Once again, we had a GREAT experience purchasing phones @ Cellular Sales, this time with Colton, as…read moreour prior contact had moved on. Working with Colton specifically has been GREAT! This guy is polite, pleasant and knowledgeable. When he doesn't know an answer he's not shy to get accurate info. He is smart as all get out, an excellent listener, and an outstanding communicator of plans and options. And, Colton installed our glass screen protectors flawlessly. I didn't realize mine was even on when he handed my new phone to me. Along with buying phones, we had a lingering issue with Verizon corporate which Colton resolved with a direct call to his service contact. Very Happy with the deals we got on the iPhones we purchased: iPhone 17 Pro Max, and an iPhone 16. (When Colton was tied up one time I dropped in, he steered me to Michael who teamed to get part of my order placed. Thank you , Michael.) I have texted and called with a couple of followup questions to Colton and even when I caught him on days off he answered and was most helpful. Working with Colton and the team at this store has been nothing short of outstanding,

I would have loved to give 5 stars, but there are a few reasons I've chosen 4. Let me begin with…read morethe good things: Website has a really neat preview feature for making your own rosary, the estimated shipping and arrival dates were accurate, the kit arrived very neatly packaged and there are automated emails for order and shipping confirmations. The things that could be improved: Inquiries to customer service emails received no response, and their phone number rings and rings, no answer and also no ability to leave a message. (It had been my intention to add an item onto the order, which I didn't have the opportunity to do.) I did notice a blurb on their website's homepage saying they'd been having trouble with all messages going to Spam, but it was last updated a couple of months ago, so I'd hope that means that the Spam folder would be checked, or at least the phone was in reliably working order, given that it wasn't a new or unknown problem. Product-wise, the beads themselves are very nice, but the "connecter" piece had its color image affixed so crookedly that I had to peel it off and super-glue it in its correct position. (It is simply a sticker, although a very pretty one!) Word of caution : some of the image choices for some beads are inaccurate, ex: shows in silver but arrives in gold, so do pay attention to the actual word description, which seem to be right. If you receive the pop-up message about mixed materials/metals, do heed it, even if the image appears otherwise. I would order from this store again for all of the good reasons, but I would be more cautious to make sure I would not need to contact them directly, at least until they get things sorted out.
