The good... 1. great pricing…read more2. The two staff named Dakota The bad.... 1. Uneven application of state law. Let me explain. I've shopped in the store for 3+ years. Most of them know me by name and I know theirs. Today 7/27/2025 I went to Top Shelf, and they( same person who has sold to me numerous times) wouldn't sell to me because my drivers license had the hole punch because i was waiting for my REAL ID. Well I have been using that same drivers license at the same dispensary for over a month with the same employees with no issue. Now today its an issue. This doesn't even count the number of times when I've reached for ID and they've said "don't bother we know you.". 2. The accessories they sell are cheaply made, and way over priced. They sold me a cracked bong and wouldn't take it back even with receipt. All the dispensaries around here the same pretty much stock and price wise. Basically it comes down to customer service and today Top Shelf Cannabis failed bigly.

Do not waste your time with this poor excuse for a dispensary, poor selection, rude "rush you out"…read moreemployees, over priced and poor quality . WARNING DO NOT HAND YOUR ID TO THEM TO SCAN, it has been 3 days now and I am driving without a license due to the negligence of the budtender that faithful day I decided to buy a joint on my lunch break. The panic, oh, the panic when I realized I didn't have my ID the next day when I was at a WAY better choice of a dispensary. I DONT EVER pull my ID out, unless I'm where? A dispensary, and it's for sure the last place I had it and they've been zero help and frankly don't seem to care that they blatantly stole my ID. Aside from past rumors about lies over their THC content, and the legitimacy of CBD products, and rude employees, this truly ices the cannabis cake. Went in for a joint walked out needing to go to the DMV, what a deal. 0/5 stars if I could.

Went in to get a pack of Portland heights pre rolls and when the bud tender rang me up she was…read morecharging me a different price than what was on labeled on the shelf which was about 9 bucks more. So then I asked how come she wouldn't honor the price that they had on the pre rolls and very rudely Answered me that she didn't know bc she was new and that I should go shop somewhere else if I didn't like the prices there. I immediately asked to speak with a manager or someone else because I didn't want to deal with her rude self and she said he wasn't in and told me to get out of the store I asked her for her name and she said I didn't need to know her name. Horrible experience I don't blame the shop as much as I blame that rude ah rookie bud tender! Been there plenty of times and never had any problems. Will definitely be calling manager.
