I think bro's name was Anicken, idk that's what his name tag said? He greeted me, took my ID, all that jazz, but then went back to unboxing his stock or whatever, and I said, "I want some of the carts over there" I nodded to the corner, and he said, "Yeah", but didn't look up. So I walked over there, and it was the ones in the buckets, not behind the counter. I stood there for like 30 seconds, not that long, but I thought it was weird he didn't follow me, they always do that, usually the bud tender follows you to what you're looking at. It was just weird how he wasn't really acknowledging me. SO I waited, he glanced up at me, but didn't move and kept unpacking some merchandise. I was kinda confused, was he ignoring me on purpose? Kinda weird man, I turn and I'm looking at him, he keeps doing his thing... so I reach for the carts in the bucket... And oh boy did I get an ear full, he suddenly drops what he's doing and runs over, "DoN't ToUch ThAt, yOu cAn't tOuCh that", (I know that genius, lol) I'm like, "sorry man, I was just waiting over there and it wasn't behind the counter and you were over here, so I was just gunna grab it" again he's like " yOu cAn't tOuCh that". I'm well aware that you can't handle the merchandise but I wanted to apologize for freaking him out, I genuinely felt bad. ... for like, 10 seconds, but then... instead of accepting my apology, he escalates, like he's kinda pissed? He makes some snarky ass comments and is like "$20," I hand him the 20 he goes, "ok bye" and doesn't even look up, no receipt or points or nothin. Bruh Look, my guy, Anicken, HunterxHunter hat guy, chill out, go home, get some rest, you look tired my man, you work at a dispo, relax. Cool hat btw, fr shits dope. But seriously, pay attention to your customers, you're not a Cop at a traffic stop, your job isn't to escalate things until you have the right to shoot me. I dont think the guy working the front alone could be polite to save his life(Jan 4 1:30pm) No decent greeting or a "thanks for waiting" No eye contact No real information about different strains I asked about. Strange vibe for a dispensary... Walked in for my first and last time today. There was one customer being helped and two more waiting in front of me while 2 employees were counting change. One person seems very irritated and huffy and puffy while counting change. Not one person greeted me. Someone walked in behind me and no greeting for her, she left after 3 min of waiting so I asked the person in front of me how long she had been waiting she said (10 min).. The 4 Star rating this place had was misleading. When I first got there, there was a long line, and the place had no menus to look at while waiting. Which of course means it's going to take longer at the counter to figure out what the products and prices are. The employees were rude and impatient. Highest THC I saw the other day, before leaving empty handed, was 17% and a $7 g.. The service is also really slow. They're spending too much time with each customer. I came in here to check out their selection on bud. First impressions: * Long line, yet three people working. * No CBD flower selection. * Staff not very accommodating to customer needs, nor helpful. As I was standing in line I was watching the person in front of me decide on what they wanted. One of the workers there was bragging about some strain and shoved the jar in the dude's face without asking if he cared to smell. The customer wasn't very happy about that. Small things like 'asking' could go a long way. Stuff like common courtesies I suppose. Aside from that, the store itself looks nice. It's in a nice location.. But.. That's all it's got going for it. I've been to plenty of dispensaries and this is definitely the first place that I've disliked. Kind of felt like the customer service was non existent. This is the first dispensary that I've been to since I moved down here from California three months ago. Everyone here is super helpful and knowledgeable about all the products they sell. This is the type of store where whether you are a seasoned marijuana user or if your brand new and don't know what you want or how anything works because they will take the time to explain everything to you and make suggestions that are truly relevant as to what you are looking for. They have different deals every day and I happy hour which in and of itself is worth making the drive. The set up is very inconvenient. The line starts at the door, literally. Everything is behind the counter, on the glass displays counter. You got no comfortable time to look around. Your trying to look for what you need and want, you got like 5-8 people in line waiting and looking at you let much going hurry up!! So I went in and paid for a oil cartage for my pen but it didn't work so the next day I went back and sent my wife in while I waited in the car with kids thinking they would give her a new one since only be less then a day and she comes back with a new battery instead of a different cartage I was mad but they told her our 2 pens didn't work (when they do) so we tried it out , 2 days later the oil is spilling out the top witch is weird I've never see that happen before and I smoke a lot . So I went back AGAIN for the 3rd time so they would see and finally change it for a one that works but no they didn't even test it out they just said that they can't do anything about it because it's been more then 3 days , so I told them I went back the next day for the same reason and they made us believe it was the battery when it wasn't and after all that they still didn't changed it for a new one or got my money back I was so fkn mad there for fuck this place !!! Loved this place, until they stopped letting me in without a mask, which I cannot wear due to a medical condition. Ignorant manager insists that it is the law, which is false. My wife tried to buy from the store and was kicked out because she was on her phone. Apparently the manager listens in on your private phone calls while you wait in line, which is a huge privacy concern. Will not return. read more
