I took him to civil court where he was a no show, so I won a default judgement. Nearly 2 years later, I am still trying to collect. At Home Recreation takes no responsibility for this, and I know that he promotes them on facebook, and, although he is not a direct employee of theirs, I was told that they recommend him for jobs from time to time. It that is the case, they really shouldn't do that as he is dishonest and unethical, and it certainly doesn't help their reputation.

She advised us that it was a 2009 that was traded in for a new one. This tub doesn't look 3 years old if that and MULTIPLE people have said that. Once she told us the price we didn't hesitate a second and bought it!!! The service Amy, Jennifer and Tim as well as EVERYONE there is BEYOND personal service!!!!! Home Leisure is great - I highly recommend them…read more I bought a house that had a spa that was a few years old, and had several problems. After attempting to get help from several companies that were close to my house, and getting little or no response, I widened my radius and contacted Home Leisure. They were outstanding to work with, and got my spa fixed. It seems like they are a very small operation, and rather than being a problem it makes them very personally engaged and responsive. You don't get a nameless answering service, but you actually get a live person who is co-owner of the company and cares about providing excellent service. And calls you back when they say they will, and send technicians who show up when they say they will. They have several technicians who worked on my hot tub until it was fixed, even though it meant several trips back and forth. They explained the issues clearly. And they were flexible in timing the visits to fit my schedule, which is so often a problem with service/repair. Spa service is pricey, but I think was fair for the work and travel involved (not to mention parts, which they have no control over). But if you have a hot tub (or pool) you know up front that its not inexpensive to maintain. I don't think anyone else would be less costly, and the level of responsiveness and excellent communication made this company easy to work with and a definite cut above usual repair services.
