Went in to get a pack of Portland heights pre rolls and when the bud tender rang me up she was charging me a different price than what was on labeled on the shelf which was about 9 bucks more. So then I asked how come she wouldn't honor the price that they had on the pre rolls and very rudely Answered me that she didn't know bc she was new and that I should go shop somewhere else if I didn't like the prices there. I immediately asked to speak with a manager or someone else because I didn't want to deal with her rude self and she said he wasn't in and told me to get out of the store I asked her for her name and she said I didn't need to know her name. Horrible experience I don't blame the shop as much as I blame that rude ah rookie bud tender! Been there plenty of times and never had any problems. Will definitely be calling manager. read more

Customer service here is disappointing. I decided to give this place another chance and went in to purchase flower and infused blunts--well within the legal limits. Unfortunately, the staff clearly lacks knowledge of the regulations they're supposed to follow. The associate argued with me about what's allowed, and I had to explain and prove I was right just to complete my purchase. If you're looking for low-quality weed and employees who challenge legitimate purchases while enforcing their own incorrect "rules," this is the place for you. read more

Regular customer just moved from Portland and this WAS the dispo of my choice however after my experience I recommend everyone to stay out. Went in on a Tuesday night right before close. I bought their "best quality" all in one cart. Tried it loved it. Now I don't smoke too often maybe a cart every two weeks. On the first day I got home left my cart in the room showered and left came back to our room smelling like someone was smoking heavy! We were confused cus no one was home and we don't smoke indoors due to a newborn baby! I then looked at the cart and a lot of the oil had drained out. We found out the cart was firing on its own took it outside and left it in our storage. Took it back to the shop and they refused to do anything about it! This is their premium stuff! And they refuse to stand behind it! I always tip I always only buy premium so this stuff doesn't happen. I'm sure any other dispensary would have 0 problems swapping for a new one but "Mr nice guy" definitely does. Stand behind the products you sell. We had to sleep in the separate room! Cus your product was smoking on its own and made it dangerous for our baby! And I was made to look like a liar trying to get a free cart. 2 things I learned never buy from here and keep my cart in the garage read more

Just moved to Oregon from Cali so we are use to really good trees and have not had too much luck until my boyfriend and me stumbled upon this place looking for a last minute bud shop we thought it was a flower store. This place is a hidden Gem! Our new favorite place to go get our trees. The Limonada and Golden Goat are both super happy mellow yet productive strains. I've ordered online for pick up at Mr. Nice Guy (Cornelius, OR) several times now. Today the salesperson asked for my ID. I'm 58 years old - FIFTY-EIGHT YEARS OLD! There is no reason to see my ID to buy alcohol so, there certainly is no need for weed either. I asked to talk to the manager who said, "Come back with ID or no weed for you" and stormed off. It's entirely apparent I'm nearly 40 years beyond the legal age to purchase. I left and I won't be back - EVER. read more
