    I had gone to their location - Verizon store at English Creek NJ - to return an item I had…read morepurchased online from Verizon Online - they claim to accept items purchased online from Verizon for refund. Item was returned to a customer service agent at Verizon store in their dress code and the gentleman informed me the order would be refunded immediately showing me record on their device. This was on January 13, 2022. Post that I went next day and prior to that had called Verizon Customer Service as to verify if the order refund note was in their system. Not seeing the item I had requested Verizon to put a note that I had attempted to return this over the phone. Subsequently when I went to the store next day to verify I was shown on their system that refund was in process, not being able to match the order number to what a lady customer agent was showing to me, I left without even thinking of this point calling them in few days again to verify which 7 days the order would be refunded in, business or regular. This as the lady agent had told me that it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed. I was told that it could take up to 2 to 3 weeks as per their finance department, as well the fact that cheque was issued to form of payment/bank I had used. I went to the store this once again on January 24, 2022 and they told me that refund should be issued within 3 to 5 days and when asked to verify the return the customer service agent verified it, but they said they can not give me a printed receipt. The mistake I had made was that I did not ask them from the receipt first time I retuned the item. If it was not for the $100 to $150 that I had spent behind the device I would have switched to AT&T. It does hurt when you associate with a company which issued you your first phone number when you immigrated to this country as in the United States and they are the ones who give you this kind of a shaft.

I have had a few issues with my phone. First was a battery issue and their only response after looking at my phone for a minute was to remove some of the battery saver programs. Then when I had issues with the phone restarting and not progressing past the splash screen when restarting they blamed it on moisture. They just checked the moisture mark. They didn't check for moisture damage. And when they confirmed I had insurance they gave me a packet and told me to call my insurance to pay the $99.00 deductible to have it replaced. That way they could go back to the conversation they were having instead of actually doing work. What makes it worse is the store manager was the one who gave me the shove off. I know it is just Verizon being Verizon, but can someone with a work ethic work in customer service please ?

    Come to this store( T mobile in Hamilton Mall) if you want to get SCAMMED! Yep, you read that…read moreright. I came to this store in November of 2022 to purchase a phone and a watch as a Christmas gift. I decided I also wanted to upgrade my phone. I Andre, who I assumed was the manager of the store during this time told me I had to pay the $50 I owed on my Iphone in order to purchase a new phone which I did. I was then told he would buy my phone back from me so I would see a credit on my bill. Mistake I did was not ask how much of a credit since I just wanted a new phone. A few weeks later, I received my first bill which was a lot more than I was told it would be so I went back to Andre. I then realize I had no credit on my bill. This is when he said he forgot to credit my account for the phone and forgot to put it in the system but not to worry because he would fix it. At this point, I decided to purchase a watch for my husband. I brought a 2nd iPhone to trade for the watch as I did not want to pay full price. He again, told me he would credit my account and the watch will be free. In addition, they had added 3 protection plans to my account which was charging me $30 a month in addition to my bill, I was then told by Jose that they removed it... Nope, Jose instead issued me a credit of $20 and told me that was them removing the fee from the account. Fast forward to early Feb... I do not see the bill reflecting the credits for my TWO iphones so I go into the store. I was told by the current Manager Jose that Andre is no longer at the store and that he can't really help me much as Andre did "his own thing". He told me he would call me back and never did. I went to the store he wasn't there, I called 3 more times and threaten to leave a review and email corporate since no one would help me or credit my account let alone return my phone. Finally, After calling Jose a few times, he tells me Andre says he only owes me $100 total for TWO IPHONES! Please do not come to this store! They lie, and manipulate the system to get commission while screwing over the customer! Yes, it was my mistake for assuming they were honest and not asking how much was my credit. Now im out 2 phones.

It was a very uncomfortable position to be in. All they are concerned with is sales and making commission. The staff is extremely unprofessional and the management is even worse. As soon as someone came in to purchase a few lines Daniel would walk right up to them, however we are already T Mobile customers and he didnt pay any attention to us. I would never recommend this store and we won't ever go back. They give T mobile a bad name.

    DO NOT TRUST THE SALES PEOPLE AT THIS STORE!!!! A few months ago, my son came into the store to…read moretrade in his iPhone 14 for an iPhone 15 because there was a special. He explained to the salesperson that the iPhone 14 was on my account, (his mother's), It had a balance and he was interested in moving it to his own line and possibly upgrading it to an iPhone 15 because there was a special going on at the time. The sales person told him that he could upgrade the phone to an iPhone 15 and move it to his own personal line that he would be paying for. The salesperson explained to my son that by him making this move, It would pay the iPhone 14 off and it would close the line so then he could upgrade to an iPhone 15. So they took the phone traded it in for an iPhone 15 and my son believed that was it- he explained it to me and so did I. I went a long paying my cell phone bill until I looked about a couple weeks ago, and I realize that there was a phone number that I don't recognize, Now I have about 10 lines on my account so the bill is always on the higher side so it did take me a minute to realize that we are still paying for The phone that was traded in for the iPhone 15. So we're still paying on a line we don't use and a cell phone we no longer have. Coming to find out everything that was told to my son was not true and we do not have that NEXT plan where he could trade a cell phone in that has a balance- so the cell phone should've never been treaded in. I have called customer service. I have been to the store. I have called the store and at this point I'm getting the runaround as to what is going to be done to alleviate this situation. I read the small print in the contract that also says that phone should have never been traded in but now I can't get anyone from this store to talk to me about this situation. A manager was supposed to call me back Thursday. She did not. I called the store back on Friday the manager was in a meeting. Then someone left me a message, but didn't leave any information about what it is that they're trying to do to get this satisfied, it seems like this person had no idea what was going on, even though I was at the store on Tuesday explaining this entire situation. This is now the second time that wrong information has been given about phone lines from this store. I understand people work on commission but doing shady things is unacceptable. So now I'm willing to go as far as I need to go to get this situation rectified but this store where it all happened and the person still works there that handled the situation is not being very helpful. AVOID THEY ARE WILLING TO DO ANYTHING FOR COMMISSION...
