There has been a certain shadow hanging over marijuana outlets. People think "dark, dank, shadowy". But really, it's clean, light, well-organized and managed. The waiting room is spacious and your time in it is very short. If you haven't tried Electric Lettuce, it's probably time. read more

If I didn't live nearby I wouldn't shop here. There's only two people who work here who don't act like me shopping there is inconveniencing them or ruining their day. I'm usually out in less than a few minutes. I don't spend time asking for recommendations or trying to small talk. So I could go without the passive aggressive attitude I've gotten from a few of them. I've recently changed to prerolls because 4/5 of the strains I got had seeds in them. They have poor quality assurance. I Wouldn't recommend. Once you realize it's just the Walmart version of a dispensary, the appeal wears off. But yet I still stop here from time to time because it's nearby. But not because it's a pleasant experience. read more

Great and knowledgeable staff, fine product and always a good vibe. Don't be shy, just tell them what you need! Enjoy!

Great selection. Great products. 10/10 recommend going here for all your dispensary needs.

Regarding Andrew's "most insane encounter in a business in his life", he's lying lol he actually was making violent threats towards another customer & screaming through the pickup window into the employee's ear after the other customer spoke up to him about blocking the ADA entrance with a terrible sideways parking job in his lifted pavement princess truck, that's why he was refused service. He came back to "apologize" (blame his threatening and childish behavior on the other person) and the manager on shift told him to leave & not come back obviously. You just can't walk into a federally illegal business and have an adult temper tantrum while threatening people and expect service. Two star review because corporate cannabis is disgusting but some of the employees here were really good at their jobs. read more

Pizzo was super chill and place has great deals! Great vibes! Super cozy place to get the goods.

Tender this morning was very kind and helpful and did a great job. On the other hand, her manager did not have the store open properly for her or the machine machines working to make sales and she had her hands tied there. When the manager finally came up. He was so flustered and stoned that he didn't even know What he was trying to do and it took so long that I had to just leave the store after him trying over and over read more

Just about every time I want to order online I have to open another account on your webpage. When I am finally able to order the staff never respond to let me know my order is ready. I just show up anyway and sometimes its ready and sometime its not. You guys have too much competition to be messing about. Sort it. read more

I've given this place a couple of chances but I'm very disappointed even as a repeat customer. Every ounce I buy feels consistently short and the ATM double charges fees bc it can't spit out over 200 at a time. Lame. They didn't even have any CBD weed last time I was there... screw it. I'm done! Only not a one star bc they give a crap about Covid I guess. read more

I just had the most insane encounter in a store in my life. I came in today to pick up an online order, as I was parking I accidentally over parked my lane. As I got out my car and noticed this and corrected it, I had a houseless man in the parking lot yelling at me In front of my car and telling me I need to learn to park. As I walked into the waiting room here was the same man, in the waiting room and again cussing and making remarks to me about my parking. The dude then proceeds to walk inside and give me death stares while he's in the store and I'm behind the glass. So I asked the guy what his problem is and too leave me the f alone! So I was told I would not be served today...Understandable! Even though I did not start this inside or outside the store. But what I don't get is when I try to come back in to apologize for the situation and explain my side of things, I was met with a "don't ever come back in the store ever again"! The manager would not let me explain my side of things, instead I was treated as if I was on drugs or a criminal and just committed a crime! I was also accused of disrespecting an employee? The whole situation was/is bizarre and definitely upsetting. (Not that I don't get to shop here though, awful business whos main business plan is to push all the mom and pop shops out of Oregon!) So thankful for that! read more

Very nice and friendly shop. Sometimes I feel like "Oh no, mom's buying drugs" when I go to some shops, but here it's just a fun casual place with very friendly staff. Question for who does the ordering as I don't have any industry buddies: I was wondering if you ever carry Grön chocolates? Is it ever possible to get brands from Seattle like: Ethos, Swifts and American Baked! read more

I love the colorful 60's ambiance of the shop and the folks seem helpful and well informed. I purchased a $70 CBD Balm for my 89-year-old mother's arthritis yesterday, but found out later that my sister had already bought some for her. When I came back to return it, they said they couldn't refund my $70 because of company and OLCC policy. The policy is posted NOWHERE in the store, or printed on the receipt. I am now out $70 for a product I don't want or need. If I had been informed of this policy BEFORE purchasing the product I would not have made the purchase. read more

