He asks for my phone number and I'm like ... I didn't even say I had an account here.. but tell him the number... then he asks for my date of birth I'm like wtf? Why? He's like oh it's how I do things Instead of scanning the id, so I hand him my id and say yeah let's just do it this way, again his attitude and rudeness he's slamming cases dropping bottles all sorts of psycho behavior and as I go to pay he keeps staring at the pin pad to see my pin.. I give him a look and he doesn't take the hint so I literally have to stare at his face and turn the pin pad away from him. He asks if I want a receipt and I say yes definitely and he asks for my phone number again... I had been going to a shop every week for at least two years. I had recently bought two batteries…read moreand two cartridges that had started leaking at some point and they had become a sticky mess. I literally thought there was something wrong with the battery and that it had melted the bottom of the cartridge somehow. It was a different kind of battery than I had ever used and before I could get to explaining that I thought there was something wrong with it, just to tell them about it because I thought is as weird that I had bought two and they both did they same thing; Stephanie, the bud tender or cashier or whatever she is accused me of abusing the return policy. She said that she felt that they had been though the cartridge policy or whatever it's called enough with me. She asked if I knew it and I thought it was basically keep the packaging and keep the carts upright. She went into unscrewing it, not letting them get too hot, etc. I am sixty three years old with cancer and retired from the position as the Director of a non-profit. Stephanie made me feel like I was trying to rip them off when I wanted to tell them the batteries seemed weird and I asked her to just throw them away and she said she couldn't do that. At no point did I try and ask for any kind of refund but she just kept after a issue of me bringing back carts often. I remember going in once to exchange a dead battery. That's it but I couldn't ever get that out. She really made me feel like dog crap. I'm planning on sharing my feelings with her directly before I make sure I never buy from Mr Nice Guy on campus in Corvallis, OR again.
