When we phoned the proprietor, Colby Jackson for information, he exploded with something more than a chip on the shoulder. Questions went sideways. The conversation was a dead end. In contrast to how his salesman answered our earlier question, Jackson replied that relief from our purchase might take weeks in coming. We backed out of that phone call. Of the Salem and Silverton dispensaries contacted, a local smoke shop here in town stood out and is now our go-to supplier. The manager is fluent with CBD treatment and welcomed questions.
