The store is rather small, and only takes cash. But the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Let's all stop leaving 1 star reviews just because we feel entitled to something. Entering the store gives you a home style feel with a mid open design.. Two seating areas just to the left or right as you enter and a large service counter with at least one budtender to serve you. They have a well rounded stock of product to suite anyone's needs with fair prices. It's worth the time and money to drive over and take a look at this dispensary pick up some product while your there.

I loved this place until I encountered "Selena Ludwig", who apparently answers the phone and works the counter at the Keizer OR location. What an asshole. I see no reason to be rude to consumers. This chick was so rude and disrespectful. I would expect that OBC would not tolerate an employee of theirs telling customers that they can essentially F off and go elsewhere. This employee literally said these exact words to me..."If you don't want to shop with us, we don't care." I actually did want to shop with them! I was literally talking to her about a product that I used to get from them weekly that they have been out of now forever, in spite of repeated requests for the product. This chick got super pissy with me about it and I'm not sure why she felt so invested that she needed to hang up on me. One would hope, with so many dispensaries on LITERALLY EVERY STREET CORNER to choose from, that customer service/kindness would be a priority in order to stand above the bazillions of other dispensaries in our community. My patients and I brought 12 OZ's of Hydroponic Top Shelf in separate Mason Jars, which passed all State standards before a House Bill was even brought up at the State Level. I not only passed but I was 99.999% no pesticide and 75% under the minimum Mold and Mildew screen for CFU/g's . After a year an a half of still owing almost a $900 balance which was originally $1380 ($115) per oz., I have still yet to hear back from Amy, Susan , or there bookkeeper Craig for my reimbursement. This medicine tested at 16% THC, we are averaging 19% now and continue to do upgrades. Coincidentally, Over the past year I've met some other growers who have had similar problems with these tortfeasors. They told me it was almost top shelf and the consignment would be $115 not the $125. I hope this new measure 91 enlightens growers and I hope people starting filing papers at the circuit courts so people pay their bill. I just had another 1HP aquarium chiller go out and we have to downsize because of people like this. Maybe people growing in soil spending 90% less than we do can afford to have losses like this. Not us.

He did ask us for ID, which I thought was strange considering we were asked for ID in order to enter the door. You enter the building from its side entrance into the waiting area to get checked in and will be escorted to the actual product room. The bud room is a small display area chalked full of product. Budtender attentive only when the product room is dealing with one individual any more than that it's a sh*t show. Knowledge is lacking so be sure to look up your products information before hand. They do house an array of products you should be able to find something you like at reasonable prices. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit this dispensary again but they can't all be winners.

I don't know if it's because it's part of the Mr. Nice Guy group, if it's because I only spend a hundred or two a month, but I don't feel like a valued customer any longer. I went in today and asked why they didn't have any events on/around 4/20 (they usually send out texts). Between the two guys in the shop they seemed to be having a hard time putting together coherent thoughts. They told me they had had events and when I asked who was responsible for sending out texts they looked at each other like dumb and dumber (I've seen that look before. Someone dropped the ball). When I said I felt bad they acted like they could give a crap. Remember how I said I hate change? I took my happy a$$ out that door, went to four dispensaries within a mile, made my purchase, spent $5.00 more than I would have and my motto for the rest of you is this: NEXT! Next! To the stores who don't respect you or your business. NEXT! We don't them - they need us. Don't be afraid of change, especially in this market. When it comes to herb, it's a buyers market. Don't let them forget it.
