I genuinely do not remember the name of the representative who helped me, but I had a great experience at this store. I was helped fairly quickly after signing in at the front and upgraded from my iPhone 13 Pro Max to the 17 Pro Max. I wasn't really planning to upgrade my phone that day, rather I was just curious to see if there were any loyalty offers that I couldn't see on my end, and luckily there was. I was told that I can keep my old plan and get $1100 off with trade-in, leaving me to pay less than $100 in a span of 3 years, which is only slightly more than replacing the battery at Apple, so it was a steal. Had to order the phone since they were out of stock in the color I wanted, and shipping was extremely fast, came within 2 business days since I placed the order. Dropping off my old phone was very easy as well. Definitely recommend this location if you need a new phone. read more

The employee's at this store, not all employess, but majority of them are not helpful in anyway at all! Don't go to this store for help unless you want to be disappointed for their lack of service. Came in to ask about an offer we got on our phone. Receptionist said there MAY be a difference between online and in-store offers. I understand... What do you think the appropriate next step is? Taking a look to find out right? Nope. The idiot continues to say that it may be different. We try to show him, and before he even looks at it, he says "no, we dont do that". What an absolute CLOWN. It's like he just wants us to leave. I asked him to sign us into the waitlist so we can see, and he repeats more aggressively this time "I'm just telling you we may or may not have the same offer". I visited this location on 9/21/25 to upgrade my son's and daughter's phones to the iPhone 17. When we checked in, there were seven people ahead of us. The next customer in line had been waiting over an hour and a half, and since there was no seating available, I decided to run a few errands in the shopping center. I told a salesperson I would step out and return, and he said that was fine but reminded me that if I wasn't present when called, I'd lose my place in line. Fair enough. Five minutes later, however, the store manager, Ivan, called me to say he had to remove me from the list because customers must remain in the store. I don't understand why it was an issue if I had already agreed that I'd lose my place if I wasn't there. Had I not mentioned it to the salesperson, no one would have even noticed. Ivan's explanation was that employees "periodically check in on customers," but the truth is the staff all seemed disengaged and unhappy to be there. When I returned a few hours later, the wait was shorter, and Letie helped us. She was polite but clearly not enthusiastic. We were told the new phones would not activate until we powered them on at home, but as soon as we got home both old phones immediately stopped working. When we returned to the store, Ivan informed us it would be a $35 fee per phone to switch the old ones back on. After spending nearly $500 on taxes and activation fees just to upgrade two phones, being told it would cost an additional $70 to restore service was beyond frustrating. This store's reviews already speak for themselves, and now I can confirm they're accurate. Poor customer service, disengaged staff, and policies that make no sense. I actually wrote a review for this location about four years ago, and unfortunately the experience was very similar this time around. I came in recently to upgrade a phone. At check-in, a representative specifically asked what I was there to do, and I told him I wanted to purchase an iPhone 17 Pro. This would have been a perfect opportunity to say they didn't have any in stock and quickly explain the options -- order it, ship to home, try another location, etc. Instead, we were checked in and then somehow got skipped due to an internal issue they were having. That resulted in about a 30-minute wait before anyone helped us. To their credit, they apologized, but by the time we were finally assisted, we were simply told they had no iPhone 17 Pros in stock. The actual interaction took maybe one minute. That's the frustrating part: 30 minutes of waiting for something that could have been resolved immediately at check-in. The tools and conversation were already there -- they just weren't used effectively. I don't blame the staff individually; this feels like a process and workflow problem. Basic inventory checks and simple purchase requests shouldn't require that much time in-store. Disappointing to see the same issues persist years later. read more

