I've been shopping at Mr. Nice Guy in Lebanon for some 5 years and up until today, I've been satisfied with their customer service. When I first moved to Lebanon, they were selling 28 grams for $25. I stopped smoking for a year, but went back to cannabis as the best for pain control. Now the lowest price is $30, but the average is $50/oz. When I asked if they were ever get the $25/oz again, I was told they never had $25/oz! She called me a liar. I know what I bought and how much I paid and for her to say they NEVER had $25/oz, she called me a liar. Well, guess what? Mr. Nice Guy LOST a customer. NEVER, EVER even SUGGEST that your client is a liar. I would have not written this if she had just said that she didn't remember $28/oz bags and not try to tell me what I bought and paid for. Being one of their highest spending customers, I can't believe they did this. I ordered an ounce on Dutchie, get home, open it and it's all Smalls. I HATE Smalls. Nothing on the website, nor the package said it was Smalls. I go back and the owner tells me he can't take it back. Ok, can they credit me the $60 towards a diff ounce? Weird vibes in this place and I'm just an in-and-out kind of buyer. One guy working there specifically made it awkward to simply walk in and purchase something. One day I decided to use the dispensary right next door and guess what... the same guy works there too because it's owned by the same company. Right when I saw him I could tell he was questioning why I was coming to this shop instead of Mr. Nice Guy like I have been recently. Well, it's because of people like you creeper guy who work there and the fact that Mr. Nice Guy is like the Walmart of weed. Extremely disappointed!!! Bought two of these oils same thing one didn't work right went to return one the new one ! And was practically harassed by the two young men working ! I've been very happy with the service here! The employees are super friendly (and willing to chit-chat, which - as I am starved for adult conversation vis a vis COVID + toddler - is a huge plus.) I like their selection. I can get 1/4 of something good, or a pretty crappy oz for about the same price, depending on what/how much I want. I don't love their selection of edibles, but I could say that about every shop, so I can't ding their score for that! read more

Unlike the comment that says this place is rude is far from the truth. Maybe she has a stick up her butt cause I've had nothing but good times at this place. People are always nice and excited to show their product. Even when I called to ask about for info on some cannibis the girl who answered was truly awesome person yo talk to. Great work! I thought I had my favorites confirmed, but now I've realized that I may have just settled, once I had the Mr. NiceGuy experience. Although their doors have just recently opened, I was instantly impressed with the Friendly, and knowledgeable service that I was provided by the staff, as well as the products they had to offer. Definitely worth checking out. I see a very bright future for this shop, and now have an all time 1 and only favorite. Stop in and check them out for yourself, and don't forget to inquire about their discounts/points system for an even more awesome experience. read more

I really liked going here until when I walked in and two people weren't wearing masks - an employee named Meagan O. and the customer they were ringing up. I asked about masks for both Meagan and the customer because it's a major concern for me. Meagan claimed she forgot and put it on under her nose and then said about the customer in an aggressive tone "it's his free choice to not wear one" which I thought was against the stores mask policy but I said ok. I explained to Meagan that it just made me feel unsafe and wasn't sure if I would be coming back. When Meagan asked for my ID I held it up right away for her and waited to see her look at it, she must have glanced very quickly because after 30 seconds she said bluntly that I could put it away. I said oh sorry I didn't see that you saw it. And Meagan decided to respond again aggressively and looked me in the eyes and gestured to her eyes as she said "well when I looked at it with my eyes that's when I saw it" I then asked her what was wrong and that I wasn't trying to argue with her. She denied that she spoke rudely to me and I asked her not to gaslight me. She continued to deny she was being rude and said sorry if you misheard me. But there was no mistaking what she said was unnecessary and snarky and the tone was also aggressive and sarcastic. I asked for her name after being rung up and another customer offered her name to Meagan as an alternate perspective which Meagan thanked her and accepted. I asked what this had to do with them and why they were doing that and they proceeded to verbally attack me saying that I was trying to control Meagan and her freedom to not wear a mask. That wasn't it. I asked for Meagan's name because she was rude. Not because I felt I needed to control someone. I left heated and hurt. I cried all the way home and when I finally got home (I live 20 minutes away) I continued to wonder - as I sobbed to my mom about what happened - what caused her to be so mean and allow the other customers to attack me. I sent two emails and called the Corvallis location to attempt to receive an apology and come to an understanding. I received an apology from the nice man who answered the phone in Corvallis and was told he would send it up the chain and that Meagan was definitely wrong about the mask policy for their stores. That both customers and employees must wear masks inside the stores at this time. I haven't received any call back or email response. I don't know if I'll ever feel comfortable coming back to this location again since I haven't received any further communication. It's disappointing because I do love the other bud tenders there and the store itself. It's the closest Mr. Nice Guy to me but I think I'd rather go out of my way to go to the Corvallis location or to another dispensary entirely than ever run into Meagan or be in that hostile environment again. I hope Meagan eventually learns from this or from another situation that sometimes people are just calmly asking questions without a motive and simply just to have answers so that they can make a decision for themselves. Thanks for the previous laughs and great deals but Meagan ruined my experience. read more
