I was thrilled to find a local business that might be able to revive my "dead" iPad. I figured my…read moreworst-case scenario was buying a new one, and my best-case scenario was spending about half that amount on a repair. When I walked into iParts & Phone Repair, I was immediately greeted by who I assume was the owner. After I explained that my iPad wouldn't charge--even after trying multiple cables and outlets--he got right to work troubleshooting the issue. Less than five minutes later, he had found the problem: my charging cable was the culprit. He plugged in a brand-new cable, and just like that, my iPad sprang back to life and started charging perfectly. I'll admit I was a little embarrassed that the fix was so simple, but that feeling disappeared quickly when I realized all I needed was a new charging cable instead of an expensive repair or replacement. I happily purchased one on the spot. The owner (I wish I had gotten his name) was friendly, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. His honesty and expertise saved me a lot of money and frustration. I highly recommend iParts & Phone Repair. If you're having issues with your phone, tablet, or other device, this is the place to go. Outstanding service from someone who truly knows his craft!

I thought, "I'll complain when I come back from my trip to visit my parents for Christmas" However, the phone just completely bricked soon thereafter after getting a very small amount of water on it - which wouldn't have even remotely been an issue if the proper screen was put on. Now I'm stuck with a paperweight and I had to buy a new phone two days before I was travelling back home. I mean, I did get a screen and it worked for a bit, but the work compromised the phone and left is vulnerable.

However, no one showed up or communicated with me until around 10 after a call and a text from me wondering where someone was. The response was sad at best: first the excuse of Covid. I get that. Fine, your business model changed---shouldn't the website or auto responses been changed? When I mentioned that and how I'd waited around to keep the appointment I was told they had no control over Covid. What?? I know that.... Where was an apology for me having waited for someone to show up? Where was a better apology or explanation of why it took so long to hear back about the change in policy due to Covid but then the lame, 'blame it on Covid' and they can't control that. I should have had notification that no one would come.... Terrible service and lack thereof.

Moe, Alex, and your whole family doing business,…read more I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service I received at your business. After being assured that your non-OEM screen replacement was as good as original quality, the screen cracked easily. When I returned to purchase an OEM Apple screen replacement, I was quoted $300, only to find out that you are unable to source the part. Throughout this process, there has been a consistent lack of communication and unfulfilled promises regarding your inventory. Repeatedly misrepresenting your inventory and failing to follow up with customers is unacceptable. I expect far better service and transparency than what Alex, your father, and you have provided. I paid over $220 for a crack screen replacement that was a junk. Please make this a lesson for all others and avoid this establishment.