They instantly rejected me for what service I needed, didn't even bother checking it out or anything. Told them that they are corporate , they said no there not corporate and lied to my face. Terrible customer service here. My wife and I came in today to get a SIM card issue resolved. SIM card died so we weren't able to receive text messages. Phone support said they can't help us and we needed to go into a store. Went into this location today to get help. The gal who greeted us at the front didn't really have to tools to help (very poor training) and even more so didn't seem to want to help either. She said you have to call to get it fixed, which we explained that won't work. I tried to see if she could escalate internally but it was very much a "not my problem" mentality with her. We instead went to the Brea store and had people that actually cared to take the time to understand the issue and resolve it. Avoid this store, it's just not worth the headache and frustration. the Brea store is so much more competent. In all honestly, this whole experience has us moving towards Google Fi. I'm not a huge fan of T-Mobile's coverage, but Verizon has gone so down hill from a competency perspective... I don't feel they'll be able to support in an actual emergency. Same month and same problems. Here we go again with Verizon's support line. Verizon must have hired a person that's job is to only put customers accounts as paper billing vs non paperless in order to void the extra $10 discount per line on your family plan. Families beware! An example would be for a family plan of 5 lines would have auto payments setup with a debit card because credit cards will void that extra discount. You get $10 off per line that's a total of $50 off per month on your monthly bill!!! But there's another catch that most Verizon employees don't tell you is that you need to select or call in and have support send you a link to turn on paper billing and enable paperless billing. Well we've done that both ways, sideways and everything in between and for several months now our bill still shows a high rate that we did not agree to. It's an absolute joke working with Verizon. Oh yea and to top it all off the initial sales rep at this "corporate" Verizon store in La Habra back in Oct/Nov of last year lied to us and instead of only having one phone coverage for damages he put it on all of our phone lines leaving us to the support sharks that are no help or act like they solved your problems but when that bill notice shows up nothing has been resolved. Non of these Verizon employees are ever held responsible nor do they carry any specific employee ID numbers in case you need to reference them for future issues you're handling that they said were fixed. Even though we've been a long time customer and my Dad used to work for GTE before it became trash Verizon it's only gotten worse over the years. Unfortunately, at this point with our time and patience being wasted due to poor support staff and shady sale's employees we may just have to consider moving to a different carrier. As I write this review it's been over 40 mins on the line with support and we're now at the "let me speak to my supervisor to see what we can do". In the end this lady was talking back and didn't care about taking care of their customers. They fixed our billing apparently but no credit was given back even though that was promised back in mid July from another support rep. I requested that she email confirmation notices showing proof that this issue has been fixed but I'm sure they will mess this up again somehow. Best of luck to you guys out there. My recommendation is if you aren't with Verizon now keep it that way because you got lucky. read more

Went in to upgrade my wife's phone and expected a good experience. However the employee wasnt knowledgeable at all. I asked if i could buy a phone and upgrade her current phone. I was told no because i had to upgrade my plan for $80 more a month to get a new phone. Then she said i could pay it off after 6 months. I told her it didnt make sense.. i have an older plan with great rates and simply wanted to upgrade our phone. She advised us to try best buy... needless to say we were disappointed with the lack of customer service and her inexperience. If i was an idiot id have taken her offer and ended uo with a $200 bill for the rest of our lives. We left and bought a phone at best buy and had great customer service with a knowledgeable agent. I bet if verizon hired me as a customer service rep, id run circles around these kids and im over 60 years old. No other customers present when I went, so that's the good part. That meant I got what I needed pretty fast. What was off putting was the not great customer service from Leora. Customer service is not her forte. As an older person, she should be nice, courteous, and helpful-not someone who made me feel dumb and doubted what I saw listed on my account that I just checked the day before. She should've took the time and said "let's check your account to see what it says." Instead of saying I don't know what you're talking about. And do you know you can't buy a phone from Verizon and pay it off in full? So I asked how much can I pay? Instead of answering with a finite number, she said you can put a down payment. I then had to ask 10%? 50%? Made me feel terrible here. read more

This store absolutely sucks. I have been with Verizon for 18 years and after working with the staff at the la Habra Verizon, I am now considering switching to AT&T. The staff, particularly an older looking gentleman with some gray in his hair, was very rude and intentionally ignoring my presence despite being checked in. He had helped 4 other walk-ins before me, and what I was in there for would have taken just a few minutes. I ended up waiting there for an hour when I was "next in line" so that he could answer everyone and their mother's questions or look up their account before mine. This guy is rude and has poor customer service. Will not be coming back here again. read more

