Nice little Hardware Store that is close to home. Most times you can find what you need for small repairs and projects. Staff is very helpful and always available. I went in today on a long shot of finding longer legs to lift a table by 4". Low and behold, the kind ladies of Ace found the perfect fix. Been a customer for years now. Unlike Home Depot or Lowes. You don't need a search team to find help. Staff always available and helpful!

I did an online order for a grill and a cover. Both items stated that they were available. I received an email stating that both were out of stock. I called the store and was told that they should have 3 in stock. After being placed on hold, I was told that their inventory was off and that they didn't have any in stock. I asked for the order to be canceled and was told that they can't cancel the order until the item comes in! So they have my money and I have nothing. I could have ordered from a different store! I asked if my order could be transferred to another store and I was told no. I actually had to call ace hardware.com and they were able to cancel my order. I will never trust this store's inventory! Also, you would think that they would attempt to do something given it was their error. Perhaps offer assembly for your mistake. read more

The folks who work here are Very helpful, the store is well stocked with what you need, they have a great paint dept. they make keys Bonus Free Popcorn and it's usually still warm and always fresh. try it, You'll Like It. I sure do!! read more

Nasty older people specially the cashier. U say hi to them they don't respond they don't smile. If there's a little problem she shake her head. I dealt with her many times and that's why I don't go back there anymore even it's only across of my house. I rather travel to Home Depot. Someone have to fix this problem there please. read more
