Came specifically here from Arizona I was greeted by Stefanie and immediately I liked the aesthetic and her warm personality. She was so insightful on her fav strains and we decided on GMO cookies just because it was her fave. Amazing deals inside here I was shocked, can't beat these prices anywhere not even California . Highly recommend this place to anyone local or visiting . She even gave us a lighter . Does it get any better than that !? read more

This place is never open anymore. Wasted so much fuel trying to do business with them.

I can always count on the best bud tender Smith, you can tell he really cares about your needs and is always willing to take the time to help and explain all questions you ask. I will always shop at the best dispensary in portland area in my opinion read more

The BEST dispensary in Portland, hands down, no contest. I've lived in Portland for 8 years now and have partaken in products from many dispensaries all around the city, and when I moved to this neighborhood and found this gem it truly made my life better. The shop itself is so nice and clean and inviting and well organized, and every single person that works there is a wonderful human being, I've always felt better leaving than when I did coming in and that's before even enjoying my purchases!! The quality of all the products I've ever gotten has been so high and they always have amazing prices and deals, it's really my favorite place to go and I recommend it to everyone I know. read more

I walked in to get a preroll this morning and as soon as I put one foot in the door, I recognized the lead Budtender was not wearing a mask. As soon as I asked politely whether or not she should be, her sales associate (thicker gal, gothic profile) immediately cut me off and cut her co worker off, speaking to me with an attitude: "she's actually fully vaccinated" while she too was wearing a mask - Immediately walked out due to the attitude thrown at me and the fact that no masks worn. I myself am fully vaxxed and a nurse of a type (health care); that was the absolute WORST experience ever. read more

I went to the Refinery recently looking for very low THC/high cbd edibles. I wasn't sure what to look for and the people working were SO helpful. I love that the place is woman owned and how friendly, knowledge, and welcoming everyone was. It was also very comforting to see everyone in there wearing masks. I know that's a hot topic, but it definitely shows me that they care about the safety and comfort of their employees and customers. read more

Horrible customer service prices listed were not correct when everything got rung up. The bud tenders blamed it on the machines agreed it was a flaw in there system and said they couldn't do anything about it very nasty attitudes.
