I really like your guyses store and I'm thankful that they have them but every once in awhile I buy a pre-roll joint and it's spoiled or something's wrong with it like it's happened twice now okay the first time I let it go the second time I brought my receipt and the joint back in the nectar in aloha Oregon and the guy wanted to argue with me and I didn't appreciate that I told him it was no good and he proceeded to be well we can do it this time but next time data and and then he said that it's because of some strains won't get me high and others will and I know better. I've been smoking weed for 40 years I know when something's not good. And anyways, isn't the customer always supposed to be right I didn't say anything I told him go ahead and just I just wanted to let you know that something was wrong with that batch or something and you don't have to refund me I don't I just came in to buy more cuz I was angry because I wanted to smoke a joint and I had to delayed another 3 hours cuz I tried to smoke that joint and it was nothing no taste no smell nothing it was like smoking air and I was in a really really bad mood but I even help my tongue in the store and that okay thank you have a nice day I go to nectar every single day I spend a lot of money there but I don't want to go back in that store anymore and like I said I love you guys so I'm not going to give you a bad review read more

I would give no stars if possible but I came in on 420 a holiday known for stoners the budtender takes my ID proceeds to ask me what I want and I told her I'm here to pick up some flour. The manager next to her says I suspect a smell on you have you been smoking, I'm like I did an hour ago when I was at work then she proceeded to say I cannot sell to you if you're intoxicated, but also keep in mind I've purchased here many times while smoking still and no problem thing is the budtender looked more intoxicated than I did. Positive side: they have a good variety and stock of cannabis and CBD products. Prices not unreasonable. Negative side: I did not see a single employee wearing a mask. Their stores are not that large and the limit of visitors at one time simply is not enough protection. Nothing says "I do not care one bit about you; I feel safe, so tough luck" than employees who don't wear masks. If I were to find a place where they did wear masks, I would consider shopping there instead. read more

An older guy helped me tonight. I asked for the cheapest edible and he brought over two options. One for $14 and one for $20. I asked if their was cheaper options and he told me straight up no. I went to the ATM, and overheard him and a co worker talking, at the time I didn't think it was about me. But she said "I heard what you told her" and I didn't hear the guys response. After I left I called the store, and they told me their cheapest edible was $6. I felt very disrespected as a customer who comes to that store often, to be told that I was getting the cheapest option. I trust budtenders and this was a very bad look on Nectar. I would encourage not to come to this Nectar, because they push their highest priced items without without being transparent about their other products. read more

This is my favorite location. They have a wonderful curbside pickup up process. As soon as you pull into a curbside spot they have a bud tender immediately out to the car. The Allen blvd location could definitely pick up a few pointers from these guys on their curbside process. Great team, the store is always busy, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I can get in and out super quickly when i choose to do curbside! read more

The reason for two stars, this one staff member in particular was very rude and short with me when I'm the paying customer. Okay? Simple I walked out and they lost a sale because I'm not gonna be treated with disrespect by a bud tender who I've never dealt with before.
