Shop local, support local! Way too many corporate chains taking over industries left and right these days!! My only complaint is to do with the city planning of Pacific Blvd. A weird intersection down the road can make turning in difficult if there's traffic, but it's easy to make a loop if you need. We got 3 cartridges and were told we had a month to bring them back if they were faulty. One was perfect, the other two are actually smaller threads so they come off the battery. They took them in the back and tested them and said they wouldn't replace them because they "still work" even though that's not my issue. After arguing with me for 10 minutes, they then gave me a free battery to use them. (The only good thing to come from this) I pre heated the carts as needed, and they taste like pencil shavings. Worst quality ever, & their battery burns them on the lowest pre heat setting, waste of time and money. I get the same exact brand from OG Collective for 3$ more. AND, they don't give me any BS about replacements, actually stand by their word, and they've never tasted like a #2 pencil.

I have been trimming for many years so I have a meticulous eye to detail. the manager Jennifer takes no accountability for the fact that we are not happy with nor wanted their low grade product (and sheisty business frankly) and she said that they wouldn't do anything for us and that "we picked it in the jar" but my boyfriend said it didn't look like that in the jar and the lights were dim in there. we can't look inside the canister to see what kind of flower they are giving you, how convenient. anyways I said to the manager that it was all poor customer service because we went to Cannabis connection right after we got ripped off with going green (to get better flower which we did ) & when we showed them the picture and story of how we were given the switch and bait at going green they said they wouldn't at last exchanged out the product if I wasn't happy. when I asked the manager of going green "well what about customer service?" she said they offered grest customer service....except for the fact that we felt we were taking a loss and walking out unhappy. just a bunch of gaslighting, scapegoating and sheisty business with people who don't value their customers. it seems that the going green sweet home on the yelp app also had a review from someone who felt slighted by them and was stuck with a quarter ounce of literally shake and posted a lot of it so this seems to be happening w them across the board, not sure how these guys are still in business.
