I bought a battery for a cartridge yesterday. The staff was helpful and kind and helped me select the right one as I'm a bit picky about these things. They gave me a receipt just in case I had any problems. The battery itself turns off constantly, so you have to turn it back on which I've never experienced. I despise this feature so I decided to take it back and buy a much more expensive one that would cover my needs. When I went to return it, they said no. The person helping me offered to grab a manager and assured me the manager would also not stand behind their products or let you return something that was bought the day before. He was right, both employees would not stand behind their products or let you exchange them for something you were actually satisfied with. Yesterday was my first day in and today was my last. What a terrible business decision, buyer beware, do not buy products from this store. read more

Great experience every time, all the staff are super welcoming once you enter their building with smiles on their faces. They're always willing to answer questions, and help you find the product(s) perfect for you. No matter how long it may take, I never feel rushed! Plus the prices aren't too shabby, considering they give you the pretax, and post tax price so you can actually see how much is being spent! Staff really didn't know their product. Disabled parking difficult. Another customer parked in the no parking next to me, at an odd angle blocked me in. Went into store to find owner. Met with resistance from store manager. Guy in car parked illegally, came out with a baseball bad. Store manager threatened expulsion, and I did nothing wrong other than trying to find who owned the car. Moral to the story, if you are disabled, it's a real hassle to park here. read more

The selection is terrible. The customer service was basically clueless to my question on why do you charge 20% tax. This place is a rip off! They nickel and dime you for every crumb over the weight and charge you 20% tax. I've been to many dispensaries in Oregon and this company is the only one who charged tax; and 20% is a pretty hefty tax! I can get a cheaper and better gram of weed off the streets! Worse experience ever, and coming from Honolulu, I thought, because they're located in Aloha, they would show Aloha. Normally the staff, emilly, Louie, etc, are friendly and knowledgeable. BUT, I had the opportunity to have the distinct manager Mike help me today, not sure if it was his lack of knowledge of the store, had to show him where things are, but when I made my selection, he gave me the price. I asked about points and Veterans discounts. This guy started acting as if asking questions hurt his feelings, WOW, never have the other budtenders been rude, I guess the "District manager " title went to someone's head. Good thing there are other stores close, without the personal stuff. REMEMBER, THERE IS NO ALOHA AS LONG AS THIS DUDE KEEPS THIS UP. read more

This was my go to place until today. Very loyal customer. Last time I came in apparently their ATM malfunctioned. I got $40 out but it returned $80. Confused by this, I thought either I pressed $80 and was going to get charged that, and I was checking out and was in a hurry. I checked account when home and the charge was $40. Not really my fault. Today I came in and was accused of stealing another customers money and that they "have me on film". This was said loudly in front of other people. Seriously? The gentleman helping me, named Sam, was nice. The shorter gal was the one proclaiming all of this in front of the entire store, was extremely rude. I withdrew $40 from the same ATM and paid the $ back no issues. I did not deny it for a second. I called back after I left and asked for my ATM fee ($3.50) on principle.... to be applied as a credit and again, the gal wasn't even trying to be helpful. Just extremely combative and rude. I will NEVER go back there again unless reached out to with an apology from management. This review will stay up until that happens. I work in an industry where customer service is extremely important and that was a very awful experience. I cannot in good faith recommend this place unless they fix this. read more
