OREGON BUD COMPANY DOESN'T CARE IF YOU SHOP THERE, SO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHO DOES CARE…read more As much as it pains me, I do not recommend Oregon Bud Company. I loved this place until I encountered "Selena Ludwig", who apparently answers the phone and works the counter at the Keizer OR location. What an asshole. I see no reason to be rude to consumers. This chick was so rude and disrespectful. I would expect that OBC would not tolerate an employee of theirs telling customers that they can essentially F off and go elsewhere. This employee literally said these exact words to me..."If you don't want to shop with us, we don't care." I actually did want to shop with them! I was literally talking to her about a product that I used to get from them weekly that they have been out of now forever, in spite of repeated requests for the product. This chick got super pissy with me about it and I'm not sure why she felt so invested that she needed to hang up on me. One would hope, with so many dispensaries on LITERALLY EVERY STREET CORNER to choose from, that customer service/kindness would be a priority in order to stand above the bazillions of other dispensaries in our community. I choose elsewhere. After this terrible experience I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME WITH OREGON BUD COMPANY. Thanks Selena Ludwig, for letting us know that OREGON BUD COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS.

Checked on some CBD tinctures for my wife - decent advice - picked up a trial size for $3. Service was just that, service. Nice person, a slight coaching would be to show your customers they are your priority. Wait to continue your stocking or labeling until you're finished with your customer. Not a huge deal - been in customer service for over 20 years - I get it. But, others may not be as forgiving. Overall I've been happy the few times I've been there. I like to check in and see the progress - plenty of history with some folks from this place. In the words of Lou "MERRRRY CHRISTMAS!"

They do deli style bud-tending, as well as a variety of different THC items. In the last few months (MAY 23'-AUG 23') they have had some supply issues, with very limited quantities when I go in and shop. They told me it was due to staff/ordering department being on vacation. If your going here for good service and don't want to pay cash, come here! If you are okay with a smaller selection, this is a great local place to visit and support. I will already check here first. If they don't have what I need, I have gone other places a couple times. Usually they always have what I want and their great attitudes keep me coming back.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!…read more My story..... I ordered a delivery on Friday night - purchased the wrong product and returned it Saturday. I was dreading the return bc I figured it would be a hassle. As I entered the store Austin promptly greeted me asking if he could help me with anything. I explained my situation and Austin informed me he would return my money and offered to get the product I had intentionally meant to buy. After an ABSOLUTELY SEAMLESS return process I left the store with the product I meant to originally order and w twice as much of it!! Austin deserves a raise!!
