They just sell not help. Took 45 minutes with patient man on phone to change. I only have a flip phone. Here is an idea for Verizon. Buy the elderly like a smart phone and pay my monthly bill. i would recommend going to any other Verizon store. I have been a Verizon customer for 10 years. I have never had a worse experience in store. I had went in to upgrade my phone to which I had to wait 1 hour. That's typical however once I was able to talk with a sales rep (the guy with the man bun is who I spoke with... terrible service) I asked if they had the phone with 1 T storage to which he said "it's hard to say" and refused to go check. instead of going to check if they had it in stock he told ME to check online. so I did. and instead of going in to deal with the terrible customer service I ordered the phone to be picked up, the site said it was in stock, shortly after I received a notification saying I had preordered and have to wait a couple weeks. I have been with Verizon for over 16 years and I'm done with them their customer service sucks so bad right now. They've never been what you'd call the cheapest carrier but their customer service used to be outstanding now I just waited 37 minutes on hold to talk to somebody that's not on this continent. They don't believe in america-based Customer Support anymore barely understood what he was trying to say and was no help they're constantly trying to sell you more things and not taking care of what they should be I will be looking for another carrier at least if they're this bad they're cheaper read more

Stopped in to have a new screen cover installed. I was fortunate to have Justin, the manager, help me. He was knowledgeable about the screen covers, did a great job, reminded me to submit the warranty information, all while being incredibly pleasant. I will never buy anything from this Verizon store again. I bought a jet pack in July. Asked for paper billing through the mail. NEVER got a bill. I did get a call that my payment was late in October, so I went in to pay it and AGAIN request bills through the mail. I was assured I would get bills. Never got anything until they sent me a nice collection letter a couple weeks ago. It has taken me MULTIPLE phone calls to multiple people to get the bill corrected. Today I try to make a payment by dropping a check at the store. Apparently you can't do that. I don't want to wait for someone to take my payment. That's why I wrote a check. read more

Once again, I have run into Verizon's crappy customer service. The cut off my service after hours, so there is no one available to help me resolve the issue. While everyone is still trying to dig out of covid induced debt, this company cuts off services. It makes me miss the old land line days. $10/month is WAY better than the $200+ that I've paid Version for more than 25 years.I'm expecting a call back for a job on Wednesday and my service was stopped on Monday. I can't pay for this service with rocks here people. And if you as a company can't keep staff available to help customers, due to covid, what makes you think that customers are willing to put up with your poor customer service. I won't be going to this VZW again. I was offered a free* iPad with my upgrade as part of a Black Friday deal. Nothing is free, so I specifically told the representative (Dmitri) that I didn't want it unless it was completely free, no strings attached. I didn't want to change my plan and I didn't want any additional services because if it's truly free, I was going to give it as a gift for the holidays. I repeated this to the representative multiple times, each time being reassured that it was completely free. I relented and took the "free" iPad. When I got home, I checked my account on the website and noticed that I was now on a different plan and there was an additional number associated with the iPad. I immediately contacted customer support, explained the situation, and told them I wanted to cancel everything associated with the iPad. I even said that if that meant I needed to give the iPad back, that was fine. For a second time, I was told I could keep the "free" iPad. Roughly a week later, I get a call from Ron, the store manager, indicating that the transaction was processed incorrectly and I needed to pay the taxes on the iPad. Naturally, I began explaining the whole thing to him and his response was "well then you need to bring the iPad back." I asked if I was able to return it to the location that was closer to my house and was told it had to go back to that specific location because they don't have the ability to transfer inventory between locations. There was absolutely no attempt to compromise and find a way to resolve this issue, despite the fact that deceptive and borderline predatory sales practices were used by the representative and now in order to fix it, the onus falls completely on me. So now I have to drive 45 minutes to return an iPad that I didn't want in the first place to fix a mistake that I didn't create. Absolutely horrible experience! Bad enough to consider switching providers after being a loyal customer for almost 20 years. read more

They are horrible they lie to you about following up on your account and steal example: two phones for the price of one when you bring a new line over from a competitor. They tell you the will credit your bill after the second billing cycle and then never do.they also promis to follow it up and don't. Avoid them like the pandemic. read more

Located in between a Chipotle and Starbucks, this place is otherwise no different than other stores. Quick, friendly service. Clean place with plenty of displays. Parking can be dicey since this particular lot is small. Still worth visiting though. read more

When I originally went into the store in Cuyahoga Falls on Howe Ave to switch from Sprint to Verizon, everything was great. The salesman was very nice and very good at his job. So good, in fact, that I walked out with much more than I wanted or needed. I gave it a week to get used to my new iPad and Apple Watch, but it just wasn't for me. I didn't like having a data plan on it. While I understand people hate returns and they probably work on commission, I went into the store within the return policy time frame to return the iPad and Watch. I kept everything I wanted (the two iPhone 11's I purchased along with 2 mophie quick chargers and 2 cases). We were treated like crap. They kept going to the back and kept us sitting for over an hour, only to abruptly say "I'm done." and just walk away!! So incredibly rude. Being a sales manager myself, I would never tolerate this in a customer service-driven profession. I get it - you don't want to take returns. But it happens. That's what the return policy is for. Not feeling to great about leaving Sprint now, where I've always been treated great. read more
