhelming. I just want good stuff at decent price and that exactly what I get. Love the staff too they are friendly and funny. The staff is inviting which is hard to find sometimes. Best deals as well. read more

This place has disappointed me more and more. All of the staff but courtney have been friendly consistently. She seems to never have time for customers. I feel like a burden when I do come in. When she does do her job her customer service is unacceptable. She talks over people and is down right rude to not only the employees but customers. I'm sad to say but I will not be returning and will be telling my family and friends to shop else where. So sad to see a shop with decent products lose business because of this. Get it together.
