To be honest! Some don't know what they're talking about. They are still old school in the sense of they don't have the containers like other places. Still use the film containers ‍. So I do seek out places that have knowledge and deal with medical cannabis. So for value sad to say, I don't see it. We got 3 cartridges and were told we had a month to bring them back if they were faulty. One was perfect, the other two are actually smaller threads so they come off the battery. They took them in the back and tested them and said they wouldn't replace them because they "still work" even though that's not my issue. After arguing with me for 10 minutes, they then gave me a free battery to use them. (The only good thing to come from this) I pre heated the carts as needed, and they taste like pencil shavings. Worst quality ever, & their battery burns them on the lowest pre heat setting, waste of time and money. I get the same exact brand from OG Collective for 3$ more. AND, they don't give me any BS about replacements, actually stand by their word, and they've never tasted like a #2 pencil.
