Spoke with the Eugene location they were not aware of defective items or that the green roads completely discontinued and recalled the items and they are still selling it. Promised call back from management and district manager still hasn't responded. As long as they get your $$ they do t give a rip about giving honest customer service. I've been to this shop several times and have been helped by various staff each time. They always have good energy, not overly pushy, nothing but positive attitudes (in a normal way, not in that creepy way that some stores have), and are very knowledgable and willing to have a conversation to help you find what you're looking for. Let me preface this review by saying I've given this shop many chances. Today was the last straw with the long haired mister- Chris. After visiting multiple shops with my friend our last stop was Wild Side. Upon arrival I blurted out "we are not buying today, just browsing." We were originally approached by a nice quieter employee who was immediately overshadowed by Mister. He followed us up and down the narrow isle next to the glass cases, not concerned with personal space. I was very particular about what I wanted, as was my friend yet he continually showed us other pieces, shamed the affordable bongs we pointed out and gave us unnecessary attitude. We kept shrugging our shoulders at his suggestions and he said "these aren't $100 bongs you guys." Which was so rude because every bong he showed us was over $150. Later I asked him to confirm if the style of perc (on a bong I liked) was called a honeycomb. His response was "the piece I showed you over there was a honeycomb!" He did not answer my question and raised his voice for no reason. He was impolite after my friend declined to purchase a bong we both pulled through. (He pulled through the bong first which was kinda really gross) He was even mean afterwards and told her the bong wouldn't be there tomorrow. I reiterated I did not want to buy- so he kept pressuring my friend to cover the cost for me after I said I didn't have have money and I wanted to wait until pay day. He eventually left us alone. A customer who came in after us was super sweet and said "oh don't you have to help them?" He said "I already helped them. I FORSURE helped them." such a crappy attitude This is my third terrible experience with this Chris and for some reason it was worse when I didn't have a guy with me. Edit: I love how the owner can respond to those who threaten legal action yet not those who are customers who also work in the industry. Word gets around small towns. read more

Initially came in to get an E-nail for my rig that is a bit funky in that I'm using about 2-3 adapters for it. Was helped by the man Dylan, who totally helped answer my questions about some of their different options. Ended up going for a G Pen Connect, but I realize I was a bit careless in my reading of the package contents and it ended up not being a fit, and I wasn't about to add another adapter. Returned it shortly after getting it, was helped by Dylan again, and dude was totally patient while I asked tons of questions and asked to see different products to get with my in-store credit. Even went to the back to snag a ruler for me to get the dimensions of a bag I ended up getting. Made great conversation the whole time while seamlessly giving product input. Walked into the shop just to browse the selection, told the attendant that up front. He proceeded to try and hard sell me glass that I didn't really have a chance to leisurely look at yet. Continually followed me and my friend as I tried to move away to look at different cases. Kept asking me what I wanted in a bong and then berated me when I gave my preferences about style, perc, and price (I don't need a $200 bong). Stayed silent as my friend told him I was allowed to be selective about what I wanted in my new bong. I found a bong I liked the look of and we asked if we could try to pull through it, he filled it with water and then pulled through it first which was offputting and gross, sorry but I just don't want to put my mouth where a strangers just was. As soon as I reiterated that I wasn't buying anything today and that I don't like to make big purchases same day he completely changed his tune. Told me the bong I had shown interest in would be gone that day and that I would miss out on it. Then completely ignored us the rest of our visit. Almost gave this place 2 stars for selection but the awful customer service and pushy dude making me feel uncomfortable and bad about my preferences really turned me off the whole experience. read more

The guy called me "sweetheart" which was infuriating enough but then proceeded to explain to me that I need to purchase all kinds of accessories or I am not a "real" dabber. I am a cannabis industry professional and a veteran dabber. I found his condescension to be enough to shop elsewhere. DO NOT SUPPORT. SCAM ARTISTS. The manager and the employees seem friendly but when it comes to sales they are aggressive, ill-mannered and pushy. While looking at glass they bombarded me with prices completely out of my price range and tried to talk me into getting glass way out of my budget. The deals are too sketchy. How can something so expensive be then sold at $80? Or $65? This tells me their glass is imported, cheaply produced, and frauds. After telling the employee I'd rather keep my options open and check other places before making a purchase he told me then "next time I'll sell it to you for full price". This was not only cynical but extremely passive aggressive to say to a customer. This store has lost all my business/respect. I will never recommend this store to anyone. read more

Came here on 4/20 to celebrate and get my first bong. I'm also deaf and read lips and they had to wear masks (totally understandable) which made it hard for me to communicate with them. Thought they were selling one for $24.99, turns out it was $249, and I didn't even know. Never opened the package or used it so I tried to return it, but I couldn't because there is a no return policy. The money I had was pretty much all I had and I was beginning to work on improving my finances. A miscommunication cost me $249. Don't go here if you're worried about prices because the bong itself was only 9mm tall. One of the workers felt bad, and gave me some things, but in totally honesty, it doesn't replace the $250 I lost, nor the experience of anxiety to now start over and work on my finances. I stopped in to get replacement coils for my new mod. I wasn't sure which ones I needed so I asked the clerk which ones to buy. I didn't have my mod with me but they had the same one in the display case, so I showed that and she said she knew exactly which ones I needed. Upon returning home and installing one of the coils, I notices that it wasn't working.. I thought -no big deal, just a dud-. After the second one didn't work I made a quick Google search and found out that they had given me the wrong ones. I quickly called up the store and told them my dilema to which the employee replied, "I'm sorry we have a strict No Refund, No Exchange policy." I mentioned to them that 3 of the coils were still unopened and that since they are sold individually, I could just change them out for the right ones... but "Again we have a strict..." yada yada yada, "There's nothing I can do about it." I then pointed out that it was the clerk who told me they were the ones I needed... and you guessed it, "There's nothing I can do about it." And for the perfect ending to such an obnoxious experience, I asked who I could speak with to figure this out and he replied, "I'm the only one you can speak to." So $25 and a headache later... I decided there was nothing I could do but to caution you all. If you must go to this store, know exactly what you want and don't let them talk you into something. The employees are either incompetent or they know what they are doing and are just trying to rip you off. I ended up going to Valley Vapors and got a pack of the right coils for $5 cheaper. read more

Iv baught maybe 3-4 pieces of glass here, and every single one has had some sort of defect. My brand new bong had a crack that they covered with the price tag, and a pipe I baught had a crack it in that made it unusable. My friends have baught glass from this shop also and have had about the same luck as me. Maybe if I was just unlucky or they offered an exchange this wouldn't be a problem, but every single person who buys glass from this shop has a similar story to mine.
