The employees are rlly sweet!! ( they will let u know about certain deals and what not for the month which is really nice!) they also just have a wide selection of products to buy from. read more

Very dumb employees and manager, not knowledgeable at all about their product. Despite this, extremely pushy

They have sold me two defective CBD vapes. Staff unfriendly about situation since it was outside the 24-48 he window after purchasing. Thier google review have been modified to only show good reviews. Spoke with the Eugene location they were not aware of defective items or that the green roads completely discontinued and recalled the items and they are still selling it. Promised call back from management and district manager still hasn't responded. As long as they get your $$ they do t give a rip about giving honest customer service. After talking to a local fire fighters. I'm very lucky that the devices didn't cause a fire but they don't care read more

I've been to this shop several times and have been helped by various staff each time. They always have good energy, not overly pushy, nothing but positive attitudes (in a normal way, not in that creepy way that some stores have), and are very knowledgable and willing to have a conversation to help you find what you're looking for. Real people who use these products work here and it's my favorite place to go for vapes and such. read more

I am a caregiver for developmentally disabled adults in Albany Oregon & i brought my clients to look for a efficient safe alternative for their dab/BHO rig & the Manager "Coulter" was AMAZING!! He understood my client's & that they had a traumatic brain injury & he was not just trying to UP-SALE. but he made sure to listen carefully and he helped solve our dilemma & got us the perfect kit to get the best bang for our buck. I don't smoke anymore but i knew a lot before i had quit & often times the employees at other shops attempted to try & "Educate" me but clearly knew little except aggressive sales techniques. Coulter is very honest & knowledgeable & he DESERVES A RAISE & PROMOTION!!! I will recommend this place to anyone & everyone from here on i will be coming back soon!! read more

Let me preface this review by saying I've given this shop many chances. Today was the last straw with the long haired mister- Chris. After visiting multiple shops with my friend our last stop was Wild Side. Upon arrival I blurted out "we are not buying today, just browsing." We were originally approached by a nice quieter employee who was immediately overshadowed by Mister. He followed us up and down the narrow isle next to the glass cases, not concerned with personal space. I was very particular about what I wanted, as was my friend yet he continually showed us other pieces, shamed the affordable bongs we pointed out and gave us unnecessary attitude. We kept shrugging our shoulders at his suggestions and he said "these aren't $100 bongs you guys." Which was so rude because every bong he showed us was over $150. Later I asked him to confirm if the style of perc (on a bong I liked) was called a honeycomb. His response was "the piece I showed you over there was a honeycomb!" He did not answer my question and raised his voice for no reason. He was impolite after my friend declined to purchase a bong we both pulled through. (He pulled through the bong first which was kinda really gross) He was even mean afterwards and told her the bong wouldn't be there tomorrow. I reiterated I did not want to buy- so he kept pressuring my friend to cover the cost for me after I said I didn't have have money and I wanted to wait until pay day. He eventually left us alone. A customer who came in after us was super sweet and said "oh don't you have to help them?" He said "I already helped them. I FORSURE helped them." such a crappy attitude This is my third terrible experience with this Chris and for some reason it was worse when I didn't have a guy with me. Edit: I love how the owner can respond to those who threaten legal action yet not those who are customers who also work in the industry. Word gets around small towns. read more

I love this shop. I come here often for coils for my Nord 2 because they have the lowest prices and are one of two shops I know of that sell them. The employees are always so chipper and fun when I walk in or call ahead since I don't live in the area. Plus, their hours are hard to beat. Open til 10pm? Heck yes! read more

Had Dylan help me with some of my first ever purchases of this variety, and he was really knowledgeable in his products and very capable with helping me find products in my price range and a swift checkout. Highly recommend this shop, and I'll forsure be back as one of Dylan's customers! read more

I loathe going here. Employees are super annoying. You can't 15 seconds to yourself before some EDM dork is like "yo bro".

