Gave this place another try , weed is over priced and to top it off customer service is lousy. Some guy named rigo refused to open any more jars because I was having problems trying to decide what I wanted. And he was rude and very unprofessional. Way to treat your customers treestar!!! read more

WAS a customer for the last 4 years until today was my last day going their never again. Always taxing and they want your money but the day you ask for a exchange for something that don't work they give you the bull shit excuse that they aren't allowed to reimburse you the cart for a new one and they charge you for another one. read more

I understand with what is going on things are harder on these young tenders... but honestly out of every shop when i come too TREESTAR always is by far the worse about the way they do things you will literally be waiting here almost an hour even when notified the order is ready TO BE PICKED UP. Customer's that just walk up to buy get served and handled and sent on they're way. And the tenders act like they do not see you... The system or people they are using is really not doing this place favors.. When you need what you need and cant go anywhere else i get it.. it but this place needs to buckle up and get organized... And YES i am outside of TREESTAR waiting for my order..... I spoke with the supervisor Kimberly about this and she felt sometype of way about it.. My order was ready at 3:20 sat there watched the girl with green hair bounce around everyone else i was on spot #4 SHE went straight to #5 and the guy with the bun also... This place just broke disability laws. I came in with my service dog first of all wasnt even greeted when i walked in. Ignored for 20 minutes then told to take my dog out to the car. No questions on whether or not he's a service dog. That's against the law. I will never go back there and am considering talking to a lawyer. read more

I visited this dispensary yesterday for the first time and it will definitely be the last time. The pre-rolls burn uneven and are very flimsy, I smoked 2 in one sitting and have gotten higher smoking out of an apple. Also bought an oil cartridge that hardly burned oil. Save your money buying from someone else. DO NOT RECOMMEND read more

A fun decor feature is their display of completed Playmobil sets on shelves around the perimeter of the north side of the store -- some of the sets our own grown offspring had as children. The store staff were cordial and helpful, even if they were not going out of their way to greet everyone who came through the doors. One big plus for us, after walking around downtown Corvallis for a few hours, is they have public restrooms available! You have to ask for a key at the checkout counter, but the restrooms are very clean and well maintained; and for those with very small children, there are full-sized changing tables. We often find ourselves being sort of "restroom snobs" when it comes to shops and restaurants; but we find the condition of the bathroom is often an accurate indicator of the rest of the facility. Anyway, The Toy Factory is a wonderful little shop, and I highly recommend it.

I love this place lol, the staff are all so genuinely happy to be at work that it actually felt like I was in Disneyland with all my buddies for a second..
