We bought our phones and paid for 3 lines worth of service on Friday July 13th, 2018 and today, Monday July 18th, 2018 I received a text that my phone bill was coming due. Surely this was a mistake considering we were just told upon purchase that our service was good to go until the 12th of August. I am glad that my husband checks on things just to be sure. NOPE! Our bill is coming due on July 20th.... Just a WEEK after the phones were purchased. How does this make sense at all? When my husband spoke to cricket (Both the store the phones were purchased in AND corporate) there was nothing they would do even though WE WERE TOLD that the payment was not due until the 12th of August. Thanks, Cricket Wireless. **Update** After almost having my access terminated 2 weeks after paying our bill, again. We found out through Cricket that our home store set the account up wrong. We bought brand new phones and intended to jump on the family plan (3 lines) and they set us up as individuals making our monthly bill $150 instead of $90. If you go through this store for service, be careful.

I learned they do make a lot of replacement key fobs, but not a lot of German or European fobs. If you need a replacement key, it's best to call to see if they actually can cut that key or have in stock. You also need to bring the car so that they can program the new key to it, otherwise they cannot make a fob. Your out of luck if you need a spare for your BMW. The cost of these replacement fobs vary and mine was $140. Some of the things they also have here are golf cart, marine, RV, and car batteries. Duracell seems to be the primary maker of most of their batteries found here. There's also some specialty LEDs and bulbs for sodium high pressure lamps. They also carry phone accessories and battery chargers. Informative photos included.

It feels good to know that I'm not overpaying for anything in comparison to some of the other major carriers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile) and receiving the same great service and range as the others. My only issue has been with calling in to get help with something technical related to my iPhone or Apple Watch. In 2023, Consumer Cellular began supporting Cellular Apple Watches and from the beginning it was clear they had not received a lot of training. I was going back and forth with several phone agents who were insistent in telling me that I could not use my cellular Apple Watch by itself. Meaning, if my phone battery died, or I left my phone at home, my watch would not work by itself. I was just as insistent in explaining to them that the whole point of a cellular watch is to be able to make/receive calls, texts, etc. when I was away from my phone. Otherwise, I'd have no need for setting up service to support my watch with Consumer Cellular. If it was solely a gps watch, it would operate without a cellular carrier. Here's where the Georgetown store, more specifically Carderios, came to my rescue. Carderios was able to trouble shoot and quickly get my watch up and running with ease. My watch had been operating on Consumer Cellular with no issues for the past year. And then I did the unthinkable.... 2 weeks ago I left to go to AT&T....but immediately returned to Consumer Cellular once I realized my error in judgment. Unfortunately, leaving meant my watch needed to be set up again. A whole year later and the phone agents are still needing more knowledge and training on watches. Not just agents, but supervisors have said that the watch could not operate on it's own. I'm so glad I remembered that I went into the Georgetown store to get help last year. I'm even happier that Cardarios was still there to help me again! It took a little longer this time though. However, he was extremely patient, calm and just as determined as I was in getting the issue fixed. We went through a few troubleshooting tasks like re-pairing the watch to the phone and removing the plan altogether and starting from scratch. He had to speak with several agents by phone to finally get the right person to help. They resent a signal on their end and the watch was finally working without the phone. Yay! Carderios provided outstanding support and service the entire time. He's a soft spoken guy that knows his stuff. He also didn't make me feel as if I was crazy or didn't know what I was talking about. He really listened to me which is very rare these days with customer service agents. And at no point did he talk badly about any of the folks that I had worked with prior to him. He was super humble and a pleasure to work with. I hope that Consumer Cellular can take care of the training that is needed for all of their agents company wide. I shouldn't have to go into a store to get the help I need. However, I'm so glad I met Carderios and experienced first hand what great customer service looks and sounds like on a consistent basis! He gave me the same great service year over year and that's an awesome testament to his character and experience!

We forgot to hook up our office Xerox to the online diagnostic service that Flores uses to send out parts and toner ahead of time before they're critically needed. Well... we got blindsided by a toner shortage one day and since my office didn't set up the online monitoring properly Flores didn't know we were out. Bethany and Richard coordinated to personally deliver and install a new pack of toner for us the same day to keep the office going. Good people to work with and support local business.

They spilled toner into my printer and made smudgy pages. Since it was true of both of the ones in one order, it's probably a manufacturing problem. They said they'd give me my money back if I brought the cartridges back. I took them back in October, and they have still not refunded my money, despite half a dozen attempts to get them to respond. Stay away from these guys.

I called and got the absolutely useless assistant manager. he claims there was no purchase when I'm looking at their thank you email and my bank account reveals the improper charge. the latest charge came yesterday and I have not been their but one time. instead of resolving the problem, now I'm forced to post this warning and file a fraud claim with my bank.
