I loved this place until I encountered "Selena Ludwig", who apparently answers the phone and works the counter at the Keizer OR location. What an asshole. I see no reason to be rude to consumers. This chick was so rude and disrespectful. I would expect that OBC would not tolerate an employee of theirs telling customers that they can essentially F off and go elsewhere. This employee literally said these exact words to me..."If you don't want to shop with us, we don't care." I actually did want to shop with them! I was literally talking to her about a product that I used to get from them weekly that they have been out of now forever, in spite of repeated requests for the product. This chick got super pissy with me about it and I'm not sure why she felt so invested that she needed to hang up on me. One would hope, with so many dispensaries on LITERALLY EVERY STREET CORNER to choose from, that customer service/kindness would be a priority in order to stand above the bazillions of other dispensaries in our community. I choose elsewhere. After this terrible experience I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME WITH OREGON BUD COMPANY. Not because Jerrad and my son were close friends in the industry, not because of his really nice hugs when I came in, it's honestly because the quality of products across the board are always the best I can find in town. I walk in to an empty shop, go to the binder to look at the different options meanwhile nobody is in the shop. I finally decide on what to get and I ask for help and the dude just gives straight attitude saying "go back into the line like the rest of the people waiting to order". Mind you it was one person in line that I missed and it was an honest mistake but the thing is there is TWO budtenders. As if there wasn't only two of us customers in the store while the two budtenders were just standing there waiting for us to be ready.
