My first time going and I do not recommend this dispensary. If you want deals on carts go to OG Collective in Corvallis on Mondays instead. We got 3 cartridges and were told we had a month to bring them back if they were faulty. One was perfect, the other two are actually smaller threads so they come off the battery. They took them in the back and tested them and said they wouldn't replace them because they "still work" even though that's not my issue. After arguing with me for 10 minutes, they then gave me a free battery to use them. (The only good thing to come from this) I pre heated the carts as needed, and they taste like pencil shavings. Worst quality ever, & their battery burns them on the lowest pre heat setting, waste of time and money. I get the same exact brand from OG Collective for 3$ more. AND, they don't give me any BS about replacements, actually stand by their word, and they've never tasted like a #2 pencil. read more

This is an unethical business that lacks transparency. My boyfriend went and purchased their flower a few days ago and when he pulled it out of the small plastic container ( he got an ounce and an eighth) it had a bunch of moldy spots (where it was clearly shaven to cut out the mold) and a crazy amount of stem like 1 inch stems just hanging off the flower they crammed into the canister which was Literally 30% stem ! I have been trimming for many years so I have a meticulous eye to detail. the manager Jennifer takes no accountability for the fact that we are not happy with nor wanted their low grade product (and sheisty business frankly) and she said that they wouldn't do anything for us and that "we picked it in the jar" but my boyfriend said it didn't look like that in the jar and the lights were dim in there. we can't look inside the canister to see what kind of flower they are giving you, how convenient. anyways I said to the manager that it was all poor customer service because we went to Cannabis connection right after we got ripped off with going green (to get better flower which we did ) & when we showed them the picture and story of how we were given the switch and bait at going green they said they wouldn't at last exchanged out the product if I wasn't happy. when I asked the manager of going green "well what about customer service?" she said they offered grest customer service....except for the fact that we felt we were taking a loss and walking out unhappy. just a bunch of gaslighting, scapegoating and sheisty business with people who don't value their customers. it seems that the going green sweet home on the yelp app also had a review from someone who felt slighted by them and was stuck with a quarter ounce of literally shake and posted a lot of it so this seems to be happening w them across the board, not sure how these guys are still in business. read more

I was told that I had to leave the waiting room to wait outside for my turn which is okay it's covid, however, while I was waiting outside a associate came out side and really in a rude voice ask us what we wanted and when I told her said sorry we don't have that and turned around and left me to stand there. I have purchased a lot products from Going Green Albany for about two years. Mostly, I buy cartridges because they have had some good deals on Fridays. The employees always say to hold onto the receipt in case there is an issue with the cartridge. The most recent cartridge that I purchased has an airflow issue. I had my wife take this cartridge back into them today since I am working. They took it in the back to "Test" it. They then told my wife that we were wrong and that we need to drive home, get all the batteries we use on them, and drive back to have them look at it again. They proceeded to sell my wife another cartridge in the meantime which my wife bought because we would rather just never go there again. They do not value their customers time or hard-earned money. I called them, asked to speak to whoever is in charge, and explained the situation in the hopes that they would make it right by making an effortless exchange of the cartridge on my next visit. She interrupted me, was condescending, and has lost my business forever. I definitely will encourage everyone to enjoy the steeper discounted and superior products of other dispensaries and their better return policies for defective products. read more

I didn't feel rushed , and I am pleased with every product I have purchased from them. It's great quality and they back their sales . Extremely disappointed. I specifically told the budtender I wanted a full indica cartridge. He then showed me 2 cartridges and I noticed one said hybrid. I again told him I needed to get indica because sativa's cause me a lot of pain and give me bad headaches. He went and got different cartridges. Told me they were indica. So I picked one based on price, as o didn't recognize the names / flavors... and it turns out it's a hybrid. And no exchanges due to COVID-19 right now. I tried to make the best of it and thought I might as well try it since I can't return it. I have the worst headache ever and I'm in so much pain because it has sativa in it!!!