Just want to say thank you to Trey at wild side. He was super chill when he helped me. I appreciate it man! read more

Man, every visit get worse and worse. I'm officially done, not like Wish doesn't have everything you guys have anyways. I'm all for supporting local but I'm just done here. Was up sold a glass cleaner today that just absolutely sucked and cost twice as much as the stuff I wanted to buy....wonder why the up sale? I get that's the businesses but this place is over the top on pushing up sales. So with this and a few other experiences I'm gonna give another local shop a shot. read more

Walked into the shop just to browse the selection, told the attendant that up front. He proceeded to try and hard sell me glass that I didn't really have a chance to leisurely look at yet. Continually followed me and my friend as I tried to move away to look at different cases. Kept asking me what I wanted in a bong and then berated me when I gave my preferences about style, perc, and price (I don't need a $200 bong). Stayed silent as my friend told him I was allowed to be selective about what I wanted in my new bong. I found a bong I liked the look of and we asked if we could try to pull through it, he filled it with water and then pulled through it first which was offputting and gross, sorry but I just don't want to put my mouth where a strangers just was. As soon as I reiterated that I wasn't buying anything today and that I don't like to make big purchases same day he completely changed his tune. Told me the bong I had shown interest in would be gone that day and that I would miss out on it. Then completely ignored us the rest of our visit. Almost gave this place 2 stars for selection but the awful customer service and pushy dude making me feel uncomfortable and bad about my preferences really turned me off the whole experience. read more

Initially came in to get an E-nail for my rig that is a bit funky in that I'm using about 2-3 adapters for it. Was helped by the man Dylan, who totally helped answer my questions about some of their different options. Ended up going for a G Pen Connect, but I realize I was a bit careless in my reading of the package contents and it ended up not being a fit, and I wasn't about to add another adapter. Returned it shortly after getting it, was helped by Dylan again, and dude was totally patient while I asked tons of questions and asked to see different products to get with my in-store credit. Even went to the back to snag a ruler for me to get the dimensions of a bag I ended up getting. Made great conversation the whole time while seamlessly giving product input. Always appreciate the help and exceptional service from the homies here. read more

If I could give If I could give less than a star then I would I have gotten from this place multiple times and spent over $400 over time, every single time I've always gotten a defective piece as much as they've promised name brand infamous glass all of it is fake China glass, one my water pipes at the down stem on the top it just chips away without any outside force, I do not recommend going there every time you go in there to ask if you want a piece and be extremely pushy for a product they know does not work I will not be spending another cent there read more

Called to check for inventory, seems they have a bad supply chain or something. Out of all there disposable vapes, they also could not tell me how much anything costs... very weird will go to the next 12 vapen shops down the street lmao. read more

Went into wildside on 9th street not knowing what I wanted. Immediately after opening the door I heard "hey welcome to wildside!" I was met by a guy named Chris and he met me halfway and asked what he could help me with. I've never had such prompt and friendly service. From the beginning until the very end Chris answered every question and radiated the best, most positive energy. 10/10 will go here again. read more

Don't spend $ here. I wanted to buy a dab rig. Went to wildside. First, the glass is meh and overpriced. The customer service is the absolute worst I have seen in a glass shop or any shop, really. The guy called me "sweetheart" which was infuriating enough but then proceeded to explain to me that I need to purchase all kinds of accessories or I am not a "real" dabber. I am a cannabis industry professional and a veteran dabber. I found his condescension to be enough to shop elsewhere. I found a better, cheaper rig at Beaver Bowls and was greeted and served by real professionals. Wildside is trash. read more

Best smoke shop in Corvallis with the best staff. Anthony, the manager, is exceptional with his customer service and knowledge of products. I've been coming here for about 2 years now and feel I have got to know the staff very well, they treat me like family and all so passionate and helpful. The experience for me is what matters and every time I walk in I feel like I'm family! Also have great product that no other shop can compete with in town- not to mention the knowledge they all have! I always recommend this spot and always will! You Rock Anthony!!! Thanks again boys for your service and time! read more

DO NOT SUPPORT. SCAM ARTISTS. The manager and the employees seem friendly but when it comes to sales they are aggressive, ill-mannered and pushy. While looking at glass they bombarded me with prices completely out of my price range and tried to talk me into getting glass way out of my budget. The deals are too sketchy. How can something so expensive be then sold at $80? Or $65? This tells me their glass is imported, cheaply produced, and frauds. After telling the employee I'd rather keep my options open and check other places before making a purchase he told me then "next time I'll sell it to you for full price". This was not only cynical but extremely passive aggressive to say to a customer. This store has lost all my business/respect. I will never recommend this store to anyone. read more

Love the variety at this shop. Staff is friendly and Em was extremely helpful. Will be coming back!

