I've been going here for quite some time (years) and well, I finally did some shopping around and found better. (Why) well I've spent a lot of time and money there and was told multiple times that after so much money spent ( they never told me how much.) you get a discount there and well I have only had two discounts and know I've spent a lot of cash there. To be honest! Some don't know what they're talking about. They are still old school in the sense of they don't have the containers like other places. Still use the film containers ‍. So I do seek out places that have knowledge and deal with medical cannabis. So for value sad to say, I don't see it. I'm still going to go for a quick pick up and maybe they will Eventually give me discount lol. I say this about most companies that is more about profit than having and keeping customers so that people like me who was loyal is now wondering to other companies seeking better quantities for my hard earned cash like most other people who can barely afford to buy. I'm retired now and well my money needs to stretch some.

We got 3 cartridges and were told we had a month to bring them back if they were faulty. One was perfect, the other two are actually smaller threads so they come off the battery. They took them in the back and tested them and said they wouldn't replace them because they "still work" even though that's not my issue. After arguing with me for 10 minutes, they then gave me a free battery to use them. (The only good thing to come from this) I pre heated the carts as needed, and they taste like pencil shavings. Worst quality ever, & their battery burns them on the lowest pre heat setting, waste of time and money. I get the same exact brand from OG Collective for 3$ more. AND, they don't give me any BS about replacements, actually stand by their word, and they've never tasted like a #2 pencil.

This is an unethical business that lacks transparency. I have been trimming for many years so I have a meticulous eye to detail. the manager Jennifer takes no accountability for the fact that we are not happy with nor wanted their low grade product (and sheisty business frankly) and she said that they wouldn't do anything for us and that "we picked it in the jar" but my boyfriend said it didn't look like that in the jar and the lights were dim in there. we can't look inside the canister to see what kind of flower they are giving you, how convenient. anyways I said to the manager that it was all poor customer service because we went to Cannabis connection right after we got ripped off with going green (to get better flower which we did ) & when we showed them the picture and story of how we were given the switch and bait at going green they said they wouldn't at last exchanged out the product if I wasn't happy. when I asked the manager of going green "well what about customer service?" she said they offered grest customer service....except for the fact that we felt we were taking a loss and walking out unhappy. just a bunch of gaslighting, scapegoating and sheisty business with people who don't value their customers. it seems that the going green sweet home on the yelp app also had a review from someone who felt slighted by them and was stuck with a quarter ounce of literally shake and posted a lot of it so this seems to be happening w them across the board, not sure how these guys are still in business.

They continued to decline despite receiving the exact same care, soil mix, fertilizer, watering schedule, and sunlight as two other clones I bought the same day from The Weeds. Eventually I had no choice but to repot them because they were dying. When I removed them from their pots, I found both plants had root rot, and the soil was full of old dead roots from what appeared to be a previous grow. One plant (Gruntz) died shortly after, and the Lemon Cherry Gelato has remained severely stunted and never recovered. In contrast, the White Chocolate Chip and Lizard Bones clones I purchased from The Weeds have been healthy, vigorous, and thriving under the exact same conditions. Based on my experience, I'll definitely be buying my clones from The Weeds in the future. The difference in plant quality was night and day.
