There were even a couple of times where Joel took the time to trouble shoot and ultimately fix whatever the issue was and then offer no charge. Looking back, I wonder if this was possibly because my issue was minor- something that most people would be able to understand and therefore take care of on their own but either way, in this day and age, it's next to impossible to find that kind of generous kindness. As a thank you, I always tipped him. Yesterday I had to jump through hoops just to try to fix my phone and to buy a new phone. It was very stressful and annoying. The whole time I kept saying to my husband that I wished aha was still open. So Joel, if you see this, thank you and know that a lot of people miss aha!

I have Simple Mobile that I got through him, and my partner is on Page Plus, also through him, and the service and phones are great - so much better than Boost that I had before. I'd highly recommend Aha! Wireless to anyone looking for better service (just not Boost), and a great price on repairs - my broken iPhone screen cost less than half the price of the Apple store, and I haven't had a problem since! Great job, guys!

Posting this experience as general awareness of this Store Chain. The Macedonia store was sketchy…read moreand the text below is realted to my Macedonia store visit. My cell phone broke over weekend. Not sure why as the screen formed a touch dead spot and faceID stopped working with an error message. Maybe condensation from age and the winter weather. Then phone value to IFIXIT kit prices made it not cost effective to fix. I stopped by this location to look at used Iphone 11 or 12 so I can have a same day replacement as I don't need a brand new IPhone. I purchased an unlocked IPhone 12 for $5xx as it seem to work at the store, phone is in front of me, and in excellent condition. When I drove 40 mins home, I restored a backup from Icloud and then asked a Verizon tech to activate the phone. I was on the phone for 2 hours with Verizon trying to activate the phone. At the end of the call, they noticed the phone I had was a European model and not a US phone. Verizon was not able to activate the phone as Europe and the US have different regulatory standards for Cellar/WiFi communication. The only thing that worked was 5g Internet service and I could not send/receive calls and texts. I had to drive 40mins back to this store to return the phone. Based on the conversion we had. It sounded like they knew the phone was a foreign and willing sold it..... What a #$#@ and low life move by these people. I should be able to walk into a US store and buy a phone compatible for the US without thinking to ask if the phone is a US model. In total, I wasted 5 hours of my life with this store and ended up buying a US model phone from Ebay. I'm not going back to this store chain and I will never recommend them as well. If I cant trust to them to buy a used phone. How can I can trust them to repair one.

What if she has an emergency, needs an ambulance, or needs help?!?! As one of the most physically vulnerable to the virus, she needs telephone service the MOST right now! No waiver she has to access online. She doesn't have the internet, she's 80! AT&T seems to have an accessibility issue, as in your emergency provisions need to be ACCESSIBLE to EVERYONE. You should not be turning off ANYONE'S phone service in a pandemic!!! Then, when a family member went in to pay the bill, she brought her phone. (She also has a contract with AT&T.). She asked them why her Google maps wouldn't work. (She is the former's caretaker and the one who takes her to Dr appointments, so she needs the service she pays for and uses to get around.)The salesperson said the wifi does not work. (So, pretty much- they sent her home with a BROKEN phone.). She pays for data. Why should she be allowed to walk out of the damn door with a non-fully functional device in a Pandemic when she may need to look up an emergency room or hospital? When she asked what she could do? The salesperson told her to "Call technical support". Really? You couldn't just help her file a claim for a broken phone and let her have a refurbished working one? Really?!?!? AT&T is an act fit for a circus. Terrible customer service. Forget the extra mile, how about the most basic one. Humanity, especially during this time. You just lost loyal business.