Love this spot! Everyone is always very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Prices are totally reasonable. Shop is also clean and well organized. Prior to COVID they often did giveaways which was always fun. Would definitely recommend for smoking essentials. read more

I went to get a new vape and payed 33 for a rechargeable one and the lady said it had 5,000 hits. Received a non rechargeable one with 2000 hits. Went back in to get what I paid for and was given one that is rechargeable but not 5,000 hits and has a price tag of 23 but was told the extra money was tax...? 10 dollars of tax.... read more

The Wild Side Smoke Shop is an amazing place to go if you need anything smoking related! Went in to buy a new adamizer and the sold me a defective one and wouldn't work with me to exchange it. The manager that came from California who is the new manager has terrible customer service and on top of that they sell cheap glass. Will never go there again. read more

Came here on 4/20 to celebrate and get my first bong. I'm also deaf and read lips and they had to wear masks (totally understandable) which made it hard for me to communicate with them. Thought they were selling one for $24.99, turns out it was $249, and I didn't even know. Never opened the package or used it so I tried to return it, but I couldn't because there is a no return policy. The money I had was pretty much all I had and I was beginning to work on improving my finances. A miscommunication cost me $249. Don't go here if you're worried about prices because the bong itself was only 9mm tall. One of the workers felt bad, and gave me some things, but in totally honesty, it doesn't replace the $250 I lost, nor the experience of anxiety to now start over and work on my finances. Thanks to the guy that tried to make it a little better tho! Appreciated the effort. read more

Super irritating to go there at 732pm this evening to have the doors being locked as I went to go in.

Always love going to wild side in Corvallis. The staff Colter [Manger] and Chris are the coolest dudes around. They always do their very best to make me feel like I'm in my hometown's wild side. Shout out Ventura, CA! Different location, different people, but the same chill vibes. read more

Lovely customer service but very incorrect recommendation from Yelp. This store does not sell cigarettes.

I stopped in to get replacement coils for my new mod. I wasn't sure which ones I needed so I asked the clerk which ones to buy. I didn't have my mod with me but they had the same one in the display case, so I showed that and she said she knew exactly which ones I needed. Upon returning home and installing one of the coils, I notices that it wasn't working.. I thought -no big deal, just a dud-. After the second one didn't work I made a quick Google search and found out that they had given me the wrong ones. I quickly called up the store and told them my dilema to which the employee replied, "I'm sorry we have a strict No Refund, No Exchange policy." I mentioned to them that 3 of the coils were still unopened and that since they are sold individually, I could just change them out for the right ones... but "Again we have a strict..." yada yada yada, "There's nothing I can do about it." I then pointed out that it was the clerk who told me they were the ones I needed... and you guessed it, "There's nothing I can do about it." And for the perfect ending to such an obnoxious experience, I asked who I could speak with to figure this out and he replied, "I'm the only one you can speak to." So $25 and a headache later... I decided there was nothing I could do but to caution you all. If you must go to this store, know exactly what you want and don't let them talk you into something. The employees are either incompetent or they know what they are doing and are just trying to rip you off. I ended up going to Valley Vapors and got a pack of the right coils for $5 cheaper. read more

The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable I look forward to going on there every time I go!

Loved all the glass, sales man was too good which was the only bad part. Prices were good and they saved us $10/20 but we spent $340!! Chris Cronic was awesome and took great care of us! Relaxed environment read more

Iv baught maybe 3-4 pieces of glass here, and every single one has had some sort of defect. My brand new bong had a crack that they covered with the price tag, and a pipe I baught had a crack it in that made it unusable. My friends have baught glass from this shop also and have had about the same luck as me. Maybe if I was just unlucky or they offered an exchange this wouldn't be a problem, but every single person who buys glass from this shop has a similar story to mine. They are selling broken glass for "good deals". DO NOT SUPPORT THEIR BUSINESS. Shops like these give the industry a bad image. read more

Great service. Cash was super knowledgeable and helpful, definitely be shopping here from now on.
