We needed to add another line to our business account and chose this location mainly because it was lunchtime and we only had about an hour to get everything done. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by Greg, who welcomed us with a bright, genuine smile and an incredibly friendly attitude -- something that's honestly rare here in and around Vegas. We explained what we needed, and Greg immediately got to work suggesting iPhones and plan options that would fit our needs. He was zero pressure the entire time -- just helpful, informed, and focused on what worked best for us. He laid out our options, made smart suggestions, and then gave us space to talk it over. Once we decided, he grabbed the phone we wanted and even gave us a list of phone numbers to choose from for the new line. The whole process was fast, smooth, and painless. While we were waiting for the new line to activate, I noticed Greg's name on a plaque and realized -- he's the General Manager! What blew me away is that while he was helping us, he was also juggling everything else: answering phones, greeting new customers, assisting his team, taking FedEx deliveries -- and yet, he never once made us feel rushed or unimportant. Quite the opposite -- he made us feel like VIPs the entire time. On top of that, I genuinely felt like we got great value -- not just in terms of pricing (which was fair and competitive), but in the time and stress we saved by dealing with someone who clearly knows what they're doing. No wasted time, no drama. Just efficient, top-tier service with a personal touch. Greg is a total pro. His multitasking skills are next-level, his customer service is top-notch, and he clearly knows his store inside and out. He runs the place like he owns it -- and honestly, that's the kind of leadership every retail store needs. All in all, our experience was fantastic. Caveat--this is for the Eastern Ave location off St. Rose-- Geesus, if I could give these f***heads in the store, and their online 'chat' customer service a million negative stars, I would. I don't even know where to start--the lack of support via chat, where they will keep you on for....oh I don't know, 45 mins to over FIVE HOURS today? And then ended with "go to the store." When I did go to the store about this same issue a few days ago, I had some 20, 30 something kid (and I say that, despite his age, b/c of his immaturity and actual lack of customer service, and his sh*tty attitude). They wouldn't stand behind my nine-month old iphone 16 pro that has malfunctioned and offered, finally I thought, to send me a new phone--turned out it was a refurbished thing--uh.....what about the manufacturer's warranty? I turned on the replacement phone, it wouldn't connect or transfer data from my old phone, but it disabled my old phone so I can't make calls, for work, no less. Gee verizon, great technology!! So now, I have two phones, and neither works. And no agent, I can't follow your stupid*ss suggestion to drop everything and leave work to go to your so unhelpful store today.... I was searching for a Verizon store on line and this location have an excellent review on yelp, so I went ahead to the store. The minute I walked into the store Andrew greeted me with a smile and asked me what can he do to help me. I told him that I wanted to replace my iPhone 12 to the new iPhone. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the product, the whole process was very thorough and very helpful. I walked out the store with a new iPhone and an iPad. Kudos to Andrew! read more

I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and we recently moved back to the Henderson area and our new neighborhood is a notorious dead zone. Locals might know it as Black Mountain. After repeated phone calls to Verizon IT department and having them tell me that our service is "just fine" despite dropping calls multiple times a day and inability to send text messages when off Wi-Fi, I decided to go into the store and try and get a rep to help me. I can't remember his name (younger guy with tatted arms) but the guy who helped me really went to bat for me, he actually stayed on the phone while we called Verizon IT together and badgered them into giving me a home LTE extender. I can't thank you enough, it really would've been hassle to switch carriers after more than 20 years but not being able to use our phones in the house has been miserable. April 12, 2025. Walked in needing some help with something, and NO ONE even looked up at me. 3 employees already helping 3 customers and 1 customer waiting. Sat down and waited 10 minutes and still NO ONE acknowledged me. Not even a "hello". NOT EVEN EYE CONTACT!!! I just got up and left. And then cancelled this very expensive shitty service. So tired of Verizon. What are we even paying so much money for? To use their cell phone tower? And then no one even says hello to me when I need help?? There are plenty of other shitty expensive phone services out there that at least have SOME customer service. F this place and F Verizon. This was the last straw. We discovered this store when we first moved here and have found it is the most pleasant experience. Sometimes going to one of these places can be very frustrating, but they take their time and really help you out at your speed of knowledge. The store messed up our billing and never activated my phone line when I transferred carriers. I had to call corporate to do their job. My wife also ordered a phone through this store to upgrade and "some issues with shipping" happened and they cancelled the entire order without ever contacting us. And they no longer have that promotion conveniently so to get the phone would cost full price. Do not waste your time with this off shoot store and go to a real corporate Verizon store. I cannot stress this enough, these guys have no clue what they are doing. They also have the gall to ask if we want to switch to their home WiFi after explaining to us all the ways they messed up. I went to this store to buy two Google phones. Ignorant staff knew nothing so spent two hours. After my purchase I discovered they added a warranty without my knowledge at an extra $20 a month? We went in today around 1pm looking for i watches. The gentleman at the door was very friendly and polite. The guy that came to attend to us however was only interested in the sale and not focused on our needs. We asked for the difference between the new 5 series and the 4's. He said that the new 5 has a menstrual tracker. Really? That's going to make us purchase it?? Then we asked to see the bigger version of the iwatch and he told us they didn't have any in stock. He tried to get us to buy the smaller one. When we asked if other Verizon stores had them available he said, no. He didn't even bother checking. My only other complaint is that they told me the charging cord would be almost 200 bucks, To my knowledge that comes free with this or any phone and I found the same one, samsung s23 25W, on Amazon for 13 bucks. Not sure if that is normal or not but was not the case when went to another provider today and never heard of that for a phone or computer. But no, nothing you can do, however just wanted people to be aware of this store or rather some people namely one girl who works there and be alert that like me most people who are more than qualified for a trade in and phone plan are turned down. My wireless consultant Nick was very friendly and helpful. He stayed on the phone with Verizon customer service for 2 hours for us. Even though verizon itself wouldn't help us in anyway, he still argued with Verizon customer service and fought for us. The joke is that he had just gone through a training where verizon teaches them to do everything they can to keep a customer who wants to leave(me) and that if they exhaust all their resources then to contact a department that will do something to help the customer stay, but according to the Verizon person on the phone,there is no such department and there is nothing they can do to prevent a customer of 9 years from leaving and switching to amother company.
