First, I will preface the review by giving the operators some credit for a rapid reply and response to the property. That is where the positive experience ended with Dynamic Pools. The technicians who responded to our property while pleasant and timely were quite inept at fixing the actual leak we had readily accessible to any person with experience working with PVC. The call included diagnostics and simple repairs but the repair they completed lasted for 2 hours before the leak ensued. We have since tried for over a week to get any satisfaction from Dynamic Pools on the repair but we have been met with initial excuses and now no response. Costly ($350) lesson learned, but thought we would hopefully prevent them from catching an unsuspecting client in the future.

In 2022 they closed my pool…read moreand never cleaned the filter, when I made them aware of this, in June of 2023, they offered me no compensation, to be fare I did not ask for any as I had already cleaned the filters myself. In fall of 2024 when they closed my pool they did not clean the filter again. This time I called them right away and told them to just do it in the spring. In May oy 2024 they came back and cleaned the filter, after I reminded them of our conversation in the fall. They sent me a bill for $50.00 for a return call. They store is les than 2 miles from my house. the will not cancel the bill. To day I will write them a check BUT never use them again for anything.
