    October 20th, 2025…read more To whom it may concern, I visited your store located at 2736 Medina Rd, Medina Ohio 44256 about a month ago. I wanted to upgrade my Apple 13 Pro and Series 11 watch to the 17 Pro and Series 11. The salesman said that they did not have the watch or the phone in stock but had upgraded versions. I told him to order the items I wanted. We also talked about keeping my existing plan and with the trade in I would pay about $22 additional each month over 3 years and that included the $7.50 for the phone service on the watch. About 2 weeks later I tried calling the store to see if the phone and watch had arrived. I found out that the phone store does NOT have a phone line and talked to Verizon directly so they could message the store. I did not hear back, so I just drove to the store. When I arrived, the phone and watch was there and the salesman asked me what deal I he had given me. I told him about the $22 per month but that I did not want a payment plan and just wanted to pay it all up front. He then told me that since the order was already started, he would have to cancel it and that would take about 48 hours. A week later, I showed back up at the store and asked a different salesman about my phone. He came back and said there was not a phone and watch for me. I told him that I already saw the phone and watch and that it is in your store. He finally came back with the phone and watch and asked, "What deal did the other salesman give me?" I explained the $22 and that I just wanted to pay it in one lump sum. The salesman then told me that that deal is no longer offered and that the prices have almost doubled. I told the salesman that was a classic "bait and switch" and that I will not do business with your store and I left. I called Verizon, and had to get that order cancelled since the store did not do that. I assumed that with my phone lines being with Verizon for the last 21 years, they were happy to honor the original deal. I have started posting this review on other sites to inform customers that they are NOT a Verizon Dealer, but an authorized dealer and it appears that the price for every contract fluctuates based upon the day, and who you talk to. I can reliably make this accusation since every time I talked to someone, they always have to ask what price I was quoted, instead of the sales person looking up the price or just honoring their original quoted price. The other comments were right. Avoid this location. Ashton needs some training in customer service! I had my order sent to the store so I could ask questions. Should've just had it shipped to my house. This got one star because it was close to my house. But I'd drive to another just to be treated better. I am a new customer to Verizon. Not a good look.

I will start by saying I have heard (after the fact) that this store is not a corporate store and is not to the same caliber as other AT&T stores - so this review is specific to this location. I had FirstNet (a government plan for first responders) managed by AT&T. No one at the store had any clue how to do anything in relation to FirstNet throughout the entire process. It started when I upgraded to a new iPhone about a year ago. The employee working that day told me about a deal they were running on apple watches for FirstNet customers in which I essentially got an older version for free and paid a small amount each month for cellular service for my watch. They told me that this deal would start taking effect after a few billing cycles. It never did despite them continuously telling me to wait for it to take effect. Same thing with Fiber. Our house got Fiber and we were promised a discount... it also never came. So for several months we paid full price for both Fiber and the watch and its cell service. Hundreds of dollars more than we should have. After about a year I demanded something be done. They told me I could file a bunch of paper work and hid behind jargon filled explanations that made zero sense and a bureaucratic shield they knew I did not have time to get through. They gave me the run around repeatedly and wasted so much of my time and energy. What an awful way to treat an individual on a plan designed for first responders. I ultimately paid off my phone and watch completely just so I could leave and be done with them. But its not over yet... it took a week to transfer my number to a new phone because no one at their store knew how to transfer a FirstNet line. What a nightmare and what a waste knowing they swindled me out of so much money. Go elsewhere please... for the sake of both your wallet and sanity.

We were greeted by Jake who walked us through a bunch of tv options and asked us some really great questions. What I admired about his service is he informed us of options after LISTENING to our needs - honestly that's key. He told us after learning about what our needs were that we should use their Free In-Home Consultation. We were sold - free and someone to come to our home to learn how we need our home setup to work for us. A few days later Mario arrived for the in-home consultation. He again LISTENED to our needs - from tv, mounting, wireless home options, security system...everything. He walked around the house and gave us his options and put everything together. He was detail-oriented but also explained everything easily so we understood it. He was able to outline the work we wanted, schedule the in-home install and make sure every line items on our work order was understood. Today, Nathan came to do our install - arrived by 9am until after 2pm. Our entire house is set up - wirelessly, with tv's where they need to be and our security system is active. He explained everything was extremely pleasant and clean. I often wonder how places such as Best Buy make it this day when you can easily go online to buy items and price match. Well, this in-home service is CLEARLY where they excel. The price was very reasonable to us for ALL that we wanted. And they made the entire transaction from discovery and understanding of our needs to the explanation of what would be most ideal for how we live/operate to even the install of asking us the right questions to make thing how WE wanted them. I have already referred their services to multiple people based on that very first encounter with Jake. Kudos to BB and this location for doing things right.

    I cleared my day today because I was supposed to have a delivery of my TV and installation. I…read morewaited and waited and no one ever showed up. After five phone calls to Asia. I finally got somebody that told me oh the TV is out of stock and therefore not being delivered. Nobody was ever gonna call me and I would've waited all day. Terrible service. I'll take my business elsewhere.
