OREGON BUD COMPANY DOESN'T CARE IF YOU SHOP THERE, SO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHO DOES CARE…read more As much as it pains me, I do not recommend Oregon Bud Company. I loved this place until I encountered "Selena Ludwig", who apparently answers the phone and works the counter at the Keizer OR location. What an asshole. I see no reason to be rude to consumers. This chick was so rude and disrespectful. I would expect that OBC would not tolerate an employee of theirs telling customers that they can essentially F off and go elsewhere. This employee literally said these exact words to me..."If you don't want to shop with us, we don't care." I actually did want to shop with them! I was literally talking to her about a product that I used to get from them weekly that they have been out of now forever, in spite of repeated requests for the product. This chick got super pissy with me about it and I'm not sure why she felt so invested that she needed to hang up on me. One would hope, with so many dispensaries on LITERALLY EVERY STREET CORNER to choose from, that customer service/kindness would be a priority in order to stand above the bazillions of other dispensaries in our community. I choose elsewhere. After this terrible experience I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME WITH OREGON BUD COMPANY. Thanks Selena Ludwig, for letting us know that OREGON BUD COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!…read more My story..... I ordered a delivery on Friday night - purchased the wrong product and returned it Saturday. I was dreading the return bc I figured it would be a hassle. As I entered the store Austin promptly greeted me asking if he could help me with anything. I explained my situation and Austin informed me he would return my money and offered to get the product I had intentionally meant to buy. After an ABSOLUTELY SEAMLESS return process I left the store with the product I meant to originally order and w twice as much of it!! Austin deserves a raise!! Will HIGHLY recommend this place to all my friends.

It was so nice having them be close to my house and as I do not normally have cash on my person it was nice having y'all accept card as a form of payment. But for now I choose CannaMedicine because they do accept card.

I walk in to an empty shop, go to the binder to look at the different options meanwhile nobody is in the shop. I finally decide on what to get and I ask for help and the dude just gives straight attitude saying "go back into the line like the rest of the people waiting to order". Mind you it was one person in line that I missed and it was an honest mistake but the thing is there is TWO budtenders. As if there wasn't only two of us customers in the store while the two budtenders were just standing there waiting for us to be ready. This was a while ago and I'm sure I'm missing details but the guy could have just been like "yeah no problem I'll get to you after the person in line" there is absolutely no need for attitude or hostility. I'm not no Karen, but it's just stuff like this that makes customers not want to return
