I had a wonderful experience at High Quality and wanted to thank Scout for making my visit so enjoyable. Scout was friendly, knowledgable, and attentive from the time I walked through the door until I left. He didn't just direct me to the same thing most places try to push on you. He took the time to recommend something I hadn't tried before and told me why he thought it would work for me. When someone does that, it doesn't feel like you are just another customer that's being rushed through. I tried Scout's suggestion and I'm loving this new thing! It's not often you meet someone that knows their stuff and points you in the right direction. Scout made my decision easy and I feel comfortable with what I got. First, I am stunned only 3 people have reviewed this hidden gem. After going to every shop in a 30mi radius (and finding them lacking), this is the first affordable, professional, PLEASANT dispensary I've been to. From their subdued waiting room (and pleasant staff) to their clean, well-laid out counters, the commitment they feel to their customers is obvious. In addition to knowledgable staff and quality products, the store features many small conveniences - easily used discounts, front-of-the-line service for medical customers, and (best of all) deli-style weights (if you want $20 worth, you can get $20 worth). The staff is the first to mention any of these, as well as offer advice, when necessary, for dealing with the OMMP, drs, or any other concern a medical patient might have...and are perfectly happy just helping you find something more akin to sofa glue. First the good: everyone on the staff is super friendly, professional, and knowledgable . The shop is very clean, tastefully decorated, and well-organized. Good vibes and an upscale, boutique atmosphere. The bad: the prices are much, much higher than elsewhere in town. And from the 10+ types of flower I have tried here, that price doesn't actually get you much higher quality. Almost the opposite, if I'm being honest. It's a tiny space, so there is almost always a wait. Sometimes it is just a few minutes (great!), but I have also walked out a couple of times after waiting 20+ minutes. I have turned heel at the front door after seeing the packed waiting room. I really want to like this place. It's a pleasant oasis during my errands staffed by great people. But when there is better bud for half the price and no wait just down the road... it's hard to justify returning to HQ just for their good vibes. read more

This place sets a high standard for all nearby dispensaries. What surprises me most is how rarely there is more than a 3 minute wait considering the sheer inventory that is available. When you factor in the quality of every product they have in stock, the competitive pricing, and the comfy setting of the waiting foyer, it's an absolute wonder this place isn't always packed. The location and selection are unbeatable. Then there's the staff. That which is most necessary for any sustainable success, every person working here was selected from a large pool of resumes for a reason. Endless praise for high quality. Their names fits their product, customer service, and location perfectly. When I first checked this dispo, I was a little hesitant due to their prices but honestly their products are worth every penny! Their bottom shelf would be considered another dispensary's top shelf. And I honestly love just supporting their business especially with how much they give back and support the community. They also are constantly having deals so you can easily save if they are out of your price range. I also love their point system because I am constantly encouraged to keep coming back to add more points. Absolutely love the people here. BASICALLY EVERYONE of them. Best shop in town. Best service. They actually care about there people , they learn your name, I've never heard a negative thing from them , they deserve some kind of recognition . I almost go here everyday. The prices are low, and the Buds are delicious,. I don't even have to look at the menu bc I know for a fact it's gunna be good weed, and they always have a 10$ gram. This is such a great dispensary! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They have a terrific business model, the staff gets samples of the products. This way they can really help you find the best strain for your needs. I am a pretty particular patient. I use cbd heavy products and am happily surprised that the staff knows just as much about the CBD products as they do about the more recreational ones. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They were attentive to the type of flower I like to purchase and even though they didn't have the exact strain, they were able to help me find another equally good strain, if not better. While the flower was a bit out of my price range, they did weigh out any dollar amount I wanted. They even pulled excess stem from bud, which I think is awesome.