Wow! Talk about a power trip. The manager that worked here on September 8 during the night shift is the rudest most inconsiderate person I have ever met. First I am able to verify myself through my phone and purchase an item. Mind you it's not even a phone. Then manager won't let me pick the item because I don't have the proper ID he wants. I tell him fine I'm going to go to a Verizon store later near my house can he just return the item. He says no. That I should just go ahead and wait for three days until I don't pick it up and it gets returned from lack of pick up. No thank you, I spent an hour ordering the item with a Verizon customer service person because I can't even shop in the store and then I'm denied pick up. I was very calm and not rude to him but every time I spoke to him he would give me a one-word answer and look down. Maybe this is why your store has such a terrible rating. This past Black Friday my wife and I went to this store to search for an upgrade for her phone. We bought at this location in the past (several years back) and had a rather bad employee experience. By virtue of knee-jerk rection, I made a turn in the parking lot to see their offers, knowing full-well that we will probably not receive quality service/attention. Afterall, the more things change, the more they stay the same, right? Prior to the visit in mention, we stopped into a Verizon dealer store nearby in Fullerton where we received enough quality service/attention to make us want to purchase there. Moving forward, we got checked in and were appointed a young man by the name of Brandon S. to help us. The store had very little traffic at the time, surprisingly. We told Brandon what we had in mind and he checked our account for options. I should mention that we've been (uninterrupted) Verizon customers since it was called AirTouch, 24 years and 9 months ago. Upon receiving a few nice and tempting options, we decided on one that included trading in a rather old phone for a generous $1000 credit and adding a new line for a mere $15/mo. My wife was in heaven finding out that her new Galaxy S24+ upgrade would cost under $100 plus the appropriate sales tax on full price of the phone. Accessories pack was also ample and affordable at $100. Brandon has done a superb job at finding the absolute right options for us, explaining all changes in detail, without displaying any typical salesmanship tricks. He also installed screen protector and transferred all data from old to new phone, and activated the additional new line on an existing older phone. My point to this is that this level of genuine care and customer service is very rare, almost non-existent nowadays, especially from a corporate store, IMO. Towards the end of the process, I shared our experience/opinion with a floor manager, highlighting this young man's genuine and quality service After about 3 1/2 hours we were all wrapped up. Upon exiting the store all available staff hanging by the entrance thanking and wishing us Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays, as we did also. Based on this experience we have restored faith and confidence in this location, its sales staff, and management, seemingly. I know that the store has relatively low star review ratings, and I just want people to know that they deserve a second shot. Things constantly change, and sometimes for the better. I originally ordered my phone through customer care and the rep kept me on the phone for 4 hours- spent another hour on Sunday and almost 2 hours on tgrn phone today with representatives who could not seem to get my phone shipped because of terms and conditions then they couldn't figure out how I could pay the taxes on it. Today I cancelled the order that was placed Saturday, walked into this la Habra location and Hector assisted me- entire process took less than 20 min. Had the worst experience ever here. Left me confused and very uncomfortable. Came into purchase a screen protector. Not only did all 3 employees ignore me and did everything possible not to make eye contact. There was only 2 other customers inside. They left the store to go to the back completely unattended for a good 10 mins that got me and the customers asking where the workers went. When I spoke up and told them I needed help and that they should really pay more attention to the customers. He was pissed and looked annoyed w me saying that they were busy. Dude.. there's 2 customers bro. Come on. Then when I asked him to put the screen on for me he told me to turn my phone off and he took it to the back. Took his sweet ass time and when he brought it back my phone was on. I asked him why it was on and he said he turned it on for me. Dude was super sketch man. I get out of at 5:30 and was hoping to catch it but was a minute late because apparently you close at 6. If I could give them a 0, I would. First of all, customers beware that if you want to upgrade to an IPhone 13 with 5G network, do yourself a favor and check with other networks outside Verizon. In my 18 years I have been a verizon customer, I have NEVER experience so many network service interruptions as I have been ever since I got an Iphone 13 with 5G network. I have experienced excessive amount of dropped calls, as well as unable to send and receive calls and text messages. Even though my phone may show 5G and full bars, service disruptions are far too prevalent. I have gone several times to the Verizon store in La Habra as well as other Verizon stores in the local area to notify them of the problem and the problem continues. First time they changed the sim card and that did not solve the problem. I have been provided a 1-800-922-0204 customer service number to call and every time I try to call this number, the call gets disconnected with the excessive long holds. The disruptions are serious, I try to make an outgoing call in an area I traditionally did not experience trouble in the past but now I do. The call failed appears on my phone. Just imagine, you witness an emergency and can not call 911 due to verizon negligence with their poor service. I even took my phone to an apple store for diagnosis and they found my phone to be in perfect operational condition and the only problem is with the 5G network has been failing and my phone has been having problems. Management will tell you to contact customer service where they will either disconnect your call or give you the runaround. It explains why they don't email you surveys to comment on your experience with their representative cause their service is extremely unprofessional and lousy. Management has not been helpful at all here. In fact, I don't know if they have a clue as to how bad their Service interruptions are. Management: at least be honest on the service disruptions with 5G to the general public. read more

Really shady business, when I purchased my phone I asked to pay the phone in full and I insisted 10 times that I wanted it paid in full, instead the service guy just made me sign the plan anyways and charges me 200 plus the price of the phone and then adds a 15 dollar random plan that I never asked for. My bill each month was 137 a month for the plan and so I decided to pay the phone in full which I already planned originally and my bill still ends up being 80 a month. I called several times to the 844 number to take out the extra 15 and yet I still see it in my bill. So, I'm probably going to cancel my plan and go for another provider. If you want to get a phone I would recommend just buying the phone from an Apple store in full and then just start the plan and also make sure they don't sneak in random 15 dollar add ons that you didn't ask for. Update: I switched to T-Mobile, I was able to drop my bill in half. I recommend to not get your service in Verizon. read more

Called 10min before coming in and the rep refused to assist me because he was busy working with a customer. Ok understandable... I came in person at my lunch break @1pm. The store was empty except for ONE customer. He worked with the one customer for over an hour ignoring me (The only other person in the store). He entered each individual contact into the woman's phone book for her one at a time. I had a quick simple issue and waited an hour while he added numbers and addresses and photos to contacts. Had he just asked me "hey what do you need" he could have assessed my issue and gotten me out ASAP. Now I'm hungry and aggravated and have to go back to work.