This is our go-to shop now! We lived close to this place for a long time before we even discovered it was here. It's nice because it's not on a main road, so it's only super busy because of people who know what's up - not just random tourists. It's small, but they have the shop laid out in a really cozy, cute way, like a 70's lounge. Also they have a ton of options for edibles - like way more than other shops. Especially good selection of vegan edibles! The best part is the crew, though. We usually get the same people every time and they're always super friendly and helpful. Two weeks ago I asked if they could get any more stock of this one edible product I wanted, and the really tall awesome guy (I think his name is Anthony?) was like, "Yeah, no problem, we'll order them for you!" A few days later, their store assistant manager, Joseph, left me a voicemail to say they'd gotten the product in, and then he followed up with an email also. Such awesome service!! I totally did not expect that from a dispensary, but I should have -- they're always this nice whenever we go in! The only person I don't love there is the woman who helped us out on our last visit - long blonde hair and glasses. She was not very friendly and my husband said she kind of batted his hand away when he tried to look at the packaging on something - like, I know we're not supposed to touch display stuff on our own, but she could have been much gentler about it. He said she made the entire experience kind of stressful and seemed very put-out by simple questions, which is totally not what you want when you go in to buy relaxing CBD and stuff. But I don't want to complain because we absolutely love this store and everyone else who works there. Definitely check this place out if you're looking for an awesome selection and really great customer service! read more

Way over priced flower, and they really don't stock oil or other THC products.. Good deal on ounces and half's when they're on sale. In general though, save ur money by going to Nectar or Oregrown!!! read more

A friend is starting a heavy series of chemo this month for aggressive breast cancer so I wanted to purchase some cannabis from a reliable source. I chose curbside pickup at electric lettuce in cedar mills based on a recommendation. I was so impressed with the service that I wanted to write a review so others can also feel comfortable purchasing from them. They have a beautiful online ordering platform and curbside pickup system that was super clear, efficient and effective. I clicked on the link upon arrival and within minutes a very nice guy appeared at my car window to check my ID, confirm my order and take my payment. Within minutes he returned with the perfect order and I was off. I found the whole process to be terrific and the products look wonderful too. Highly recommend this store. read more

I was hesitant walking in. I've never gotten medical marijuana and back in my day, it was very illegal! The moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a big smile, asked for my ID, etc., and escorted into the store. Everything was laid out neatly, the place was very clean and the staff knew what they were talking about! It truly was a nice experience. read more

Best shop in Portland. Electric lettuce is the superior shop from the vibe to the selection. Best flower deal on Thursdays an Oz $140 of gas. All the budtenders are great. Benji is dope very kind and never disappoints with top tier customer service and bud suggestions. read more

They sell old top shelf flower at a gouged price. All the flower and product they carry is old and overpriced.

Worst customer service at a dispensary I have ever had. The woman was rude, condescending, and absolutely no help. Plenty of other educated budtenders in town, skip this place. read more

Hard to shop anywhere else in good conscience. These folks care about quality and hospitality more than any other dispensary I've been to. They deserve to continue growing and evolving. Don't spend your money on a lower quality experience than EL; you might regret it. read more

Super super friendly staff and extremely knowledgeable. I've gone to 2 other shops (NOT electric lettuce shops) and when I said I'm sensitive to weed I got "just smoke less". NONE of this happens at Electric Lettuce as the sales staff gives a crap about what you're buying. I found my absolute favorite strain there and would highly recommend you check it out if you're looking for a shop! read more

Nice people. Good product, selection & prices. Great location with plenty of parking. Love that they carry it to your car during Covid. Overall great vibe. My go-to weed shop. Cinco estrellas! read more

My wife and I enjoy our visits to Electric Lettuce. They have great customer service and are comparably priced. You can expect very knowledgeable personnel who are eager to assist you. Cedar Hills is the first location we visited and serves our needs the best. If there is a drawback it is the level of stock on hand. There have been several occasions when we could not acquire the brand and type of product we had hoped to replace or replenish. That aside a visit to Electric Lettuce continues to be a regular stop. It is worth a visit. Thanks much, JC read more

This shop is the cutest!!! We had a great experience and my puffs at the casa have been equally as bomb. Thank you! See you soon! read more

Overpriced flower. Selling grams of outdoor for $10/gram before tax? $15 grams before tax on top shelf that would be considered mid-tier quality at other shops. This isn't 1999 folks. This place is a joke with the surplus of quality cannabis in Oregon. First time walking out of a dispensary since they legalized in our state. read more

Local shop close to my house. Very knowledgable staff and friendly service. Usually leave with a staff recommendation. Also offer a loyalty incentive program just for shopping there.
